Vanessa is an amazing host! I mean above and beyond. Very patient, not pushy, took her time to show me everything in the building and explain thoroughly all the caveats of renting at this community. Answered all my questions and was willing to go an extra mile for me and my family. Approval was easy as 1-2-3, I didn’t have to do anything!

Just moved into the building today and Keira went above and beyond. She made the entire leasing process so simple. She is so kind and knowledgeable about the building. She also answers emails in a timely manner. It was honestly such a pleasant experience working with her.

10/24 Update I got my check $500 Thank You. I really like Vanessa and this is nothing against her and I didnt like the fact that I had to write these reviews for me to get my money back.I stumbled upon NOHO14 listing, and it seemed like the perfect place for me. I was excited and eager to secure the unit, so I submitted my application and paid the application fee without hesitation. Along with the application fee they had requested for a $500 deposit to hold the unit. They assured me that if I changed my mind, I would get my deposit back. It sounded fair, so I went ahead and paid the deposit. However, as fate would have it, I did change my mind. It was Labor Day weekend (Sep 1st when I gave my $500 deposit), so I couldnt just storm into their office on Monday since they were closed. Instead, I emailed Vanessa, the person I had been corresponding with. I politely explained that I had a change of heart and no longer wanted to move forward with the application. To my surprise, I received no response. Worried, I called Vanessa the next day and reiterated my decision. She seemed understanding but informed me that it could take up to three weeks for me to receive my deposit back. Fast forward to now, October 16, and still no sign of my money. Ive sent countless emails and made multiple calls, but Im being ignored. Its infuriating! I mean, were not talking about $20 here; its $500! Its a significant amount, and I feel cheated. Its just wrong to take someones money, promise them a refund, and then ignore their attempts to get it back. Its downright unfair and unethical. I hope this situation gets resolved soon because its not just about the money anymore. Its about being treated with respect and fairness. I just want my $500 back.

The building is great for its price, with nice views and excellent amenities. I must give a shoutout to Sergi for his exceptional maintenance support; hes always there to assist me with anything I need. The staff and people who work there are truly outstanding.The only issue Ive encountered is the presence of homeless camps around the building. While the LAPD clears them up from time to time, they tend to reappear.

Ive been here for four years now and just signed a lease for another year. Im not staying here because this building is amazing because its not. but like a lot of things in life everything changes. Sometimes for the better but often not. Although I do love my apartment and the view from the 12th floor is breathtaking, I enjoy pool time with my son and the location is rather central. a bit ghetto but its an acceptable gritty. Moving can be daunting and stressful. Add to the mix a 6 year old dealing with collateral damage from a divorce it wasnt the right time to relocate, hence the signing up for another year. Several of the perks and amenities have been stripped from the building and I still dont agree with or think its right to cut pieces of the experience here to save a buck, our rent wasnt reduced! Amenities cut/rent increased, hmmmmmm. The fact that those amenities had been in place since the building opened doesnt sting any less. Access in to the building and up to residence floors proves to almost impossible. Ive been told there should be a new entry system in place soon that should eliminate most of that hassle. Well see. The package delivery system needs to be re-thought. Due to the location of the locker system (P4) delivery men often give up and dont deliver packages. this happens to me about every 2 weeks. The leasing office is professionally staffed and maintenance is 4 star. Parking is easy and secure. Bring back concierge and I will gladly write a million reviews with 5 stars.

Large apartments, amazing views. Its not without its faults but after experiencing two big maintenance issues in my time here I have to give a special mention to Sergio who really prioritized a solution both times and made what could have been very frustrating a smooth fix.

Ive been living in this community since 2018 and Ive got to say that the building improved a lot. The management is very good, they take care of residents concerns quick and effectively.
