September 2023:Stopped by for lunch and ordered the chicken chow fun and the won ton noodle soup. Both were very tasty. I added the hot crisp sauce to the chow fun to give it an extra boost! I thought it was delicious. Id come back again for more delicious chow fun 🤩. The won ton noodle soup was very tasty too.Id come back again for more Chinese food.

A fantastic gem off the beaten touristic path. Expect a simple clean dinning room with just 9 or 10 tables, but the food will win you over. Freshly cooked and authentic. We devoured every dish and will return to this place for sure. We paid $70 for the plates you see in the photos.

I totally fell in love with that place. We had different dishes like Wonton soup, peking spare ribs and eggplant. All dishes were very tasty and the portion size was great. It’s very authentic Chinese food.Especially the price ist for SF standards great. A meal was between 10-12$.The waitress was very nice. The restaurant itself is small and doesn’t look fancy.

Authentic food, great atmosphere. I have been at least four times since it is so good. Chicken and wonton soup are my favorite; food is consistently well prepared, portions are big enough.

Got the beef noodle soup with wontons. Delicious, tender beef. The owners were incredibly kind and friendly to talk to as well!

The food here was fantastic. Yesterday my wife and I ate at a different location for lunch, ordered the same stuff and had a completely different experience. Today, the food was fresh, seasoned perfectly, and great portions. We’re on vacation from Alaska and the Beef stew here tastes about the same as Charlie’s Chinese Restaurant and Bakery back home, but the amount of beef they give you here was about 200% more. My brother from San Diego recommended this place and I couldn’t agree more.

All I can say is finger licking F-good, Holly Sh*t, this is as authentic as you can get, the noodles had so much flavor and the Pekin Spareribs were falling off the bone and the sauce was out of this world 🌎 🤤 Even my Boy smashed his noodles... LoL 😂

Ordered two dishes for $25 and I was left disappointed.Im originally from Hong Kong.Lets start from the Beef stew radish 牛腩蘿蔔. As you see from the photo its got a pity amount of beef and all small& bad cut. A Chipotle box would have more meat with a cheaper price. The flavours of both dishes were actually fine, its just the texture of the bitter melon & the radish were too soft, as if they were meant for elderly or babies.I definitely wouldnt return again.

Had the radish with beef stew and rice. It was very tasty, with a hint of anise. I would order it again. If you are looking for a small, authentic restaurant like in Hong Kong or China, this is the place for you.

I’ve been eating around Chinatown to hunt for the best wonton noodle soup and this isn’t it. Despite it having higher google reviews, I don’t think these wontons were particularly good: the meat was dense like a fish ball and there wasn’t any shrimp inside. No side of veggies offered. Good price point tho. I saw lots of non-locals get takeout. A number of local canto-speaking folks enjoying fried noodles and rice dishes so maybe that’s this restaurant’s speciality. Do not recommend for wontons. Three stars for quick service and cheap prices.
