Overall, the food was great and the broth is flavorful as well. The food portions were relative to their prices as well as having a nice setting to eat at. They were also very friendly while getting our food in an orderly manner. I would definitely recommend this place as their pho is the best Ive had in Chico so far!

Great place to stop by! It was a homely restaurant and the staff were really nice. We ordered a vegetarian fried tofu pho, fresh tofu spring rolls, and a thai tea. It was all delicious and the flavors were very rich however not overwhelming in the least! I would definitely recommend it.

Came in when they opened. Hostess wasnt very welcoming. Service was just okay. Food was pretty good. Prices have increased.

Just had a meal here recently for the first time in a while. Their vegetarian pho is fantastic - really good broth! We also had summer rolls which were good but messy. The peanut sauce is super tasty. I would have liked a little more flavor in the summer rolls, maybe some mint for example. My partner had a banh mi with pork which was also good. It came out with the meat steaming hot and tasty. An excellent meal, especially for the affordable price.

Pho was decent I would go back. One thing that bugged me was that we asked the guy at the front how many hours they cook the broth for and he said I dont know😬. He could of simply asked, smh.

They were a bit short-staffed so wait time for food took a bit longer to arrive which was understandable and I had nothing better to do so I didnt mind the wait.Food was pretty good overall. Seems like some items may have been overpriced by a dollar but thats just me.I got brisket pho, bomb, and Thai iced tea, proportionately made so it was really good and not too sweet.

If i could give 0 stars i would. the lady that was working when i went was very rude and unwelcoming. we came in and it was very hot, no air conditioning, with just one small fan. so we walked around to see if it was too hot in the room to eat and we would take it to go. the lady then snaps at us and says seat urself then and throws the menus on the counter. will not be coming here again. do not recommend.

Ordered the banh mi and pho combo. Had pork on my banh mi and went with the beef meatball pho...So lets start with the banh mi. The roll may not be baked fresh, I honestly dont know, but it sure tastes like it. The pork was seasoned and grilled to perfection, and everything else on the sandwich is fresh and delicious. So. Very. Good!The pho is hot, the broth is amazing, and you get to decide what you want to add: jalapenos, mung beans, Thai basil, and lime. The beef meatballs were excellent as well.You cant go wrong!

I was not impressed. I called in a take-out order. First, the phone number was hard to find; then when located, it did not answer. Finally someone picked up to take the order. They didnt ask me for a name or a callback number, so I immediately wondered if my order would in fact be processed. When I arrived to pick up the order, it was clear that they indeed had not filled it. They told me no problem, they could have it ready in 5 minutes. It actually took 20 minutes. When I got home, I found that half of the food ordered was missing, and they had included a soup which I had not ordered. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Im vegeterian, and not a lot of places will make pho with vegetable broth, but they do. They even offer it with tofu.(I didnt get it with tofu tho just cause I dont like it.) So I thought that was super cool. I love that they just get straight to it and its mainly noodles. However, I wish it had a little more seasoning and flavor or more veggies or something but take it with a grain of salt that I chose to have it without meat and in veggie broth. Super yummy and clean place with good atmosphere tho!

Their Pho is amazing and possibly the only place in Chico that lets you add tendon to your Pho! Also had the grilled beef and shrimp over noodles and wasnt disappointed. The shrimp were perfectly cooked with a nice char on the outside and the beef was packed with flavor. The eggroll was also perfectly crispy with lots of filling on the inside. Super recommend to anyone wanting a nice big bowl of Pho!

I really like this place. The food is good and the staff is usually friendly. I have called and got hung up on a few time 😑😑😑😑, which is why they get 3 in stead of 4. But other than that an ok place. They are usually pretty fast. They are just inconsistent when it comes to customer service. But the food usually tastes constant (like its not a different taste everytime I go in or made differently).

I dont recommend first going in was very hot and we looked around to check if it was too hot too eat in there and she said okay I guess seat your selves and tossed the menus on the counter in a very rude attitude.
