My partner and I love Noble Vegetarian. Vegetarian means the food should not even include eggs, and that’s how the dishes at this place are made. Its unique using tofu, soy protein and lots of vegetables including vegeken, jimaca, etc. It’s our usual go-to food. Never say no to Noble.This time we got the A3 Roll, Kung Pao Vegeken, and Royal Soup. Do get their homemade chili paste. It’s flavorful with heat. All the food was spot-on flavorful and fantastic. Royal Soup’s base was bomb and we’ll definitely try it again. Service was quick. Server was considerate and checked on us. Their service, food, and decent/affordable price makes us want to come back over and over. Please keep this spot excellent the way it is. We’ll be back soon. Kudos!

What a NOBLE Welcome to Sacremento! This Memorial Day I drove to Sacremento to find my next place for the next year or so! True to fashion, my first thought is: where is the best Vegan food? After a Google search and many reviews I chose Noble which was a few minutes from my AirBnb… Sacremento, they DID NOT disappoint… From my fav cashier/waiter (Omg forgot his name but his colored hair and beautiful energy I will not!!! He recommended my dishes and I came back the next day for round 2!!! Five stars for me!!! 👏

I wish I could remember the name of the individual that helped me, but I cant. Great choice! I got the Spicy Cha Cha & the golden rolls. Both were absolutely DELICIOUS, but the golden rolls.... and the dipping sauce...💜💜💜. I will be returning!

Amazing vegetarian/vegan food!! We had islands of paradise, Mongolian wonder, clay pot sensation, and Thai fried rice. My favorite was the Mongolian wonder, there was so much meat and flavor included in the dish. They ran out of angel at peace so I ordered islands of paradise. It was also very good, wish I had more of it! The clay pot was nice and hot but I wish they cooked it for a bit longer so the sauce was more of a gravy instead of a liquid. Otherwise it still had good flavor. Thai fried rice was spicy and it was okay.Btw, vegeken is vegetarian chicken.It was a little warm inside the restaurant (70?) But it was also 116 degrees outside.Overall a great find, would definitely come back to try all the other food on the menu. Lots of vegan options here.

We went for dinner, food was good, but we had a mushroom allergy and they didnt make any effort to accommodate us, they said everything on the menu had some kind of mushroom item because of the oil.Most places use different oil, we felt like they didnt care to accommodate us. The person we had with us could not eat anything, very disappointed.We even looked at the menu before we came and it didnt say anything about mushroom in most meals.Service was good, but it was the cook who refused to accommodate us.Not recommend if you have any food allergies.

Amazing food and great service! Tucked away in a small strip mall is a gem of vegan mom and pop restaurant! I ordered the rose on the grill roll and it was the perfect combo of crunchy and soft, warm and cold, I demolished them too fast to take a photo. For my entree I got the Mongolian - spicy with noodles. So yummy! Its spicy but not tooooo bad, think Siracha level spice. I will definitely go back.

I stumbled across this vegetarian bistro inside of a n industrial strip mall. The food was served hot from a gentle server named Hailey. The music had a good low key vibe. The restaurant was clean but desperately needs a remodel. This restaurant must have the same exact food supplier as Loving Hut. Vegetarian food could be so Much more exciting. That’s what this city needs. It was served friendly and hot, good enough.

I ordered the Angel at Peace and it was delicious! This dish looks so simple but it’s so well seasoned and balanced. The service was great and the atmosphere of the place is very calm and nice. My husband is not vegan and he was really impressed with his noodles. I really recommend this place to vegans and non-vegans, and would definitely love to be back next time I visit Sacramento!

This place was very surprising. I try a lot of different vegetarian places, and none have come close to Noble. I eat a lot of meat and have always had my experience at veg places be meh.But this Spicy Cha Cha, had amazing texture, flavor and spice. How they even got the yam to be that meaty texture is beyond me.I also had the golden rolls, which were an easy 10.

The Food: delicuous and perfect sharing portions. Love all of the options here and it is always made to perfection!The Service: took a star off because of the unprofessional argument we had to listen to vetween a server and the manager.They were clearly understaffed and it definitely affected the service. Overall, i will definitely come back. But mybe just for take out!

