Excited for this place. Recommended by a coworker. Went to it in afternoon. Place was about half full. Stood around for about 5 min near the door. No service. Walked over to counter and stood about 5-7 min and hostess didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Another lady showed up and waited about 5 min herself. A family of 3 walked in. Hostess looked up and sat them. Second lady made some deep breathing and another lady not the hostess came to ask if we’ve been attended to. We said no. So she took my order and said aprx 30 min. And then assisted the other lady. I came back 30 min later. Once again the hostess no response. But an older guy saw me and smiled and asked second worker to help out. She rang me out and out. Got home. Had the combo fried rice. Portion size wasn’t bad. Flavor not bad. Presentation ehh. Surprised there wasn’t more scallions or other veggies.

Im not normally a pho person. Just happened to stop here for a quick bite to eat. The soup was amazing. The broth was fantastic. It really shined. I had the brisket pho. Just superb. The right amount of spice. I tend to like spicier foods but this didnt need anything added to it. Great ambience and great service.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a joyful exuberance from a very nice man who genuinely seemed so happy to serve us! We ordered two chicken pho bowls and split an order of imperial rolls. I was very impressed by how quickly the food came, and was accurately prepared. They came back to refill the waters and wanted to make sure we had plenty of condiments for our pho. Very pleasant experience, we will be back!

My to go place for Asian food. Nice and clean restaurant. Highly recommend that you try the Roll Your Own Roll Last item on the menu. Its an experience. Oh, BTW the hot bowl of water they bring when you order that item is not for washing your hands... lol... it is for dipping the rice papers. Then you put it on your plate and the ingredients you want on it. Then bring the bottom edge of the rice paper over the ingredients. Fold up both right and left ends of the rice paper and then roll upwards. Do not put too much ingredients in the roll or it will break. After complete preparing your fresh spring roll, dip it in the peanut sauce. Bon appetit! Ive just walked you through how to make your own Vietnamese fresh spring roll...the restaurant will provide everything you need to do it and have fun doing it! Try it! You will enjoy it! One order can feed 2 people or maybe 3 if you are not a big eater. Its a dish to order as a group for an entertaining experience! And no I have no relations or ownership in this restaurant nor have I been paid to do this. I just wanted you to have an experience that you cant experience elsewhere. I just care about other people as a whole. 😘

Our first experience at Noodle 21 was not good at all. Our server was nice and friendly. It was the female back of house manager who the entire restaurant could hear swearing and arguing with the owner. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. We walked out before the food was served due to the poor service and not wanting to eat in that hostile environment.

This is the second time I’ve been here. First time, there was just one customer in the restaurant, however took a while to get my food. Had to go to the front counter to pay for my food, as they never brought me my check.Decided to give them a second chance and come here due to the gloomy weather for the pho and thai tea. When I walked in with my 5 year old, I was told I can sit anywhere. We just stood there for a while because all the vacant tables had not been cleaned; there were dirty dishes and utensils on the table that needed to be cleaned. Again, We were told to sit anywhere, so we had to sit on a dirty table. After waiting for about 10 mins, they finally brought me the menu, took away the dirty dishes and cleaned the table. It took a while to get our food. When I got my pho, I had to wait for them to bring out the basil leaves, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeno. Then I had to ask for a fork and spoon and wait for a bit. I had asked for my thai tea, strawberry smoothie for my son and water, however it took a while to get our drinks. We were almost done eating our food when they finally brought our thai tea and smoothie. Never got our water. Never checked up on us. Had to walk up to the counter to pay for my food.Service is very slow. Never coming back again due to slow service and the price. Prices have definitely gone up since the last time I’ve been here, which was just about 2 months ago. Can’t believe I paid $15 for a very small bowl of pho (seems as though they downsized their regular pho bowls to an even smaller size compared to 2 months ago), paid $16.50 for a comination fried rice (didn’t realize it didn’t come with any veggies at all), and paid $7.50 each for the thai tea and smoothie (they also increased the price in drinks tremendously). I also ordered pho to go for my husband since he wanted pho. Total price came out to be over $64. The food is extremely overpriced. This will be my last time here. Will not be coming here again.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat on my lunch break. Everything was fine I paid the bill and left money on the table for a tip. I look back at my account and they charged me $9 more dollars than what I paid for food. So my guess is the server didnt think I tipped enough and added more onto my bill, I guess they really needed the money. I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN.

