Nekter Juice Bar in Huntington Beach

Google maps seems to have accurate location of this place but Apple maps just took me to its huge car park and left me lost there. Fortunately the shopping center is very pretty and I was happy walking around (Btw, use google maps if you don’t want to spend time waling - it’s very large). The location is very near Costco so I suggest parking in the lot on the south and walk up via waterfall because parking in front of the store is pretty full.The location was clean and new. I have acai bowl and smoothie. Both are very nice. The server was funny and friendly.Totally recommended for great acai and good vibes. There are only few seatings inside and outside of the shop so I suggest walking 10 meters to the beautiful waterfall that had a lot of chairs and umbrella surrounding it.

Not the same quality as other locations. Ordered a chocolate peanut butter and it was watery and sicky sweet. The tropical cooler tasted off as well. Definitely a bummer considering the cost of each regular drink.

Staff is always a hit or miss. Half the time theyre super friendly and the other half they act like youre an inconvenience for even stopping in. The bowls are okay-nothing spectacular, however, they are portioned better than most acai bowl shops. Juices are generally good and the portions are generous. They dont have a large variety of cleanse juices but they all are tasty and will do the job if youre just cleansing for a day or two. I also like that they have a loyalty program and often have bogo deals for loyalty members.

The banana berry smoothie has no flavor. Im sad I spent $9 on it for a cold, flavorless drink

I love this place. They have a variety of drinks from juices to smoothies, and protein bowls. They have add-ons like vitamins, minerals, protein, you name it. They also have vegan ingredients which is a plus for those like me that cant have dairy. I definitely recommend this place.

Today I unfortunately witnessed a customer treat your team poorly. I was waiting for my online order as were 3 other customers. The team members were working swiftly and were not in any way ignoring us customers- I was promptly greeted over the sounds of the juicers and blenders and could clearly see they were very busy. The staff was calling out names (2 cust) prior to a woman bursting out at them What am I invisible here? Are you not going to help me? the team member replied calmly that she was doing the online orders in order of being received and her order will be done shortly. She then yelled other things about her children being in the car and they taking too long ..etc. Your team was calm, respectful and just keep working hard to get the orders done. They couldve used additional support during that midday rush time. But I as a business owner understand that its not feasible to over staff for only 2 hours in the day. I have been a district/regional and store director for retail stores and my feedback should hopefully counteract some of the poor feedback that may be too subjective that comes across your desk. Thank You and to your kind team.

Definitely coming back! Again and again. Theres a new manager there Elania and shes the sweetest person youve met. Incredible energy. Usually you go to a restaurant and the manager is in an office somewhere. This lady is working with these kids. Smiling and dancing while working and filling order after order. The place was packed and it was incredible as a lot of us had stopped coming here because the terrible management. If you tried to go, it was like the monkeys were running the zoo. I had swore off Nekter until I walked by and saw it alive again. Met the new manager and It was refreshing to see it running again. I just live upstairs and am telling all my neighbors to go down grab a smoothie or juice. Thanks Elania and the team.Dougie!!

This location is probably one of the worst locations I have been to. I was waiting for the cashier for a solid min while he was talking to his friends sitting down one of the chairs, after I finally ordered they finished one of my two bowls 10 mins apart, making one melt while the other one was fresh. In total waited 20 mins for two bowls, no one was in front of me waiting for anything by the time I came in ordered at 11:52 left at 12:10