Upon walkin in we were greeted. Youll Immediately FEEL welcomed. Clean booths, tables, and chairs, seat yourself. Theyll bring the menus. When you open the menu, youll notice how everything looks AMAZING!! I spent at least 10 minutes trying to choose. I ended up picking an appetizer to buy more time. I wish I had the money to try everything on the menu!! The appetizer I chose gave me a feel for how bomb the food was about to be. It was such a fulfilling tease!! I needed MORE. My husband chose the Mongolian beef and I chose the sweet & sour chicken. We split/shared both plates and a stir fry rice. BABY lemme telllll you!!! The food is delicious! I ate the first few bites with my eyes closed and rolled to the back of my head! I wanted to praise dance and shout hallelujah! Its BETTER than real meats by far!! The texture felt real as well. I cant wait to go back. Oh, each dish is around $8/$9. But theyre hefty portions. My to go box looked like take out. Im very impressed. I dont know if anyone tips, but I DEFINATELY did. I cant wait to go there again to try more of the menu!

The burger was really nice and the fries were good. I was kind of leaning towards a four star because the tofu appetizer had literally no flavor and it came with a sauce which gives it flavor but its all dependant on the sauce. The burger and and fries were good enough to make up for the bland tofu though. The food here isnt cheap or expensive so if you are looking for cheaper food this really isnt the place.

Im not a vegan but I like vegan food my mom is a vegan so i found a place thats vegan friendly. Noble Vegetarian has amazing food. It took us 30 minutes just to order Because everything looked great. It was so hard to choose because they have so many options. Once we thought we made up our minds another customer would get their food then we were back to square one. I definitely remember this place and will definitely go back soon. The bonus is the prices are reasonable and their lime mint water is amazing

Its a great small place for the vegetarian and vegan to go around the Foothill Farms area for Asian food. I liked their spicy soup and my friends liked their roti wraps. Would go here again.

Jacob and Natalie were absolutely amazing! My mother is vegan so to go out to dinner can be challenging sometimes to find something we can both eat. I was skeptical about their vegan burger but I tried it. It was amazing!!!! You can tell its not meat but it so damn good. The service and food is always spot on, I highly recommend them!!!

Came here tonight with my daughter and niece. I have never tried vegan food before and it was delicious.It is a small place only 14 tables. My waiter was Jacob. He was so nice...what a great waiter. He helped me choose what to order.My daughter ordered the curry soup with udon noodles to add. OMG...the broth was so good. They use a yellow curry and coconut milk. Its a huge bowl of soup for only 7.75. I think I will order that next time.My niece ordered the vermicelli. She really liked it. It comes with the meat substitute..egg roll...veggies...noodles and like a sweet vinegar sauce. She really enjoyed 5he flavor so much.I ordered the Mongolian wonder for 9.50. Omg...the flavor was so good. It came on a bed of tomatoes..lettuce and cucumber...the meat substitute was so good...and very filling. I would definately recommend ordering this or the curry soup...if you like spicy.We also ordered the Golden Roll for 5.95. You get 4 egg rolls with a dipping sauce. They were good also...very hot and crispy.If you are looking for a wonderful vegan meal..this place is the bomb.Its like vegan chinese food/ vietnamese food/ american food...nom noms.

This place was very busy for dinner. Food was very flavorful and delicious even for a non vegan person like me 😊 the only thing I would suggest is they provide knives with the silverware. We got a Mongolian plate and the chow fun plate as well as the wonton soup which I didn’t have time to take a picture of because it was gone so fast. Great place will go again.

I came across this place one night when other places were closed and Google Maps said they were open.Ive always loved a vermicelli bowl and I noticed they had it on the menu. A few weeks before my trial of Noble Vegetarian, I had one of the best bowls Ive eaten in San Jose so it had stiff competition.This place is right up there with the best vermicelli bowls!!Also try the different rolls on the menu. All of them provide a different taste, and theyre all delicious.

Incredibly clean, fresh, fast and nutritious. Another five stars for excellent service and attitude of the beautiful one who served me. The menu has a lot to choose from and I especially appreciate the organic nature of the food and that my order was made as requested, spicy and omitting specific ingredients. The vegetables were not too crisp or too soggy, even the broccoli was just right in a hot veggie dish, and the the vegan options for meat substitutions are better than I have had anywhere. THE FLAVOR, another five stars. There were people constantly going in and out to pick up their orders and now I know why! The location is easy to find and not far from Madison avenue, parking is limited but there is plenty available since everything is made for to go orders. I highly recommend Noble Vegetarian if youre in search for high vibrational, clean food and great portion sizes for a reasonable price and short wait.

