Absolutely delicious. The Brisket soup was superb. Their takeout portions are enough for two meals.
The noodle is really good here. Its a little bit crowded at lunch, waited for about 10mins.
Got the most popular beef noodle dish and lamb skewers, which basically had no flavor. broth was just slightly salty/extremely oily and the noodles weren’t anything to write home about. the lamb skewers weren’t marinated well enough and the spice was merely sprinkled on top. wouldn’t recommend the beef rib because it wasn’t soft/tender enoughthink this place is mostly just for presentation over anything else. would not recommend
Legitimately one of the best meals Ive eaten, taking me completely by surprise after a dentist appointment (and it was worth whatever damage done to my newly cleaned teeth). Had the lamb noodle soup, spicy, and cucumber salad. Nailed the broth especially and the spice combo was magical. Highly recommend.
I ordered take out and my order was a little late but other than that the staff was friendly. I got the vegetable lo mein and I have to say it was some of the best noodles I’ve had. The sauce was delicious, the noodles were the perfect texture, and the vegetables added a lot of freshness. On top of that, the serving was generous. I definitely will be returning.
Its rare for me to give ONLY 4 stars since the quality that I value the most for a restaurant its the staff’s attitude, and I do think for this one, they could have done better 😞For the noodle, I wouldnt say the portion is as “generous” as others said considering the higher price compared to other restaurants (mine was above $20), and I actually believe its just bc the bowl is wider, but at least the taste is alright and the beef rib is legit.Also, although you could choose the width of the noodles (thick or thin), the thick ones look almost thin to me. 😥Its different from the thick noodle you could have for real beef noodles in Asia. Get there early, before 6pm if you can - the line gets long fast & you will have to take it to go. And dont bother ordering at the lobby flat screen, or on your phone with the QR code - the wait staff will interrupt your order and take it more quickly on their iPad. Pay in advance for EXCELLENT quality broth, noodles, meat and seasonings - get the wide noodle and order SPICY if you handle it - 8 hr broth is INCREDIBLE. Try the sweet & savory crunchy cucumber salad very good. Excellent service and vibe - bring a bibb so you dont slurp all over your clean shirt/blouse. Well be back soon!
Had to wait a bit but was generally pretty efficient. The vegetable lo mein and vegetable noodle soup were both really good, though I wish the noodle soup had more vegetables in it. They were also a bit oily, but generally tasty
In my first time, I had their signature noodle with beef rib. The potion is HUGE. Good broth and ingredients are fresh. It was great for winter. I took off one star because the type of noodle (I ordered thin noodle) is not what I expect for a bowl of traditional Chinese beef noodle soup. It would be great if they could use fresh Lamian noodle instead of something tasting like Japanese ramen. Will try something else next time. Also great value given the price.

I had walked by Noodle Dynasty many times and seen a line out the door so I wondered what all the hype was about. After all the Berkeley undergrads cleared out for the summer I thought it was finally time to try the food.Noodle Dynasty absolutely lives up to the hype. I got the spicy lamb special soup with thick noodles, the Singapore rice noodles, and the smashed cucumber. All three dishes were incredibly full of flavor. The portions are huge and you definitely dont need one entree per person. I am excited to bring friends here when theyre visiting. The atmosphere and service were pleasant too, though I dont like ordering off a QR code.
We went on a Sunday night, got there at 5:20- 20 min after they opened, and we got the last open table - it gets busy quick! There was a line out the door by the time we were done eating. For good reason though, the food is delicious!! We had the chow fun, beef brisket soup, lamb skewers and fried rice, and it was the perfect amount of food for 5 adults. The price is very reasonable too.The restaurant is small, so not ideal if you have a large party - any more than 5 will be tight.
I was actually very impressed. The noodles were of very generous portions and the broth had some very good flavor to it. A wonderful addition to telegraph and I look forward to trying it again. Note: if you are like me and are not a red meat eater, the noodle options are rather limited (no chicken options just veggie and a shrimp one I think). If you like beef and/or lamb though, this will be noodle heaven for you because there are many very tasty options.
Excellent cooking. We shared a hot/spicy lamb noodle soup special, and beef chow fun. The special was delicious, and the beef chow fun was perfectly cooked - among the best Ive eaten.

