Our order was completely wrong. Its the first time we ordered in the app and the guy didnt get ot right. We love this location but we only like going when J is working because she and her sister never get orders wrong and everything tastes perfect. Tonights order was awful and my family is getting tired of incorrect orders.

This place consistently gets my online orders wrong or charges me for add-ons and then doesnt give them to me. It is less about the dollar or two extra I paid, and more about the principle and the fact that you lost a customer (me) because your employees cannot read order tickets. About 75% of the time, something is wrong. Today was the last time I will order from you. Also, the driver complains every time they dont have the address when it is clearly input in the app and I can see it pop up in Uber eats tracking. What gives? Additionally, they show up early and wake me up calling and texting when I schedule the order for 30 min later than that. What is the purpose in scheduling an order if you are going to come whenever you want? I scheduled it around MY schedule, not yours. I will go elsewhere.

I use Nekter to get a smoothie after Pickleball.I pre- order online and they give me a pickup time so even if it’s busy and there is a line in the attire I swoop in and out in seconds.It’s great! Pink Flamingo with Pitaya and Protien! Yum! Yum!

Very nice, clean juice bar. Tastes are different than other places. I like how the juices are fresh squeezed and the staff is super friendly and helpful!! I had the berry banana and it was amazing. She used red apples instead of the milk as Im not a dairy fan. Thank you 😊

A fantastic breakfast place and a great way to start your day!This is an amazing place, usually pretty busy but their service is so quick and efficient you’ll never notice.We got a couple açaí bowls to start our morning, and get energized for the day. The whole place smells amazing from outside and in as well!The menu is simple and easy to follow, and the prices are very reasonable! Check this place out.The açaí bowls are amazing.

This Nekter location is amazing. The staff is always friendly and immediately welcomes you into the store as soon as you open the door. Every time I use the app to order ahead my order is always ready for me on time if not before. When I walk in to order, the staff is very helpful on explaining their menu and helping me pick something new to try. Highly recommend!

The person who helped me need to be fired. He was unprofessional and has no people skills. I ordered ahead and entered store to pick-up my beverages. No other customers was in the store. Instead of being greeted by employees, I was stared at as if I was lost or he was afraid that I was going to rob him. With an expression of confusion he reluctantly asked what I needed and I told him I was picking up a mobile order. This was my first time at your establishment and it left a really bad impression. I will just continue to patronize Jamba Juice.

1st time customer. Smoothie was good.Pretty expensive for overall experience. Staff needed more/better training. I questioned the price and size and employee didnt know. It seems to be a pretty simple operation but not run well. I think there are better choices, probably wouldnt go back

Ive found myself going here every day after hitting the gym. The Healthnut smoothie tastes reasonably good and is loaded with macros an nutrients. The staff are friendly, going as far as to welcoming anyone who comes through the door. My only complaint are the prices, which are hefty.

Sucked, big guy did not seem friendly, looked irritated, did not greet nicely, same to every customer, and he made my bowl which tasted very dull. I think he forgot an ingredient but I didnt bother to ask. Ill just go when hes not there.

The employees were happy and worked fast. It wasnt too busy, and there are places to sit inside. I got the Banana Berry Smoothie for free on Veterans day! It tasted healthy. Thanks Nekter! ❤🍓🇺🇸They also have juices, protein balls & cookies, and a grab & go 6 day celery juice cleanse. Parking was easy and theyre close to the freeway.

Such awesome smoothies! The love that they arent watered down with ice, its only fruit. So refreshing and filling. I love the pink flamingo. Ive been going almost daily, and the customer service is always on point. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Super delicious & always satisfying! (2 years ago)I left the above review a couple of years ago & I stand by it! But I’m changing my star rate due to a rude experience recently had with an (new?) employee. I believe his name was Nick, made me wait more than 15 mins for my order that looks like it was already made since I walked in but chose to ignore me for whatever reason. Maybe he was having a bad day? Regardless, I told him I was there for my order pick up and he said okay but continued on with something else for OVER 15 MINS & all along mine was done! Wasn’t until I believe a manager or lead acknowledged me & asked Nick to give me my order. Isn’t the first time he’s been unprofessional. On top of that, it made me late to work, didn’t get to eat that as my breakfast, and really just threw off my day. I hope others haven’t experienced this here.Quality is still great & delicious! Just unfortunate occurrences with that employee.