This place has delicious vegan food and very friendly service. No complaints.**UPDATE**I rated them 5 stars until tonight I had to change it to 3. I called in and ordered the Mongolian beef, which is delicious. I ordered white rice, chow mein and 2 golden rolls. The lady taking my order (Haylee) said the total was going to be $34.80 in which I was shocked to hear. The price seemed way too high. She insisted it was correct. My dad went to pickup the food and when he brought it inside there were EIGHT rolls, 6 more than I ordered. And we were charged for all of them. I called the restaurant and spoke with the Haley, the manager and explained everything to her and stated that we ordered 2 rolls, not 8. And she said yeah, you said 2 so I thought you meant 2 orders. I said no... I said TWO ROLLS. She said if I drove all the way back (wasting my time and gas) that I could bring the rolls back to them and she could refund the roll money but thats just ridiculous. She made an obvious mistake and wanted us to pay for it.Ive probably been here 6 or 7 times before and had an excellent experience every single time until tonight and now I just have a bad taste in my mouth about this place. We may or may not return. If we dont return thats HUNDREDS of dollars in future business lost over a simple mistake that couldve been easily fixed. Haylee, the manager might need better training on customer satisfaction because we were NOT satisfied tonight. Very disappointing.

Highly recommended. The eggplant tofu was so good! This is a new favorite for me. My son had the Mongolian vegeken and if you miss the taste of beef or are a meat eater looking for a healthy alternative it is very eerie how much it tastes and has the texture of beef. I have a feeling most everything on this menu is excellent.

The quality of food here was great. I got the Basil Eggplant Tofu, with a side of brown rice, and the dish was excellent and large enough servings to serve as two meals. The gentleman that served me, Jacob, was kind, courteous, and helpful. The measures in place at the restaurant to ensure the safety of its customers from COVID related issues was definitely welcomed. Im looking forward to trying other things on their menu soon.

Food was delicious, fresh and promptly served. Waitress was nice and attentive. Between the 4 of us we got 4 different meals and all of them were tasty. Wonderful vegan food! I highly recommend the spicy cha cha, and basil eggplant tofu stir fry along with their brown rice. But for a starter a must not miss is their mushu mushu. SO GOOD! They also have the friendliest wait staff that Ive ever been served by at a restaurant.

My group of 3 adults and a toddler decided on this spot for lunch after seeing the reviews. For appetizers, the golden nuggets were a favorite for my 3yr old. We then ordered the vermicelli, happy chow fun and Thai fried rice. The water was refreshing with spearmint and lemon. We were happy the whole time with the service and food. They offered a booster seat right away and gave my son a plastic water cup. We opted to use our own straw. We definitely will keep the Noble Vegetarian in mind for future vegan outings!!

Delicious food! Large portions! And as a non-vegetarian, the bbq soy slices are better than any beef Ive ever had! Ive experienced them in both the thai fried rice (which really isnt spicy at all) and in the mongolian wonder. The only issue I have with Noble Vegetarian is that there is no option for a one meal sized, create your own bowl (sorta like panda express or chipotle). Id love to get just one portion of the mongolian wonder and some fried rice!

After reading all the great reviews I was excited to finally be passing through Sacramento to try this place! I tried three dishes: the kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, and the chicken and vegetables.All three were great! The beef dish was the best flavor wise, but I would easily eat any of them again. The texture of the vegan mock meat is what really impressed me! So far, no other vegan Chinese takeout place has come so close to nearly nailing meat texture! Impressive.

My favorite vegan spot in Northern Cali. I drive all the way from Stockton to eat here. The lemongrass vegeken and Thai fried rice is amazing! Desserts are rarely available but if so, they are the best around. Staff is super friendly.

I love the food here! Everything I have tried is great. A lot of people like the fake meat here, which is pretty good, but Ive been vegetarian my whole life and usually prefer veggies and tofu. The veggies here are so fresh and tasty. My favorites are the vegetable curry, eggplant tofu, and the longevity rolls. The vegetable soup is very satisfying as well.

