Severely understaffed location. I cannot even blame the workers working. They have their hands full. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location or even consider buying from Nekter as often. I ordered online at 12:51 which didn’t take Apple Pay. I arrived in store by 1:05 and didn’t get my ordered by 1:28. That gives you an example how behind it gets. The estimate was for 12:15.Somewhat disappointed.

Fast service on a weekday. The inside was clean, ordering is easy and the employee at the counter was nice and friendly.Update:I do not appreciate half empty bowls, especially when Im paying $10-12+

This is one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in town because the bowls and juices are always refreshing. I’m about 10 minutes away by foot so I always order online and walk to pickup my order, and I’ve always experienced a turnaround time of 10-15 minutes, and I’ve ordered sporadically over the course of 2-3 years. I truly can’t relate to the other reviews regarding long wait times because my standard spot in SF is always a 15-20 minute wait, so that’s what I normally anticipate when ordering bowls specifically. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to make my orders because it’s always fresh by the time I pick it up.

Don’t go if you are in a hurry. Ordered our 2 drinks and have been sitting here for 20 min+, we are the only customers here. The staff has disappeared to the back of the store.. interesting business.

I have almost always had great, friendly, service and quality food as well. I used to work in the industry and realize sometimes bad days happen. That said, I feel like this manager deserves Kudos for keeping a very consistently efficient staff. I love the product too.

The rudest people ive ever come across. MONICA was HORRIBLE. I walked in at 5:58 and she refused me service claiming they were closed. I showed her the time and she said it says 6 on their clock and told me to leave. Actually beyond horrible service. Fire immediately!

Not the best representation of the Nekter brand, convenient location to have but every time I’ve been here it’s very busy and very understaffed, they frequently mess up mobile orders and it takes 2x as long to get your juice or açaí bowl. There definitely needs to be some changes made but like I said location wise, very convenient.

The food and service was great-- it did take 20 minutes for our bowls to come out even though there was no line when we got there. There were a lot of online orders but the two girls just seemed swamped. Their busiest times are in the morning so there should be at least 3 staff there until 12 at least.. I used to work there and we never had only 2 working in the morning for rush.. they gave me a larger juice since we had to wait though and I really appreciated it. I could tell they were working their butts off just needed more help.

I used to come to this location all the time in high school a few years ago.I recently moved back home and have visited this location three times. Each time, I have to wait 15 minutes for my small smoothie to be made. They are somehow always short staffed even when I see 3-4 workers in the back..Today, I made my own smoothie, waited for 15 minutes, and my smoothie wasnt blended properly. Theres chunks of fruit in my smoothie and after paying $10 for a small smoothie I dont want to drink it chunky.If it wasnt going to be blended properly I might as well have gone to the store, blended the same ingredients, and made a better smoothie than what I got today. Thoroughly disappointed and will not return.

Location is good and juices are good human peopleHowever it doesn’t matter how many orders you have 1 or 2 or 3 and even to put in order even half an hour ahead still when i go my order not ready, so I don’t understand what’s the purpose order on line ahead and if i want put order 1 hour ahead my juice not be fresh

The wait here is atrocious. Read the other reviews. They are true. Every time takes 20+ minutes for a bowl and a smoothie. Stand around and contemplate making them or going to the back. Recently placed an order for a couple bowls and 4 juices. Told me it would take at least an hour. .... wth. Get it together already or get people who have some sense of urgency, please.

The Nekter juice Bar in Quail Hills is constantly struggling with the quality of service and the products. I waited 15 minutes for 2 watermelon bowls this morning, and one of the bowls was only filled up with half of the container. I was not pleased with all. was not a busy day; it was $10.85 for each bowl with additional 20% tips; they should at least fill up the containers.

Like others have posted this is not a good Nekter... stay away!Wait time was long and my bowl was a little over half full and missing fruit/only 1 strawberry... lol?!?! Moreover, they had spilled acai all over the lid. Funny part is they had 4 people working and they werent that busy?Find another Nekter location!

Just visited this location in Irvine (6793 Quail Hill Parkway) at 5:40, only to find the doors locked. Store hours shown on the door say it is open until 7. After standing a few minutes, an employee walks up to the door to unlock it, and says “I’m on a break.” At this point I’m super confused and ask if the store is still open? He shrugs his shoulders, with an indifferent look on his face (and his face halfway down below his nose), and says again “I’m on my break. Can you wait like 15 minutes.” I replied, “No thanks” because 1) his attitude was one of someone who couldn’t be bothered to smile or do his job to keep your store open during posted store hours, and 2) I don’t have a lot of trust in someone making my smoothie who operates like this. I hope someone at Nektar corporate is interested in looking into what is happening operationally at this location, because I can say if this is even an occasional occurrence, folks here will quickly choose to go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

I always enjoy this place, the quality of the food is good and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that theyve really seemed to start under portioning with the toppings compared to what it used to be like. I understand that businesses have to mind their costs and profit margins, but the offices seen the same and they are almost Nazi like with how many of each topping you get, they actually count strawberries. Its still delicious though!

Very disorganized. I walked in and the 2 girls were in the back laughing and chatting. There was a sign displaying a sale of pack of bottled juices for $29.99. I asked for a pack, and the price was $39.99. I asked the girl about it and she said it was an old sign. isnt that false advertisement. customer service was also poor and didnt get a warm and fussy feeling from them. not a good place to go to.

I got the Sublime at the Tustin Market Place location which is always bright green unless you add something else but this time it tasted bad and didn’t look bright green. So I went to the Irvine location and they remade my drink for me & made sure it was what I wanted. The girls in Irvine were super sweet and accommodating!!

Never will be back to this place ever, ordered the acai bowl and the portion was half the cup they served it in, we usually go to juice it up but wanted to try here, we are going back to juice it up, at least they fill there bowls to the top for the same price. The portion we got was half the size we get from juice it up and the same price.

I believe this is the closest one to the Spectrum. Nice friendly staff with a quick workers. BUY COSTCO GIFT CARDS $80 for $100. This place is not cheap- so save all you can. Healthy delicious foods!
