Pleasantly surprised of the freshness and tastiness of all the sashimi and yakitori dishes ordered. We ordered different sashimi (raw shrimp, black sea bream, chu-toro, uni, or-toro), oysters, unagi, and yakitori (beef tongue, chicken wings& chicken gizzards).Service was quick and orders were accurate. Well be back!

One of the best sushi spot in San Gabriel, service is excellent, fresh fish. I was there for a lunch Omakase 13 course, cant ask more for the price that comes with the food and service.

Attended a friends party there! Great atmosphere and staff were attentive to coordinate with us with the schedules we had prior food. However, when the food came, the timing was perfect. There were over 50 of us, and everyone got our food within 10 minutes. The chirashi bowl I had was delightful with many varieties, portion is big and fish are fresh! I love my steamed egg as there was drunken crab meat in my every single bite... it was delicious! I would definitely go there again for just dining

I havent been here in decades. Its changed owners that time, but this latest iteration aint bad. Excellent customer service. Tried their Monkey Brains and Gizzard skewer. The Monkey Brains (not real monkey Brains, you racist!) were an interesting concoction. The chicken gizzard skewer was seasoned just right, and not overcooked --had the right amount of feedback on the outer layer, with enough juiciness within. Although for the price, couldnt you have thrown in 1 more skewer?

My sister and I walked in without a reservation and were escorted to a table after just a moment. Host and wait staff were nice and friendly. Our drink orders were taken as soon as we were seated. Specials and regular items have their separate menus. Salmon carpaccio was lightly seared with a soy mustard dressing, not my favorite, Black Dragon roll had a good sized eel lying atop of 8 pieces of sushi, yummy. Paper lanterns and Japanese art set a nice decor to the pleasant atmosphere.

Excellent quality. Fresh fish, good variety of rolls on menu. Good grilled items. A la carte sushi is not on the delivery menu as an option. Also, special rolls have no descriptions. Delivery through Doordash was simple. Cute bento style boxes for delivery.

Their food is more for connessieurs. For example, their salmon is from Norway. You can taste the ice cold water. Its just different. Of course, these things comes with a higher price tag but not outrageously higher. Service is attentive as it should. Not your normal sushi place if you crave the finer things in life.

My friend knows the owner here and she was hyping the place up a lot, so yesterday after a 1.5 hour wait for boiling crab we decided to go here, we had various sushi, I reccomend the baked Alaskan roll, beef,chicken, pork sausage sticks, along with the fried rice was extremely tasty !! Give it a 20 out of 10…And customer service was great everyone was checking in on us and felt very welcomed also was seated very fast!! Thanks guys

10/10 all around. The fish is so fresh that I leave the place physically feeling great. The staff is so friendly, I feel like these are the nicest people in the city. Delicious food you feel good about and great service.
