Your typical small Chinese takeout, with the usual options, teriyaki, orange chicken, kung pao etc. I dont know, maybe due to the rainy weather the food didnt seem to fresh, sitting there for a while. I grabbed the teriyaki and orange chicken with fried rice. Not too flavorful and honestly chicken just didnt seem fresh. I had higher hopes since this place was recommended. Like I said, maybe just an off day.

By far, the worst Chinese food I have ever had…I gave it two stars just because they give you good amount of portion, but it tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. The taste was awful. I won’t ever order from this place again, it’s false advertising when they’re not the “No.1 Chinese Food” 🤢🤮

Without a doubt this is one of the best Chinese food places I ever tasted, the main reason is it doesnt have much salt! I havent tasted a Chinese food that contain very little salt which is why I keep coming back to this place the flavors are really good, they really dont taste salty and even later I dont get that dry mouth or very intense need for waterBy the way the portions are really big and with two orders Ive been able to feed 4 people, prices are very affordable and everything tastes very fresh.

This place gets a solid 4 stars. They arent known for the atmosphere or service. But they serve a huge portion of yummy food for a fair price. You can get stuffed off $12.

This place is called no 1 Chinese food for the 1 star. Ordered the only vegetarian friendly option here, the tofu dish. It didn’t fill up the bowl so the guy added broccoli beef to my bowl to fill it up?! I had to stop him from putting beef into my tofu. Guy was rude another time when my boyfriend went. Wouldn’t recommend

We order from here all the time but this will be the last time we order. We ordered online and received the wrong plates. After calling the restaurant, I was yelled at for causing a scene and if I wanted to right food I should come in instead of ordering online. Not only was I refused a refund but the owner wouldn’t even send the right food over after I spent $60 after tipping my driver and online delivery fees. He claimed the delivery driver was at fault because he plated our food? Come on man, just take responsibility. The food here ain’t even that good, we order cause it’s cheap. Cheap food = bad service + low quality food. Find a different place guys

The Worst Chinese Food I Have Ever Tasted! I took about 2 bites of the Kung Pao Chicken, the Orange Peel Chicken. Fried Rice, and Chow Mein then stopped because I was afraid of getting food poisoning. How can you mess up Fried Rice, well just ask this place? My chicken tasted like fish, which was so off putting. Everything was so greasy too.

I give it a 5 because the food is delicious, nicely cooked, balanced taste, warm and clean. I always order the Chicken Egg Roll wc is the owners own recipe. The Veggie Tofu is very good esp if you have dietary restrictions coz the tofu tastes and textured like meat. The 🥦 broccoli in the Shrimp 🍤 w Broc🥦 menu is nicely cooked & not hard. The place is small and isnt crowded w customers eating but their Lunch and Dinner sometimes has line from the entrance for to-gos. Location os near Stater Bros so parking isnt a problem. You can swing by Tastea for wonderful boba drinks too

I was disappointed.I went on Friday night around 800pm.PST There food look like leftovers from lunch time. There trays which food was serve from were half full.There was no smell of scent fresh cook whatsoever.Being in heavy populated area next to a college campus apartments and housing track I expected a better since of pride authenticity.Which I did not see or care to taste. Taco trucks show that and more in the area.

Literaly the best Chinese food in OC without exaggeration! ❤️❤️ I’ve been coming here for years and although the owner is very shy and quiet they are so extremely nice and generous ❤️ Today I went in for lunch and accidentally dropped my glass drink and broke all the glass everywhere and made a mess and he didn’t let me help clean up, because i felt so bad and I was walking out and he chased me with.a brand new free drink to replace the one I broke on his floor ! What a beautiful and genuine experience 🥰

I went yesterday to buy some egg flour soup and they had it on the wall menu for $4.99 and the cashier charged me for $5.99.When confronted the cashier that why the total was $6.47? She said the menu is wrong and it needs to change.I think this is a rip off you need change the menu before you change the program on your cash register.And didn’t care with a very bad attitude she canceled my order and showed me her sign up on the wall that says we have the right to refuse service to anyone.

It is a tiny place.., mainly for take out. I recommend the orange chicken, chow mein noodles, fried rice. The pepper beef was ok, BBQ pork could have been a little more flavorful maybe ask to put some of the juice on the pork. They have a tiny menu the other items looked okay I was just more into the orange chicken. If you just want to pick up Chinese food and go home and relax from a long day its not a bad place to stop.

I ordered green pepper (bell pepper) beef and they gave me jalapeno beef! This was ordered on postmates. I complained to postmates and they said to take it up with the restaurant. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mix up and no one answers the phone and it says to enter my code. Ridiculous. I feel let down by both No. 1 and postmates. Will order from a different Chinese food place for now on.

This is definitely not an ad although I guess you could take it that way but Im not paid by these people at all this place has been in the corner of the shopping mall on Fairview and Baker for just about as long as I can remember and for my money theres only one other Chinese food place that I would even consider going because I consider this the best Chinese food place in the entire world. now thats saying something the only other option I would say is Lucky Chinese which is in Huntington Beach off of Ellis. highly highly recommended everyone is so nice there and so sweet. Im pretty sure its a family operation and the young girl that works there man Ive been working up the courage to ask her out forever. Not like shes super intimidating or anything but Im a white dude and she obviously is not super Americanized they came across bad she is an amazing English speaker and extremely polite but the whole cultural thing might be a problem LOL so if you meet her can you just do me a favor and not ask her out? I want my chance LOL seriously though go to this place oh my God everything they make is the best the only thing I could say is not the best change through the world but its still incredibly good in the above 9 out of 10 range is the Chow mein noodles and fried rice simply the chow mein which is a little bit thin everything is so delicious though who freaking cares?