The soup was DELICIOUS. I would give the food itself 20 stars. The ordering is through an app, which is kind of a bummer. The tables are quite close together so you may feel crowded at busy times.
The place is popular. I need to wait for a while to get seated. The soup is quite salty. The noodles do not seem to be made by hand. I would say there are better Chinese ramen places than this one in East Bay
Literally the best to-go meal I’ve ever had. I got the beef brisket with rice. I wasn’t able to eat it for about an hour after picking it up, so I was worried it wouldn’t taste that great, but it was still amazing. Have also dined in and great food every time. Singapore rice noodle is (or was until the beef brisket) my favorite.
Looking for authentic hand pulled noodles? This is the place. And very generous amount, much better than those you find in South Bay.

They don’t respect customers. If they have 2 tables，they will put 2 tables together to make one. Even if you comes early, they will ask someone behind you to take a seat if they have 4 people. And you will wait a long time

The taste is not bad, order by mobile phone, after order and payment, I gave a 15% tip, if I want to drink water, ask the service staff, ignore me, I take it by myself. After eating and packing, I took care of me, and asked him for the packing box, but he didnt give me a bag, so I went to get the bag by myself.

Be prepared to wait when you get there. They dont have an online waitlist or even an in-person waitlist for that matter, so youll have to wait in line once you get there. I went with a friend on a Saturday afternoon, and the 2 of us had to wait for about 10-15 minutes.Once you get seated, you can scan the QR code and order food for the table. Their SnackPass QR code is not that great, so after multiple failed attempts, we had to ask our server to take our order. The service was really fast. Our food came out in 5-7 minutes after we placed the order.My friend got the pickled cabbage and fish filet noodle soup, and I got the beef brisket noodle soup in 8-hour cooked broth. We also got the lamb skewers to share.The lamb skewers were really good. The lamb was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I was definitely craving for more afterward.The moment our server brought the noodle soup to our table, we could feel the aroma wafting from the big bowl of noodle soup and the savory notes of the broth filled with aromatic vegetables, herbs and spices. I got the spicy noodle soup but didnt find it spicy. The beef brisket was the star of the show. It just melted in the mouth with unparalleled tenderness. Each juicy bite of the brisket was infused with the essence of the broth and all the spices, creating an explosion of flavors that just lingered on my palate. The broth of beef noodle soup was delicious.I got the tomato and egg noodle bowl, I forgot the exact name but it was delicious.Easy to order, they do it through tablets on the table or you can order To-go in line.

The beef ribs are impressively substantial! There was a bit of a wait, but it wasnt too bad. The only downside is that the restaurant is small, with tiny eating spaces.

2023-10-09 19:24:49This was one of those places that allowed me to reminisce back on home flavors. The broth was rich, flavorful but yet not overpowering. The noodles, which had a selection of thick, thin and rice, were perfectly cooked to my liking. The cucumber appetizer was also excellent, tasted very fresh.

2023-08-04 23:55:21This was one of my favorite dining experiences Ive had in a really long time. My chicken chow mein was amazing. Incredibly savory, but not too salty, generous on sauce, but not too wet, and the chicken was cooled perfectly. It was also a really good portion for the price. The atmosphere was also really pleasant, but I was most taken by the incredible people there. I dont want to say how kind and accommodating they were, because I dont want people to take advantage of these wonderful people, but know that this is an establishment run by exceptionally lovely folk.

2023-07-31 13:47:43Excellent noodles! The smashed cucumber salad was also one not to miss. The wait was not insignificant but once seated, the staff efficiently take your order. The portions are quite large. Four of us shared two soups and two appetizers.

2023-05-07 03:25:04Came here for a dinner date and it was delicious! we had the smashed cucumber, lamb skewers, wonton noodle soup (thin noodle), and lamb brisket noodle soup (rice noodle). we picked spicy for the noodles but they weren’t that spicy. the portions were massive and the service was fast. be prepared for a short wait.

Seemed like everyone had a giant bowl of soup. I got wonton in chili oil, great texture wonton filling. Hot and sour soup, nice broth, white pepper and little vinegar. Plate of Singapore noodle that was also delicious. I work in a kitchen and sometimes I notice the hand of a real chef when I taste the food. ND, has a chef! Staff were on the ball, I was greeted within a few minutes with a nod to seat me when a table was free. I had a little trouble with my cell, need to scan a qr on the table and order with my phone. The gentleman handed me a tablet and I ordered. Wontons in chili came out first, I am a big fan for noodle dynasty!!!!

Waste of $40+ in total for this dish. I won’t order this dish anymore. Hope the owner will take of it.
