Nguyens Kitchen in Chino

Why is the pork hairy?? I’ve eaten here many times and never had this experience previously, I always loved the pork and garlic noodles. They remade this for me and it still had a lot of hair in it, so it has to be the pork. Luckily I also got some bao and egg rolls which were great, but this was really off putting. Hopefully this was just a bad supply so I can try it again in the future and leave a better review:/ I never usually leave reviews but wanted to give a heads up about the pork for anyone that doesn’t wish to eat hair.

It’s been a while since our last visit and the food here tasted about the same as before. I had the spicy crawfish pasta and it was tasty but too salty. My family had the sliders and the garlic noodles with steak, both were okay and salty. The Amy pasta had a lot of spicy sausages and fair amount of crawfish. The serving was on the small side but it was enough for me. The price is on the reasonable side. The place was empty on a Friday night, which was drastically different than when we last visited a few years ago.

This has been my favorite place for long time now but this is the second time in 3 different dishes the rice is hard stuck to the bottom of the plate, maybe new management ..not sure but very poor quality control on the food now. 😕 I smack the rice a bit to loose it up but no luck. I told the kid at the cash register but he gave me no response. Maybe they are so successful they dont really care. Well I took the meat and ate it with lettuce..the price went up the service went down. 😔

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! Initially, Nguyens Kitchen caught my eye in insta but I was always so hesitant. I have my go to Bahn Mi places, Im all for the O.G. The more Fob the place looks the more Im inclined to eat there. Decided to give them a shot and hot dayuuummm, DEEEELICIOUS!Shared the grilled pork bahn mi and garlic cajun fries. Soooooo good!Outside seating Dog friendly!

Says they close at 1 am. Made a 15 min drive only to be told they arent taking anymore orders. There were only 2 employees working. Seemed like they were overwhelmed with togo and deliveries. A bunch of food just sitting by the window. I get they are overwhelmed but they could have easily taken my order, there was like 2 people just waiting for their food.

Customer service was friendly. Inside of restaurant looks clean. The ice coffee was good but too much ice. Garlic Noodles were good. Garlic fries needed more garlic but still good. Egg rolls were fire. 🔥 The sandwiches were good too.

This place was so fire! Doesnt taste commercialized and everything is flavorful. My favorite was the garlic noodles with craw fish. If you want expensive mediocre Asian fast food, go to Hiccups.. this place gives you bangers for you buck!

Overall the quality of the food was really good, everything was delicious! The food was ready pretty promptly and was hot & ready.My only thing was that everything seemed a little pricey. For everything we spent $37 total. Also I was not aware of all the ingredients in the rice bowl, so maybe thats why with the added chicken it nearly cost $9 together.But I totally recommend this place for dishes like this. Everything was super good, and we will probably come back again if we crave it.

Wow! I like it here. It’s modern.It’s different from a traditional Vietnamese restaurants we’ve been to.We would come back and bring more friends and families.

Good food but like too much garlic on the shrimps I think, the floor was sticky all around, restroom really dirty as well… they need better cleaning…
