Nice bunch of restaurants across from home depot. Islands, Presto Pasta, and Habit all excellent. Good BBQ at Ranch Hand. Parking is congested at peak lunch hours but its not much of a walk to anything so four stars +

If you have to be in Thousand Oaks this is a great Shopping Center. I myself prefer being close to the beach but hey thats me. Anyway they have a ton of shops and restaurants I particularly like Ranch Hand BBQ Id give them thumbs up all the time. Yes also various other eating places shops and then theres a great big Target and CVS and other stores at the other end its a good place to walk just turn to parking I check it out

Visited RANCH HAND BBQ and boy is this place THE BEST! I had to move to SF Valley and miss the 3 item combo(baby back ribs, 1/2 chicken, tri tip) MMMMGOOD, staff are the best and know me from so many visits there as well as quick delivery to home.

This shopping centers home 2 a handful of my fav (2 grub) places. Islands (dinning here, my kid doesnt complain [thank u Tiki Tenders]), MOD Pizza (even though the basic pizza sauces a bit spicy), Tootie Frutti (yummy & way healthier than ice cream), The Habit (which frequenting could become a habit, Chipotle (switching up the Spanish rice), Subway (yeah, a common chain, but I wont complain) and Logix Bank (thank u 4 the free thick reusable bright orange bag yall left on my doorstep).

I call this restaurant row. Daphnes, the Habit, Mod Pizza, Bbq, Islands, Presto Pasta... if youre not sure what you want to eat... great place. Theres also a Subway sandwich and some Asian Bowl place at the other end. All foods covered here.

I grew up here. It used to be a typical farming community, and now is a flourishing town with way too much traffic. I love this town and everything it has to offer. I just wish it didnt get so dang expensive.

Ideal community / merchant center. Perfect small grocery/deli. Its hard to tell if Im going a place to buy food or just a beautiful park setting.

Master planned township in California, which is surrounded by stunning views of mountains and plenty of options to shop/eat/stay.
