Its super cute and cozy in here, the workers are very sweet, friendly and quick and everything is fresh, no silly sorbet fillers in the smoothies!

I choked on this half way through my dragon fruit smoothieThis is the second time I choked on plastic not sure whats going on in there now, they do have a couple of new faces, I walked in being the only person in there, ordered one smoothie and sat by counter like normal to get my order 2 other people walked in to order not pick up but placed a order as I did, well them same people walked out with one a smoothie and one a bowl while I still sat waiting for my order definitely not a good vibe here anymore this is normally my favorite spot being i only eat fruit, I added the second picture with plastic

Paid $1.50 extra for almond butter on my pickup order. I spent a few seconds looking at my bowl confused and the worker insisted that it was indeed almond butter. I was rushing to work and didn’t have time to discuss but I knew she was wrong, just annoying especially when you pay extra. This location just sucks lately.

I think you’re cheating people out of their money. I always get the smoothie bowls and they have ALWAYS been filled to the top (as they should when you spend $13/$14 for it). Today when I received my DoorDash order my bowl was half full. I was confused as to why it wasn’t filled to the top so I went to nektar. When I got there and showed the employee she explained that that is the way they fill them (they fill them to the bottom of the N on the container) I explained that I was just confused and concerned because my bowl never looked like that. One of the other employees proceeded to show me a paper with pictures and instructions on it for the employees on how to make a smoothie bowl and it does show that the bowl is filled barley half way.My issue is with the company as a whole. Containers should ALWAYS be filled all the way to the top. Customers shouldn’t have to feel like they are being cheated out of their money because a company wants to be greedy. I won’t spend my money here anymore, I do not feel like the portion size is worth the money. This location needs to make sure that the employees are all on the SAME page as to how the container should be filled. The juice here is always on point. Love their menu selection. Perfect place to go if you dont feel like juicing yourself. They also have premade juices perfect for a detox for a week. Very small location. But overall very helpful and friendly staff. Its a great alternative to smoothies (which Jamba Juice is next door) if youre really focused on personal health goals.

Waaaayyy better than the Elk Grove Location. Solid place. Never an issue except with a fruity employee “IS YOURE NAME BERNIE!!!” As I got my order called out. The guy was clocking out or something and talking to the girl employees for a long time. He saw me walk in and made this jump gave me a grimace.All good, fruity vampire employee and he yells at me asking for my name while saying my name. Just to get annoyance out of me.All I gotta say is you got one annoying fruity employee, and your female employees saw this guy just being a annoyance to the customers getting their order.He may mentally special or something but that guy was a bit slow in the head or fruity or something. Not normal at all. Obviously it sounds like I’m a horrible person oh my he just wanted to know your name… he heard my name and saw me walk up and then like a 7 year old boy began yelling at me. What a wild guy to say he’s annoying huh.Anyways that’s the only complaint, no employee should be yelling at customer, “what’s your name!!!! They have a juice called The Buzz that usually is my Go-to. When going for juice, I usually go for veggie juice being the sugar content in fruit juices .I do drink there fruit juices though, just in moderation .. carbs and fiber and try to avoid carbs with no fiber . Healthy Whole Foods ( I am trying to learn and learning every day )healthy choices .I’m posting a pic of a Bowl . Also very good

Freshly made juices, smoothies and bowls that are delicious and healthy for you. Fruit /granola bowls are large and filling. Love their chia pudding and the oatmeal. Great service most of the time. A bit pricey but worth it. Its very busy during weekday lunch times and mornings.

I drive 30+ minutes each way to come out and get these bowls! They’re by far the best in the area. My favorite is the immunity bowl and the location is really cute as well. They’re always quick even if they’re crowded.The only thing is that they didn’t follow COVID safety protocols too closely. But I love getting the juice cleanses as well!

I like this location way more than any Ive been to, and Ive been to a lot being from socal. The best part is I get acknowledged immediately when I walk in the door. The genuine want to help kind of acknowledgement not the normal Welcome or Ill be right with you. I didnt realize the difference until it happened every time. I started to notice and even when they are packed full of people, the line is always moving quickly. Great atmosphere always as well! Thats a huge plus!

Usually the pace of service is a little slow but I assume it is generally because they have good drinks and snacks so its always pretty busy with multiple orders ahead of mine ... suggest placing order ahead of time using online app to avoid the wait... you can always see the staff working as hard and fast as possible behind the counter... delicious healthy smoothies or fruit bowl for on the go... great place to meet and chat with friends after a workout...

