2023-09-30 21:30:50This place can be a hit or a miss depending on who services you there. Two of the staff there are very unfriendly and don’t follow up with customer requests for food order prep. Beef quality here is average. They don’t use the best beef and they don’t use the worst beef so beef quality is average. Offering freshly made knife cut noodles is a plus but those are often undercooked.Fried rice here is not so good and more Americanized. Beef rolls to cut back on cost they add throw in all the stems from Cilantro as well into beef rolls. 😳🙈 Beef in soup is often on the chewy side as they don’t use prime beef and just boil it. Once in a while you get lucky and can be a little less chewy. For spinach here they use the American Spinach and not the Taiwan spinach and leave stems in which are not soft. Those stems will continue to chew as you chew them.

2023-12-03 23:16:55Its not my preference; I usually dont enjoy noodles, so my rating might be lower compared to others. I have specific noodle places I prefer due to being picky. Additionally, the soup and spice flavors werent to my liking, and the spiciness overshadowed other tastes.

2023-11-10 23:27:12My favorite beef rice noodle place. I don’t know anywhere else that serves rice noodles instead of wheat noodles for their Spicy beef noodle soup. This restaurant doesn’t serve pork so I notice there are a lot of customers who do not consume pork for their religion here.

2023-07-03 05:18:35My favorite noodle place, the soup is very authentic, knife cut noodle is not as good as it used to be but still is the best in town. The beef roll pancake, on the other hand, is overly sweet, clearly reflecting an Americanized Chinese dish.

2023-07-06 05:17:03This place is a dream for foodie zabihatarians. Like all that longing for cool food that ya never had. Bc all the meat here is halal! Them hand cut noodles be dang chewy and hella flavourful. They give you a pair of scissors if you ask nicely for the noodles. Also be prepped to be in the SPLASH ZONE with the soup. It’s worth it but you will probs get some on you. Beyond the noodle soups, the other noodle dishes are amazing. Even the cold noodle dish is bomb. Also them beef patty rolls, 10/10. Portions are pretty large, but also I don’t eat much. The staff is chill and really nice so be nice to em!

2022-06-11 10:14:03This is an amazing spot. The interior design is beautiful and very stylish. The food here is great: the soups are delicious, beef pancakes are fantastic — very juicy and fresh — and cucumber salad is really good. Custom plates and sticks add a touch of individuality. The waiter was nice, friendly and attentive. Great service overall. We had an a fabulous experience here.

2023-01-23 01:25:453rd noodle St Ive been to and never disappointed. Very consistent and great dishes. Service and food come out very quick. Prices are very good, especially for the atmosphere and plating.Beef noodle soup is fantastic. Beef is super tender and just falls apart. The knife cut noodles are great here, and usually I dont like knife cut.Lamb sticks are cooked and seasoned well. The beef roll pancake are a favorite for us. Perfect ratio of meat, greens and wrap. The stir fry noodles remind me of shrimp lo mein you would get at most American Chinese food spots, but its better ingredients and elevated a bit. Knife cut went well on this one as well.Parking is plentiful in this shopping strip, so that should never be an issue. The soy sauce and chili oil on the table are pretty bad. Im not usually picky about it, and it isnt really needed. But I would encourage them to pick different ones.

2023-09-24 02:25:15Had eaten at Pasadena Noodle st and had loved it. The food @ Irvine Noodle st was just as yummy. The only thing I missed was the noodle making with hands, The knife cut noodles were hand made, but the thin & thick noodles were made with the machineThe taste however, was really good
