Good pho and spicy noodles! Not the best but good enough! Wings were okay and same with spring rolls. However, the pork garlic noodles is phenomenal! The meat is just amazing!

One of the best pho places in milpitas, service was good, food was great and overall a clean place to eat. The workers there super nice, i don’t have to worry asking for extra limes and workers making a face. Food always comes in hot and the noodles do not break off! I’m so happy they have a lot of sauce options in each table. Thai tea with boba is always my go to!! Recommend this place.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this restaurant and I must say, their Pho was super yummy. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfect, and the meat tender. This dish definitely left me wanting more.The service was another high point of my experience — friendly servers who were attentive without being intrusive. They certainly contributed to making my meal enjoyable.As for prices, they are very reasonable considering the quality of food and service. You certainly get good value for your money here.I will surely be coming back here in the near future – I’m excited to try other dishes on their menu!For anyone seeing this review and considering whether or not to give this place a chance: Do it. You won’t regret it!

I just wanted to treat myself out. I got a small phoa and thai tea for dinner. The food was ok, decent enough to fill me up. The only thing that bothered me is how much it was. Small bowl of phoa is 13.50 and Thai Tea is 2-3 dollars. Why did it total out to $20.23? I still tipped 2 dollars and some cents for respect, but still why charge me $20? Ill be double thinking of coming back there for dinner.

Very nice Vietnamese restaurant with a good collection of vegetarian dishes. My wife is vegetarian and she loves Pho noddle soup. It has always been a challenge to find a good restaurant that offers vegetarian base pho. I guess we found the right one. Enjoyed the fresh rolls as well. My daughter had the chicken Pho noodle soup and she enjoyed it as well. Portion was huge. Order the small size bowl which is more than enough. Price is very reasonable. Staff was very friendly. They said they can pack the food and keep it ready in case we want to pick it up on our way back from work. Definitely going back soon...

DO NOT RECOMMEND: poor standards, poor service, and stale food.Went in at around 9.30PM on a not-so-busy Tuesday night. Ordered the hot and sour seafood noodle soup. The crab meat they added into the soup was stale and stinking. When we alerted the restaurant manager, she was extremely rude and dismissive of our complaint, claiming it was impossible because it had come out of the freezer. We were trying to do her a favor by informing her that this was a problem and it should probably not be served to her customers, but this was the treatment we got in return.Never coming here again. Youve permanently lost any future business from me or my friends/family.

We came here several times cause it opens late, but this time was really disappointing…we ordered pho but when we started to eat the noodle it was undercooked and raw. So we asked for a change just for the noodles. They turned out only recooked it on what we just ate! And the owner was really rude barely listening to what we said tho we were in a good Manner And insisted we pay the full price or just little discount. What we need was just a decent apology And tbh, They not deserve the pay for that pho. So if you need a place that really cares about the customer And nice vibe, DO NOT come here. First off, the service here was great and the place was very accommodating. As for the pho, I ordered a #1, which I thought was pretty mid in comparison to other places around here. Id recommend it though, if youre looking for a solid pho place, just be wary of parking. It was a bit difficult to find a spot during the lunch hour.

So far this is my favorite Pho place. The owner/manager is very friendly and recommends whats good if needed. Unlike any other Pho place this place is clean it also has a huge parking lot. Its a hidden gem, literally, since its not on main road but its easy to find.I tried Pho and vermicelli, both are really tasty.

Excellent broth and friendly services in the late night. Our family came back from a trip and need a late dinner past 9 PM. The front desk lady is very friendly. We order rice plate, Two soup noodles and garlic noodles. The portion is generous. The broth is really delicious as a comfort food. We will definitely come back soon.

I came here because I really enjoy Pho. Was really looking forward to it. When I arrived the restaurant was almost completely empty at 5 pm Sunday. I was sat and ordered large beef pho. They quickly brought out sprouts that were not that fresh and were discolored and a tiny piece of basil.The pho arrived quickly. I was surprised how the bowl was not full with broth. I enjoy it and had to wave the waitress down and asked if I could get some more broth. She said extra cost. I asked how much and she said $2. I said okay. She brings me out this half full small bowl of broth. The pho tasted good, but I was thirsty as I had been out hiking early. I had finished the ice water they gave me. While eating for over 30 mins not once did anyone come refill the water or check on me and see if I needed anything.I look over and the staff are all sitting eating and just on their phone.I go leave and it is $17. I ask why and the lady in a very rude sarcastic voice says WE LIVE IN CALIFORNIA WE PAY TAX. At this point I was just so turned off and wanted to just leave. I realize we pay tax but when you charge me you dont show me a receipt with what I am paying for. I ended up leaving a $2 tip and paid $19 for this small bowl of Pho. I get it, its an expensive area but $19 for a bowl of Pho is really expensive.The lady asks me if I wanted more water. I tell her no thats fine. She does not even listen to me and walks away and goes to make a ice water in a foam cup. I leave and she follows me out of the restaurant to give it to me.Why are you following outside when all I want to do is leave? Why are you arguing with me a paying customer who got no service.Its just non sense!