When I walked in there were four young ladies behind the counter. One of them looked me in the eye and continued to rant about some personal issue that was causing her stress. She then walked from behind the counter. One other lady noticed me a few seconds later and let me know that she was about to start making my drink. I did not see her juice any fresh fruits or veggies. All juices were poured from a pitcher or container. The juice was good but thats not what I pay over $10 and tip for. I probably wont tip again until I get the service that I pay for.

I was so disappointed!,.. My friend treated me to a peanut butter type smoothie with cold brew. It was delicious.. A week later I decided to stop in and get the same smoothie for an afternoon snack. It seemed as though the young lady who made my smoothie was inexperienced with making this flavor. She kept looking at the back wall( I imagine the ingredients are posted there). The smoothie was horrible!! It tasted like a straight coffee smoothie. No sweetness, no banana flavor, nothing but blended coffee. I should have known it wasn’t done right by the dark color( the first one was a peanut butter color). I sent it back . The guy that “ remade” it was told by the young lady to just add some oat milk, which he did. It was still horrible... I sent it back. I explained to this young man what the problem was. He remade it. However, he completely over did it with the agave. It was extremely sweet!!. I was so aggravated by the lack of value I felt by these young people. The smoothies are a bit pricey so I expect my order to be right. It was very disappointing.. I won’t go back. I’m sure this doesn’t happen often,.. If I would have felt valued as a customer, I would be a forever customer. They don’t value me, so they don’t deserve my business.

First of all the quality of the açaí bowls are fantastic here. Always exceeding expectations and they are much better than Jamba Juice. The experience would have been 5 stars if not for the bad customer service at the register.Destiny was at the register on my visit and I could not get the app to scan for rewards. It was important to me because I try to come 2-3 times a week and every bit helps when it comes to savings. The IR scanner was really dirty and had several smudges. I cleaned my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen and had brightness up to help. I saw the IR scanner and suggested a clean to also help. Rudely and repeatedly the answer was “you can have the receipt.” I suggested the same fix and again it was the same answer.I believe a dirty anything especially the first thing you see at a register ordering in what seems to be a clean location promoting healthy products should be important. Small fix to a really favorite place for quality healthy food.

I really do enjoy this spot. To be honest, I really do like it here better than Jamba Juice. Yes, I said it. The green drink variety is better here. I personally like the Green Apple Detox which isnt too powerful at all. The ginger is a bit strong for my taste, but overall, I really do enjoy it the most. I highly recommend. My experience was ok. I didnt like how the girl that made my bowl wasnt paying attention to what I was asking and telling her. I requested coconut flakes in my bowl instead I got cocoa which was the cashiers fault. She said she accidentally put add cocoa instead of coconut flakes although she heard me say coconut flakes. She said she didnt know what she was thinking and the girl that made my bowl was not paying attention to that I was asking for coconut flakes & kept telling me she put it in there. I told her thats not coconut flakes, Coconut flakes is white not Brown and before I can ask her what was the brown stuff the cashier that rung me up took my bowl apologized and poured my bowl over a garbage to pour out the cocoa before I can ask her just give me some coconut flakes. She re-did the toppings which wasnt much with the coconut flakes as I requested when ordering however my bowl should had been completely remade instead of pouring out over the garbage or I should have been asked would I like her to add the flakes on top or my bowl remade to order not poured out over a garbage can.1

I got an acai banna berry bowl here. The Asian guy taking my order seemed like he didn’t want to be there/super annoyed when he took my order. I said thank you at the end of the transaction and he didn’t say anything/stared at me.I ordered a side of peanut butter and was ignored for 6 minutes before I was able to flag someone down and ask for my peanut butter. What they gave me was a small dollop in a bowl. (An extra $1 for that?)They didn’t put much fruit in the bowl either. I ended up going home and adding my own peanut butter and some frozen fruit to my bowl. Overall this bowl wasn’t worth $10. The staff there seem very annoyed with their jobs/they take it out on the customer.I’ll be going a couple doors down to Jamba Juice and getting an acai bowl from them (I’ve never had any problems with them).Stockton really a needs a Yogurt Mill. Friendlier service, cheaper acai bowls ($7.95 for a 16 ounce bowl) and generous servings. If you’re ever in Modesto or Turlock, visit one of their Yogurt Mills and try a bowl there. You won’t be disappointed.

This place has no customer service and ripped me off on two of my orders. I went there to order a $10PB bowl. I subbed a $1 extra for almond butter. My bowl was filled up barely half way with a few pieces of different fruit. Then when I ordered the $3 2 oz tumeric shot, the employee slid it over the counter to me, without saying a word and walked away. So I assumed it was mine. It was in a small container and looked about 1 oz or less. The combination of that, plus no one saying hi and ignoring my thank yous, is what makes me give it 1 star. I get it, inflation is high, but dont rip a customer off because of it. Not going back.

