The staff at this location are really friendly, outgoing, and they always provide a friendly smile. Nektars juices and smoothies are always fresh and really tasty. I do wish they would bring back a child size for little kids. Thank you!

One of my favorite places to get fresh, delicious, and invigorating juices, smoothies, shots of ginger and turmeric, or bowls of awesomeness. Fast and healthy, stop by for an unbelievable experience in tastiness. Nekter provides the boost of energy your looking for, in the morning, before or after a workout, or to complement a meal. Come by and come often!

I love Nekter juice bar. Their cleanses are refreshing and their açai bowls are to die for. I love the dragon fruit! I don’t know if I love it because of the flavor or the color more :-)

Love Nekter but this particular location consistently provides a minimal product... The Rancho Santa Margarita location on the other hand always provides full bowls... night and day difference in what you get.

The staff and service at this store is great! I would order online and pick up 1-2 times per week on my way to the office. after a year and half of going to this store, my office has unfortunately moved and this store is now too far from me. Ill miss the banter I had with Emily. Thanks for a great experience.

Prices are a little high, but the food is delicious. Tasty bowls and smoothies. They also update their seasonal items on a regular basis so you are always able to get a new flavor.

I waited 30 minutes for my drink… the manager with glasses took a ladies order 10 min before I got my drink and that ladie got her drink within 5 minutes!! My drink was in the back for some reason and the person who came up to me (the only person mind you who thought to ask how long I’ve been waiting) was nice and she grabbed my drink from the back….. there were moments where I was the only person in the store and nobody thought to check on me.

Acai bowl was great but the shots werent made the way i ordered them... seems like they get to busy to read the order and just make assumptions... not all the time but enough to lose a star this time.

I very much enjoy the Acai bowls here. Staff is nice but its unfortunate that there was long wait times the times I that I did go here. The food and staff are not an issue, they were fantastic. I would return if Im not too much in a rush to get somewhere or have something to do though.

Great service. Great juice. So many choices and options, so hard to pick. My first visit. We don’t have these on the east coast. Definitely a nice change. So fresh and tasted so good. Great way to start the day. I got “Toxin Flush” very green. lol

Went to Nekter to get a smoothie for my son and myself. Again for the second time the location was dirty at the register, counters, walls, and dusty all over the displays. We received our drinks and were disappointed in the taste as well. I would think that the product would be the same at each location. I will never go to this location again or Nekter in general if the company feels that it is okey that one of their facilities is not being kept clean and healthy during such a crazy time. If they are cutting corners with cleaning what are we actually drinking. Truly disappointed, Jamba Juice will be getting my business.

I went right before lunch. The girls were nice and it took them 5 mins to make me the pumpkin almond bowl.Sadly, Im underwhelmed with the product. Theres not much flavor at all and not much toppings either. Ill probably go back again and try a diff bowl to see if they can be redeemed.

This particular location is terrible. Although the food/beverages are good, on more than one occasion they have greeted me, but then nobody takes my order, even though Im standing at the register. Several other times, after They finally took the puede, they just didnt make it. One time, I waited 10 minutes for them to start the order... and I was the only person in the entire store! They also take exceptionally long to make to items. I frequent several locations and this one is consistently subpar.

The two locations I frequent are always clean and busy. The staff are always friendly and quick to get your order out. They dont blink twice at any special requests or substitutions. Ingredients are always fresh and quality is great.

Pretty good. Wait times are around 20 minutes during peak times. I get a greenie here every morning. To those of you complaining about wait times, why dont you try making a fresh smoothie 20 times in a row while fumbling to get all the ingredients and all while having 20 sets of beady eyes waiting for their drink. I understand and I am a patient man.

Not at all happy with wi-fi speed. The whole lounging furniture is nice. The new Supreme Green smoothie was revolting. It tasted nothing like strawberries, lemons etc instead it tasted overpowered with too much crushed ice. It tasted like water with a slight hint of greens. The manager here needs to spruce up their recipe because it was a disaster. This drink and visit was definitely not worth $9 for this. Fast wifi would be nice. And nobody apologized for this mishap because they were too busy being shocked at the service I got instead of honing in and fixing it or offering me something. Just got totally blindsided by this. Such a regret coming here.

Acai superfood bowl continues to decline in value! A couple of years ago I was a regular customer (4x per week purchase of superfood bowl). I was a simi-reluctant patron because I thought the bowl price was too high, but the quantity and quality of product good. As their portion/bowl size declined I found a different Acai bowl shop ( Natura Bowls in Tustin) with much greater portion size, lower price and equal or greater quality). Unfortunately, they this shop is currently in winter hours and open too late for me to stop by on my way to work. I reluctantly went to a Nekter shop near my office today and ordered an Acai superfood bowl. What an even greater dissappointement; not only is it the same expensive yet small size bowl, but it was only filled 3/4 full with product. Huge rip off!! Service was friendly.

This nekter takes forever! And They never have the cleanses. What really bugged me is today I sat there for 5 minuets maybe longer while my drink sat in the blender! They made several drinks and bowls then they put my drink in a cup. I brought my own cup they handed me a plastic cup and When I told them I brought my own cup and they had it behind the counter she was annoyed. I’m annoyed that my drink sat their for so longe before they put it in a freaking cup. I will not be back I don’t have time to waste. I got there at 2:45 and left after 3! There was no one infront of me and 2 people in back of me who got their items before me!