Weve been going there ever since they opened! Love the food there, especially the appetizers, fried chicken wings and gyoza. Also really good iced coffee. Absolutely love this place! The vegetarian/vegan options are great, every time I go the wait staff are very respectful and accommodating of my dietary choices. The prices are fair in my opinion, especially for the portion. Also their take-out is fast and reliable every time, travels well in the car. There are a lot of pho restaurants in the area, but New Pho Saigon is by far the best!

I know I said its packed but I have never waited for 25-30 minutes for egg rolls and two bowls of pho.Some poor guy was waiting for his call in takeout from the moment we ordered and he still got his food after us.The egg rolls werent hot, they also had an almost bready chewy undercooked texture despite being having blackened marks outside. Pho was just okay okay. All I could taste was star anise and allspice - just no balance to the broth.They give lemons not limes and honestly the leaves they gave us for the egg rolls were wilted.God Im sad. I hate dragging pho places but this was just upsetting.

Quality pho and amazing service, well worth every penny.My go-to is Pho Tai Nam Gau, and if I’m not feeling soup then the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio. Their Bo Kho with egg noodle is also very tasty and flavorful. You walk in, the owner instantly greets you with a big smile and it feels like he just waited all day to serve you a yummy bowl of noodles. And the Pho and spicy beef noodle soups are indeed excellent here. Their broth is on point, they give you plenty of meat and the flavors just hit the spot. They keep checking in with you to ensure everything is good and bring out more like and vegetables if you like. I also love their avocado smoothie - its so refreshing. Amazing restaurant, run by great people, serving perfect authentic Vietnamese dishes. Ill be back.

The pho tastes pretty good. The plate Bot chein would be awesome if they make it extra crispy but with good familar taste. Awesome that they close at midnight...a big plus. But horrible service. The 2 waiters that were helping us were too busy attending and checking their phones and talking eachother. the whole time we needed something, we had to flag them down each time. Congee was bad....very blan. On menu it had duck egg noodle soup but when I ordered, they said they no longer serve it....so why not take it off menu? The service is the best Ive ever had at any your of pho place, staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is ok. I had the beef stew. The good: the broth is rich, tasty and fulfilling. The bad: so much of these mystery meat type pieces. While it may be traditional to leave tendon, skin, gristle and thick fat pieces on, I wish they had a straight up just clean beef chunk option, and yes I did order the brisket only one. Also, way too much licorice/anise pieces, I spent most of my time taking those out. They give the broth a nice flavor but theyre unpleasant to get a bite of. The potstickers and sauce were on point.

All bathrooms are out of order so i had to use the ones across the street at the McDonalds. Its not safe to operate a restaurant where bathrooms are not working.On top of that, its just too slow. Sunday at 130pm, it shouldnt take 20+ mins to get pho noodles. Everyone here is angry waiting for service or their food to arrive.

I cant say that its my go-to pho place, but at 3AM, this place is a godsend for anyone craving decent food.Came here after a night of overtime. Drive was a bit far, but sometimes youre just craving for comfort beyond a cheeseburger. Its located off Landess Ave, near another late-night pho spot. Theyre a bit difficult to spot directly from the local road, but youll know once you see their neon green lights.Came in, sat down at the booth, ordered pho tai, ate, paid, done in 45 minutes. They brought it out in barely 5 minutes and it was finished in 25.If youre looking for bomb-ass pho like the old Beef-Noodle #1, well you wont find it here. But if youre hungering for comfort and soup, theyve got you covered.

The wait staff was polite & prompt.After I placed my order for a small Phở Đặc Biệt (house special beef noodle soup), a waitress came back out to ask for clarification about my order:Waitress: Just need to clarify if you ordered a Phở with beef broth or pork broth.Me: Isnt phở with pork broth called Hủ Tiếu?Waitress: No, it is truly Phở, just the broth is made from pork. Besides, pork Phở is better.Me: OK, I have your recommendation.A short time later, she brought out a large bowl of soup with Phở noodle, pork broth, thin slices of lean pork, shrimp, squid, fish ball, & imitation crab, topped with a shrimp toast. When I grew up in Vietnam, such bowl of soup was definitely called Hủ Tiếu.The Hủ Tiú was acceptable. The seafood in it was OK. But because the shrimp toast was in the broth, it quickly became soggy, instead of crispy. Its unshelled shrimp was hard.The glass of salted lemonade was half full. I had to add water to improve its taste.Maybe other dishes of this restaurant are better than the one I had.