Every single one of my visits so far has been excellent. Delicious juices, super welcoming and knowledgeable staff, very clean and the interior decor is so cozy. This is the it place for me right now. Healthy, aesthetically pleasing and delicious~ Cant go wrong. I highly recommend trying the Skoop. If youre like me and you live with stomach problems (like gastritis >_>) the skoop is an excellent way to enjoy an ice cream thats non-dairy, sugar free AND tastes good. They have a nice variety of healthy toppings for it.

Well my first visit was interesting to say the least but it is only their 4th day open. Nice clean environment and friendly staff. I ordered the acai berry bowl and there was a tiny confusion that was taken care of by I believe, the manager. Anyways the bowl was amaaaazing! I was worried that I wouldnt get full but it was very satisfying! I cant wait to go back and try their famous scoop!

They have a bunch of rude teenage girls working there. Gave this place a chance multiple times and every time they got my order wrong, super unorganized. When I got my drink this last time I ordered chia seeds and when I asked the girl ignored me and had to ask another girl and the girl that ignored me grabbed a different drink from the fridge and couldnt even tell the difference of the drinks. I said thank you and she didnt even say sorry or anything. Might as well go to jamba juice next time.

We have gone there 5 times in the past two weeks and they manage to mess up our order Every. Single. Time. This time they forgot to add whey protien. They are a very disorganized group of individuals, however the products taste amazing. But.. the overall experience is largely influenced by the stress of the workers. I hope they find a more efficient way of handling orders.

I have been visiting this place for the past month frequently and many times previously on a sporadic basis. I have always had a plesent visit. My order is almost always ready when I come for pick up and or done shortly after. I am always greeted as I come in and asked quickly what they can help me with. The Juices taste good! I have bought suja from the store and fresh is always best! Nektar definitely shows how fresh juice can really taste 😍 The celery juice is extremely delicious with pinnapple. I also really like The Buzz I add pinnaple also 😄 it helps in the beginning to get used to the taste.

Great smoothie producers they are. Nekter Napa however is a severe shame of a Nekter unfortunately hopefully Nekter sees this and reaches out to Nekter Napa. There was one employee running the entire location and the other employee was outside talking to his friends. A sad little fan was visible, telling me that this Napa Nekter is either w broken ac or it’s a location they don’t care about. It has the look of a Nekter no doubt yet not the quality of one.(it’s happened several times so I didn’t just go once and get mad this is an ex.)

Went to pick up a gift card from the store the young kid at the counter had very little experience so he made the mistake of charging my credit card 3 times when I showed him the charges from my bank he went crazy started to shout at me to get out of his shop among many other statementsI requested to see the manager he was very polite and apologized for his behavior and promised me that he would handle the situation

Wont take phone orders for pick up during a pandemic, will only accept to-go orders on the app. I was driving, so I pulled over to use the app.I go to use the app, and none of the items on the menu are available, so you cant buy anything.So then, I call back and let them know. The same woman who told me they cant take phone orders and told me to use the app then tells me that they know the app is broken, yet she still told me to use the app.Then, where it gets even worse, she STILL wont take a phone order even after she gave me the run around, told me to use the app knowing it was broken, and knew I was driving!!I AM TRYING TO PAY $10 FOR A SMOOTHIE CAN AT LEAST ONE OF US HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE MAAM LAWD HAVE MERCY

Over all, the place gives off a pretty natural vibe. I asked for two bananas and one chocolate skoop. To my delight and surprise they greeted me with two skoops with the bananas chopped up inside!! I was shocked at first, because this was not my original plan for my good boys (the bananas) but, no hate. Honestly make my two skoops delish!! Very cold, very tasty!! Thank you so much nectar!! I can’t believe there’s under 100 reviews on google for Nekter Juice Bar because it’s a gem!Was craving an acai bowl and decided to give this a try. What stood out the most was the customer service. This team is QUICK and full of smiles which is unfortunately rare in a lot of businesses. The cashier gave a wonderful recommendation to my fiancé and I got an acai bowl. I had very unpleasant experience at Nekter due to Veronica who made my smoothie with water and fruit. It honestly RUINED MY DAY. How did Veronica make a smoothie WITH NO ICE. 2/10 would not recommend Veronica for smoothie making. My girlfriend cried because the consistency was more watery than water. The smoothie was blended to the point of no return, i feel wrong even calling it a smoothie it was more like a soup.