So far Ive really been enjoying eating here. Im not vegetarian, either. Theres a big menu with a lot of options, the food comes out quickly, and the staff are young and energetic: they even remembered us when we came back a second time. The restaurant itself is nice and clean and comfortable. The food reminds me of getting Chinese food, but a lot of the options are healthier, inevitably because of how many vegetables there are in everything. I have a soft spot for their mushu sauce, so if you get the option to have that with your meal, do it! Oh, and I highly recommend trying their Thai iced tea. The flavor is quite strong and sweet, mind you, but if those characteristics are a positive, its very delicious. :)

I ordered the pulled pork jackfruit sandwich. I was excited to try it! What I received was a delicious roll slathered in bbq sauce and filled with jalapeno and cilantro. Wheres the jackfruit? There was no jackfruit in my sandwich save for the few tiny thinly sliced triangular pieces, but certainly none of the pulled pork looking part that was shown in the picture on the menu. I mean, if you are out of jackfruit, why not say so? I could have gotten something else. Im not going to lie, what I did get, tasted good. So I just ate it as is. Simply amazing! I still remember the first time I went and thought is was necessary to ask the waiter vegan questions, but to my delight the established name Noble Vegetarian was a bit of a misnomer. In a very professional and polite manner he answered every single one of my questions satisfactorily. Their mannerisms here are superb. My vegetarian girlfriend recommended I try the noble vegetarian. Im not usually one to seek out vegetarian only restaurants since Im a carnivore. I like my burgers and steaks medium rare, so when she told me that this place had pho meats I was skeptical to say the least. But after trying some of what they have to offer, I have to say this is now on my list of having great tasty food. This is my go-to vegan restaurant in the Sacramento area, the food is delicious at a great price. I take people here whenever I get the chance. I like the classic pho, curry and potato soup, curry fried rice and my personal favorite the pad Thai made with wide rice noodles. Perhaps the best vegan restaurant in Sacramento. It delivers a tremendous variety of invigorating and delicious fare. Even my four and five year old kids enjoy eating here which I think must be due to the wonderful sauces on most dishes. I used to love this place until they gave me some bad mushu-mushu and another incorrect order and tried to keep my money when I went back to return. Their food is delicious. I enjoy the angel at peace, the longevity rolls and the roti drumsticks. The au lac sauce is to die for. And the service is absolutely outstanding. The place is small and cute and quaint. I love it!

The service is terrible, they bring out one dish at a time and you may wait about 5 to 10 minutes before they bring out another persons dish. We were a party of five it should not have been that difficult. However the food was excellent when it was served. Will not be going back here. Also if youre allergic to Soy they have it in everything, so dont go there.

I absolutely love this place. My favorite dish is the eggplant tofu and some white rice. I also enjoy the mint in the water which is refreshing. I also like the price. The people are very nice as well.

Super friendly wait staff and delicious food! My friend gave her leftovers to a non-vegetarian friend and she said it tasted just like chicken! A great place to reduce your carbon footprint.

Fully vegetarian fare. Tried the appetizer sampler, wonton soup and a sweet and sour chicken. All of the meats are plant based and soy proteins. If I had not known I was eating meat substitutes, I wouldnt have guessed! Tje food was simple and flavorful. Service was fantastic and I will definitely return in the future. I have always been nervous to try meat substitutes and was pleasantly shocked by the deliciousness and similar textures.

I am by no means a Vegitarian and was skeptical about their menu.I had a stir fry plate called Mongolian wonder and the Soy Protein taste just like meat, without the fat. Could not tell that it wasnt meat. ( bell peppers and other vegs) Soups, appetizers, etc.Excellent food and service.My Vegitarian Son turned me on to this Restaurant.

My overall experience was ok... the food took a long time to come out and when it did it was cool. I happened to peek inside the kitchen and there was just a bunch of youngsters hanging out. On top of that I had a hair in my food. I dont think Id go back.

Ordered for delivery to my home had to assemble the wonton soup myself can be great if your allergic to an ingrediant only 4 wonton came in large soup which tastes like beef broth. Ordered the sampler to see what they have it was just tofu fried into different shapes no vegetables at all. Im vegan wheres the vegetables?
