This place was hopping this morning! So glad we called our order in because it was a 30 minute wait! The cooks were sooooo busy but their breakfast burritos are so delicious!Breakfast burrito extra spicy grilled is the only way to go…. Well, maybe add avocado. Some days I do, other days I don’t feel it!The salsa is super delicious!

My first time here.Went with a buddy for lunch on a Saturday. It was crowded, which I took as a good sign. Bad restaurants are never crowded.We were greeted at the door by a man with an order pad, who took our order, told us to have a seat and our order would be brought to us and we could pay after we ate.. The restaurant has lots of indoor seating and some outside seating, which is where we sat.We served ourselves at the soda fountain, where water is also available. It only took a few minutes to get our orders. We each has a pastrami sandwich and an order of fries.The pastrami was just about the best Ive ever had in SoCal. Very lean. Cooked properly. Seasoned correctly and served while still warm off the grill. The fries were also awesome. They were seasoned and quite tasty.All in all, this is a great place to eat. I liked the New York deli feel and atmosphere, loved the food, and would not hesitate to dine here again.

I had a pretty good hot pastrami sandwich. The restaurant itself is underwhelming, which isnt a bad that. If you want pomp & circumstance, go elsewhere.I would eat there again

Came in to Nicks Deli with my brother. To grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast. We were greeted upon arrival by the friendly staff. I had a breakfast burrito, and I have to say it was one of the best breakfast burritos Ive ever had. The salsa was good as well. I will definitely come and try more of their food. Thanks

I was looking for a good breakfast burrito and saw lots of good reviews for Nicks II. The pictures also factored into my decision to give them a try. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Since this was my first time, a nice gentleman gave me a couple of suggestions. I went with the classic breakfast burrito.I couldnt wait to try it. The burrito was nicely filled with a good mix of chorizo, bacon, eggs, potato & cheese. I experienced all the flavors in each bite and it was really good. The size wasnt massive but definitely big enough to take care of your hunger. It also came with a nice side of salsa (more than just a sample size) and also a spoon which came in handy to get salsa in all the right places!They also have other items from breakfast & lunch on the menu as well as a great selection of chips, fountain drinks & coffee, and a variety of bottled drinks.I would highly recommend Nicks II for breakfast burritos. I also plan to return to try other breakfast burritos and other things on the menu.

Always a great place for breakfast burritos... Go early because it gets busy and for a good reason. We got them to go and went for a hike at PV.

Nicks is the best deli! This one is his second location...he started in Seal Beach...but there is love at both locations. Dont be afraid of the line, they know what they are doing and I promise it is worth the wait! All of Nicks food is yummy and plentiful but you go for the Breakfast Burritos!!! Today Nick was here and as always he was chatting with and helping customers, taking phone orders, and keeping the place clean. Nick is a local treasure and his Delis food are priceless gems! 😋

Amazing fresh high quality sandwiches made pretty quick. I have not had a bad sandwich or a poorly made one to date and Im glad I found this place.Location is a bit hectic and small, more of a pick up than dine in. Its too small for me to sit and eat there, only been to go or for the road.

Ive only come here for the breakfast burritos and for me they are perfect! Its a hit or miss for some people, but I love them. Theyre nothing superb, but they always hit the spot for me. For the price, you can beat the portion size, in my opinion. Working on base, I frequent this place often with my coworkers. Go give them a try!

The sandwiches and burrito here are amazing! It doesnt look like a fancy place but the food is really good. The entrance and its dining area is quite small but they have huge dining area at the other end. I found the breakfast burrito and the veggie sandwich to be the best so far (Im still exploring other items). Update: I liked the Sky high pastrami sandwich and the California club sandwich too.
