My son and I just tried Nekter for the first time a week ago and were hooked :) We actually got up bright and early to go again this morning about 7:30am. It is a little pricey, however its worth the quality ingredients and the amount you get. Just wish there was one closer by to where we live and a little more convenient to get to.

It was excellent! Good quality fresh fruits that is just an energy boost after a good workout session. I order through the app bowl was good order was ready before scheduled time, the only issues I have is the app said I would redeem a free bowl with an order through the app I ordered twice and and I haven’t received it yet.

Great burgers and hot dogs. They even have a guitar and hotdogs! Super Dog friendly & our Pup was able to enjoy some ground, beef and rice while we had our lunch. Perfect spot in The Glen town center. I had to recommend!

Love Neker. I have frequented this location many times & in particular this location has rather slow service - if you order online, your pick up can range from the estimated time on the app to double that. When youre in the store, the staff is constantly chatting rather than working.

I really like coming to this juice bar. For starters the place is always impeccable, the staff is always courteous and they have amazing healthy alternatives breakfast bowls not just juices. I did notice that they have “cleansing packs” to go. This is basically a bundle of juices for a 1-day cleanse or a more advance pack for people with more experience juicing. They come in a cute little to-go Nekter reusable bag but the best part is that these are already available no need to order ahead of time just grab a bag as you pay which is great for me because I might change my mind ha!ha!ha! I almost forgot to mention, this juice bar is in a great location there is other retail stores you can walk around for and amazing outside sitting. Overall I have a good experience from beginning to end. 👍

Go to badger bowl instead for Açaí bowls. I found 4 little pieces of plastic in my peanut butter Açai bowl. I get it, sometimes there are things that get into food but 4 pieces!! I didn’t even finish half of my bowl and there was two pieces. I started to dump it out and found two more. I just didn’t care to look for more. I payed $8 to eat plastic and hurt my teeth. On top of that I had to wait 20 minutes for two bowls. There was literally 3 people in the store. While I was there other people were complaining and wanted new items. The workers did not handle them well and sounds very rude. I talked to the manager right before writing this review and all that was said was “we can give you a new bowl”. There was no sorry or thank you for letting us know. I’m not going to drive 25 minutes to get something that should never have plastic in it. Honestly I don’t even care for a new bowl I was just letting them know so someone else doesn’t get hurt.

They had a variety of choice and really good considering your healthy factors.Prices are ok but as they are making fresh that kinda justified.Service was quick and stafffs are friendly.They have seating inside so you have time you can enjoy without eating in car.Only bad is they dont have pet policy and somebody enrered with two dogs and they started sniffing all package on the shelf.Someone might have allergies so please make sure you are taking care of all type of customers.

This is my first time ever coming to a Nekter store but I ordered 2 six day cleanses through the app. The day of pickup I go and get told they did not have enough supplies for both but I can return at a later time to get the other one once it’s available. This is very inconvenient. I ask for a manager and a woman comes to speak to me, who later in conversation, I learn is not the manager. Why do they not call the customer prior to pickup to explain that they do not have enough supplies to complete the order at the intended time? They kept insinuating it was my error because I never got a call informing me my order was ready, but how would I know if I have never been there before? The app showed my order was complete. I am so disappointed in the customer service I received. Absolutely no compensation for their negligence was offered to me. This service was not worth the $70 I paid for half an order and the need to have to return again. I will make sure to let my other coworkers (who were interested in this detox) know not to use this location. .

The smoothie wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but that’s my own problem I suppose lol. I’m used to a lot of sugar in things and this one was clearly scaled back on the sugar. Overall I liked it.

Never had an issue until today I ordered Mobil to avoid waiting and I still ended up being the last person to leave and they had marked me complete on the app. Completely annoying as I was on lunch from work and didnt even have time to enjoy my bowl. I understand rushes happen but that was too much. All I got was sorry from the manager as I grabbed my bowls and they even forgot to give me my shot. . . Unbelievably horrible service today

Not being a juice or smoothie person (I fail to see the point when an actual piece of organic fruit is a mere couple of coins at the grocery store), it took me a while to get down to try Nekter. We went for a sweet treat when we realized they have vegan ice cream. The Chocolate Bliss was the right balance between bitter and sweet, to my taste, and the Coconut Vanilla was good but a little bland l, at least after bites of the much richer chocolate. Judging the flavor and consistency of the frozen treats alone, I would rate it very highly, but what brings down my score is the price. $4.25 for a small scoop plus $1 for toppings borders on absurd. Due to the price, I couldnt justify becoming a regular, but we enjoyed our one and only Nekter tasting.

This is a great place to come and eat something healthy. Even though its kind of pricey you get your moneys worth on the drinks. A small drink looks like a medium size and a medium drink looks like a large size. The bowls are ok. Theyre very tasty but not the entire bowl is filled with fruit. More than half is filled with a slushee (although they do place a good amount of granola inside). Overall a good treat for the summer!

Have an oral allergy an, ordered an acai bowl. Allergy overlooked and with a newborn all that wait time is just completely inconvenient. Had to send grandma in to get a remake Two stars for effort to remake it. Then again not sweetened well. Very sour and bitter from bbee pollen. Website menu says it has goji berries, cacao nibs.... Maybe they blend them in but definitely were not on top . Overall completely unsatisfactory. Maybe 5-7 young people working isnt enough or need someone a bit older to balance it out. If you have allergies I do not recommend.

Ive been here twice with two very different experiences. Both times I came because I got a coupon in the mail for a free 12oz drink.The place looks really nice and hip, and right when you walk in you smell fruits and vegetables.My first experience: The employees were really friendly. I asked the girl at the register what drink she recommended for me, and she gave me four recommendations. I ended up going with the first smoothie on the menu - the berry banana burst. It was good! Just what youd expect from the name, and you could tell it was healthier than typical smoothies, like those from Jamba Juice that have ice cream in them. I also tried a sample of toxin flush, as it was sitting there. THAT tasted healthy! I dont think I could have drank a whole 12 oz of it, but it was nice experiencing the sample-size cup.My second experience: I got the Valentines Day smoothie. It was alright, but Id recommend the berry banana WAY more. My husband got Popeyes Acai. That was definitely NOT worth it. Its in the smoothie category, but it was so watery it should have been in the juice category. It tasted healthy, but had very little flavor to it. If I had only had this experience at Nektar and not another experience prior to it, I would never have gone back.I do have to add: Theyre ridiculously overpriced. The 12 oz drinks cost $6.

They claim that in order to skip the line you could do online orders and the order will be ready at the given time. Well thats not true my order was supposed to be ready by 1:23pm (I put in the order at around 12:50) but I didnt received it until 1:47pm . This is just not acceptable.