If you want ghetto treatment, this is the place! I just seat and I asked the waitress if the noodles have wheat flour or rice flower. And she answered me: We are no nutritionists. Then I explained to her: it is a question about the food you are selling, you should know or at least go and ask. Then not enough with her bad attitude, she went, and asked the owner, and he said the same answer. Then I left that place, and I wouldnt recommend this try to be restaurant to anybody.

I have been in here several times before. This is one of the best buffet in the San BernardinoArea.The food is really good. The dinning room area is large. The only thing in here is the waiting area takes long time specially for dinner in the weekend.Is very close to other restaurants in the area.You are going to the movies this is a good place to enjoy dinner with a large group or spouse.I highly recommend.

Went there because of the name and I was craving noodles. Found out they had rice dishes, soups and a great variety to choose from. The waitress was very nice, the music was smooth jazz and the restaurant design was clean and inviting. I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and the Combination of Chicken and Seafood Noodle Soup Togo. My order came in about 15 minutes. When I got my food was still very warm. I live in San Bernardino about 12 minutes from the Noodle 21. The rice had great flavors of spices and heat. The soup broth was deep in flavor, the meat and vegetables were fresh. This place I will go back to and make it my number one spot for Asian food. Well done.😍

One of the few Vietnamese restaurants in the area that has a sleek and modern look. The food is just average if not slightly below average. I judge the pho mainly on the broth. To be quite honest I had never been here before because I thought when I read noodle it was more like chow mein than pho but i very much enjoyed my first visit, it was very clean, organized, and friendly staff, constantly checked up on us. I order shrimp pho like always at any pho location and I very much enjoyed it and also that they take off the tail in the shrimp, its not a make or break but I really like the convenience. I will definitely go back.

I never tend to give reviews but this time I am totally outraged.! My four year old and two year old were acting up,we asked them to stop a few times .Dad got up with them to get there attention. By this time we knew it’s there nap time . Dad got up one more time as he was walking out I heard the Lady Boss and waitress say “ that’s why people should have dogs instead of children”, my husband walks in sits down and they kept on talking about how kids are to expensive to send them to college.

Yesterday I went here.I had been there before and had wonton soup . I tried to call in my order their phones dont work. I drove there ordered 1 chicken 1 shrimp soup. I got home they gave me 2 chicken I am so disappointed. Then the chicken is like sliced chicken Id get for sandwiches. I thought there would be chunks of chicken. Going back I told them their phone wasnt working another customer came in after me and said the same thing. When I was leaving she said the phone was working. Make sure you sharpen your teeth before you have the beef pho. For twenty years I’ve been enjoying pho never have I encountered beef so tuff, I had to concentrate on chewing for fear of chocking on it. Unfortunately I still chocked twice. The noodles were a bit dry, but still good and tasty. The pho was great - a nice broth, good flavors, etc. The best pho place that weve found in the area! This is the only place in the Redlands area that sells Pho, which is disappointing. Ive been in the restaurant and sat down to eat a couple of times and have had some pretty bad experiences with service, so I always order to go now. Their food is okay, not the best but also not the worst, and in my opinion overpriced.

I hadnt had Phó in a long time. My husband brought some the other day and that put me in Phó craving mode. So I decided to take my mom to have Phó because I know theres a lot of these restaurants in the IE area where she lives. I was soooo very happy with the staff, service, and the simple fact that they have blackout blinds that REALLY keep the sun out of your eyes. However, I found the Phó average. Dont get me wrong, I was content with what I ordered! It just didnt have that WOW factor for me like what my husband brought me. Save your money and go to PHO T&T in highland they ave way better service and food, .Everyone at noodle 21 needs to go back to vietnam!!! Everyone at noodle 21 is rude!!! So disappointed the food was very oily the staff was rude it was my first time so I asked for a fountain drink (cola) and the girl came and slammed a can of coke on the table and said If I want more I have to pay for another can. They took long to bring the food out to us and kinda rushed us out of the door.
