I ordered beef lemongrass vermicelli, and it was a larger portion and vegetable spring roll, too(👍). The vermicelli didnt taste like lemongrass noodle because it didnt come with their liquid lemongrass sauce. However, the food was okay, and there was no spice chilies sauce.

No Frills super good Vietnamese food. I stopped in and had good pho dac biet (combo) and mySon enjoy the pork chops. My family ate the chicken wings, egg rolls and shrimp rolls too. Delicious.

This place has the best Pho in Bakersfield. I have been to several places throughout the city but this one is the best hands down. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very good. I 100%recommend to everyone who likes a good plate of Pho.

They have some of the most delicious dishes of fried rice Ive ever tasted! I come here with my wife whenever were in town. Its really one of my favorite things about visiting Bakersfield. The owner was so friendly to us too!

Very good. I had a mixed seafood noodle plate with a side of fried dumplings. I blinked and the dumplings were gone, superb. The veg seafood noodles were also lovely, and even better cold for lunch the next day. Restaurant had really good vibes inside as well. They deserve your patronage.

Just moved up to Bakersfield and found Tan Saigon. Boy, am I glad I stopped by, the food is delicious and perfectly made broth. I had spring rolls and an extra large Pho. Like my dad would say, its Fen derrious! I totally recommend, Tan Saigon has a very nice atmosphere, friendly faces, and will definitely come back again.

Ive tried a few other Vietnamese restaurants in Bakersfield and so far, this is the best for multiple reasons. First off, it is clean inside. That is a huge bonus. The service was very good and the food above average. The food came out quick and was what I was expecting. I had the Spring Rolls and Pho. Both were good and my drink was never empty. I will be back!

My family and I eat here all the time. The Pho soup is very good. We love the people that works there. Super friendly and nice. My first choice for Vietnamese food in Bakersfield. This coming from a guy who grew up eating authentic Vietnamese cooking.

I havent ate here in years because the last I was there the food was bad. Today I had lunch with a friend and I ordered the lemon chicken. I took one bite and said very loudly, Oh my God! The food was amazing! I was in shock how good it tasted. When I walked in the restaurant smelled so good. I felt like I was in little Saigon in Orange County. Hands down the best Vietnamese food in town!

Great friendly service. Ordered a lot of food so the chef came out. She told us, for my two sons and I, we ordered too much and she made some recommendations. Extremely helpful, kind people and great food. Had family style stew which I hadnt eaten since I was a kid.

We stopped by here for lunch on our summer trip from Las Vegas to coastal California. We have had different types of good food on previous days, and this small Vietnamese restaurant in Bakersfield did not disappoint us either. The food was tasty. Their Pho and rice dishes satisfied each and everyone of our family. Kudos to their great service too!

I always have a great time going there, the workers are so friendly and amazing! I go here a lot of times and they always make good food. In my opinion, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant ever. Tried to place an order via phone today as I always have for the last 3 yrs. The owner refused to take my because people have ordered and not picked up food. I told him I always have pick up my food and have always enjoyed every plate. He simply refused and hung up on me. So sad 🥺🥺

Place is always nice and clean and you get seated right away. The food comes out really quick so you dont have to wait. Friendly and awesome service each and every time. Food is super good and huge portion size. Best place for noodle soups, especially for pho and bun bo hue. Price is very affordable and they have boba! Love this place.

The best in town.Hands down the best pho and food in town. Been going there for 5 years. Tried others none ever really get there. There are others in town good just not great. The pho is awesome and the beef lime salad I have hooked over eight people on it. Its that good.

Best in the west! If you want great Vietnamese food this is the place to go. I have tried the place next door and it doesnt compare. The staff are also very sweet and make you feel very welcome. I hope you decide to try it. #35 and #3 is my fav!

This place is hit or miss. Tried taking my family here on a Saturday night and they were closed. Their hours say they close at 9 but it was 7:30 and the place was completely dessert. Their pho is good but definitely don’t have regular hours.

Dont know how this place got 4 starts but this place should not even be allowed to operate! On Wednesday, January 4th 2017 my coworker who is a dietary supervisor and has 11 years experience managing kitchen and understands food handling and sanitary safety so happened to find what looked like a chili but turned out to be an inch dead roach in her pho soup. Manager was notified immediately and he was not going to charge us for the food as that was his solution to solve the problem. Yes, we called the department of health because no one deserves to be eating food infested with roaches!!

Do not come here with your debit card! This is the last place I used my debit card at & I noticed money was being wired to a google account a month later. Very good pho here! I always get the pho tai (rare steak) when I go to vietnamese restaurants and the pho tai here is among the best Ive tasted. The customer service here is good too. Fast, friendly service and they play good background music. The prices are on par with other vietnamese spots.Vietnamese food is always one of my go-to choices for eating out especially when Im on the road for work. Vietnamese food is healthly and I dont feel bad or guilty afterwards. Enjoy guys! Check it out if youve never been here! 👌
