The smoothies at Nekter definitely exceeded my expectations! By far the best quality for price in Elk Grove and one of my regular visits when I’m staying in town. The staff are always friendly and the bathrooms are clean. I couldn’t recommend the place enough. The dragon bowl is delicious!! This is a must try place if you are ever in the area.

I would opt for a different smoothie place they gave my Uber driver my smoother without any packaging he was just free handing it all the way to my door. My first order i received it in a bag along with a safety sticker.

Nekter has been my favorite juice bar for the last few years and I was so excited for one to be built in Elk Grove. When they first opened the quality of the drinks and smoothie bowls were consistent. But over the last few months i’ve noticed a significant decrease in quality. One day the smoothies and smoothie bowls are thick and the next are extremely watery. With how expensive their menu items are, I would expect consistency if I’m spending $8 for a small smoothie.

Used to eat at the Nekter location in midtown Sacramento when I lived there on a weekly basis because it was so good. Tried this location 2 times (once for a smoothie and once for a bowl) both times they were watery and had barely any flavor at all. Plus the service was not great definitely some young entitled kids that seemed like they didnt want to be there. Very unfortunate because could be a good option for elk grove hopefully they figure it out.

The last 2 times I ordered from the Elk Grove location, my items were not tasty. They used to be yummy. But lately, the quality has diminished. Ill have to drive to a different location from now on.

I ordered two açaí bowl on 10/9th, store was closed upon arrival due to store changed of store hours (although didn’t say in their websites). No refund made despite communicating with staff.

Honestly dont remember what i ordered but it was not good. Not bad, but not good. My girlfriend ordered the chocolate pb one with almond milk i think. It was bitter and it felt like they used way too much pb. Definitely not worth the cost. I can drink pb from home.

Went for the first time with my partner and kid. Never been here before, my boyfriends from out of town and never even heard of this place before. He ordered the mango delight, I ordered a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie (or at least I thought I did) and my kid ordered the weird vegan blue cookie dough ice cream. The girl put my order in wrong apparently, took a while for everything to come out, and when they did, mine was a smoothie bowl with fruit toppings so I was confused what went wrong. I tried to ask her what it was right after handing it to me but she immediately started talking to the next person in line. She then walked away to the back window to talk to her friend who was in the back making all the stuff, before some guy in the back came out and spoke with me. I said to him i asked for a smoothie and the frontline girl just looked at me and went “oh my bad” then continued talking to her friend. He went back and remade it and eventually brought my drink back out, but didn’t give a refund/recharge me for the new beverage. Waited like 10 more minutes for the second drink and by the time I got it honestly i took two sips and threw it away. My boyfriend used the restroom and said it was absolutely disgusting, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. For waiting so long, spending almost 30 dollars on a scoop of ice scream and 2 small smoothies, waiting for a another remake, passive but yet also slightly snoody attitude from the front girl, I’m honestly super disappointed and never coming back lol

I went here for the first time the other day and for a new place and how excited I was, it all quickly changed when I arrived. It was not the cleanest and the order took forever. There was one person making things because 2 ladies were talking in the back on their phones. I then had to clean my cup and the lady there was super rude and had attitude when she had to come out to the front and i mentioned it. She then acted annoyed and went to the back shutting the door that was originally propped open. I found out her name was Nicky and when I go to complain turns out she’s the supervisor. Highly unprofessional and rude. I definitely will NOT be returning to this juice bar.

Great drinks with friendly staff. All of the ingredients are clearly listed on the menu so no guess work on what the names of the drinks mean. My favorite is The Buzz carrot, orange, lemon, and ginger. In my opinion its nice the way that it comes but if you prefer a more mild and sweeter flavor then I would give the same recommendations that I received from one of the staff members of add red apple juice. The juice bar has a modern atmosphere to it and there are places to sit down if you wanted to hang out for a bit. And if you are worried about the other comments regarding hours of operation the door is incorrect for Sunday, they close early. Monday- Saturday 7am -8pm Sunday 7am -7:40pm