I love going to Nekter for the Banana Berry Burst with pea protein added, and sub coconut water for the cashew milk. It’s a great high protein, no fat smoothie.I ordered on the app and showed up 10 min before it was supposed to be ready. I walked in, was greeted with a friendly hello, and handed my drink!In and out in less than 5 min with a delicious post workout drink.

I Ordered 2 sets of 2-day cleanses. Only received 1. When speaking with the store employee she had no idea what I was talking about. Referred me to manager Eddie. Eddie made me to feel as if I was trying to get over on them and lying about my purchase. I had to explain my order while showing the receipt multiple times. 30mins later I was finally heard and triple verified to be able to receive my 2nd 2-day cleanse. I received the driest of apologies from the manager. I’ll be sticking to the Temecula location. I’ve never had an issue there and they are truly apologetic if they even miss a single ingredient let alone an entire half of an order.

One of the best Nektar Bars I’ve been to in SoCal. Staff are always polite and helpful and there seems to be an overall positive energy about the place.The bowls can be a bit pricey for the portion size compared to some other local options. I really like their bottled juices and have a number of favorites. The protein ones are all great for a post workout or breakfast on the go.The ginger shots are great and powerful. I like how they offered a sample of juice to drink after to help with the ginger, if needed.

I paid for 32oz of celery juice and only got about 25oz... He asked me if I wanted ice when I paid and I said no - because I wanted full juice and not a bunch of ice taking up space.. Well they just left top portion (2) empty instead of giving me the 32oz of juice I paid for. Wasnt happy with that.Also, it seems you need to have their app and order ahead of time, otherwise they may not serve you or take a long time to get to you.It was my first time in years coming here, didnt know about the app and the points. So I was annoyed later when I found out about the points. The employee could have -and should have- told me to save my receipt to get the points for my $60 order but the kid only said 4 words to me, if I wanted ice. So I lost out on a lot of points because I didnt get a receipt. Disappointed in this service.

P.S.S. They removed my favorite drink, the Coffee Cold Brew with Banana, from the app. They won’t take an order for it over the phone either, to save me time. They did for a few months, then they stopped taking phone orders. Now they’re forcing me to wait while they make it if I want it. Horrible experience. They should just keep it in the app to be able to order it!!!P.S. Order ahead at least 20-30 minutes, even 60 minutes ahead, via the mobile app, to get your drink when you arrive. I ordered a juice, 32oz, a few hours after finishing it I was on the toilet every 2 hours for the rest of the day. It was the most time I have ever spent in a restroom in a 24hr period. The juice was the only thing I had that morning so I know it wasnt something else that caused it. I also have a juicer at home and use it quite often, so I know it wasnt a reaction either.

All the employees seemed rather confused with what was going on around them. There were four girls working there. When our juice was ready to go, we didnt know, she kept calling out for an Anthony. When we checked our receipt it turns out that the woman who took our order named us anthony (which sounds like none of our names). One of the girls making the drinks also spilled someones order all over the counter. Overall, they were disorganized and scatter brained, but our juice tasted okay.

Bad service, bad attention, customer service is horrible, the application does not work, it does not change ingredients in the juices. Be careful if you have food allergies!This place is really bad, I asked them to change the ingredients for a juice because I have allergies and they didnt change anything, I got sick, I contacted them and they said its my fault because the application indicates the ingredients in the juice, I changed my ingredients in the juice, but apparently this cannot be done, the application does not have a note that allows you to edit and write that changes are required for health reasons, so if you have a food allergy to any of the ingredients, be very careful because they can ignore you and that it can cause you health problems.
