Good food, the portions seem small but were filling. We got the Pesto Cavatappi and the Buffalo Mac.The person that gave us the food seemed to be in a rush even though the place was nearly empty. Not a big deal though, she was friendly enough.

I love this company. They give veterans discount all year long, not just on Veterans day. Kudos to them for that. Their foods taste amazing, especially the tortellini. Their app is easy to use as well and employees here are always kind.

I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken pasta on DoorDash with a side Cesar salad. The salad was incredibly tiny, which is fine, but the lettuce was wilted and some of it was rotten so I couldn’t eat it. The pasta itself was undercooked, (probably batch cooked hours ago is my guess) and there was barely any sauce. The sauce was not mixed with all of the pasta, which made it incredibly dry, and inedible. The toppings that came on the pasta that I ordered was spinach and tomatoes, which were also raw. I expected the vegetables to be cooked at least a little bit if it is going to be in a pasta. The chicken was so salty I literally spit it out. I don’t normally complain about places at all, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had ordering food. I called the restaurant and Marissa was incredibly nice and offered me gift cards but I honestly will never eat there again because the food quality is horrendous. I probably won’t get my $30 back. Customer service on the phone 100% amazing. Quality of food… Disgusting. I’m not sure how to post pictures here but I have them. Ordering food is a luxury for me that I don’t do very often because it’s expensive. Now I lost $30 and can’t afford to order anything else. Extremely disappointed.

Food was good, but PLEASE READ.The guy taking my order was EXTREMELY creepy, and possibly liked children if you know what I mean.Im 14 and when I walked in, he said to me, hey sweetheartUm 😐I thought I must have misheard him, but as I was ordering, he kept acting weird and giving me strange smiles. I was one of the only people in there. I felt extremely uncomfortable and left as soon as I cold. Luckily, nothing bad happened, but please look into this more. One of my favorite experiences trying out this restaurant, me and my family ordered Bangkok curry, Japanese pan noodles and mac and cheese for the kids, the quantities were large and the taste was just amazing,my kids loved the mac and cheese and couldnt get enough, as for me and my husband well we had to split our bowls between us since we loved them equally .. needless to say ill be back to try out the rest

Excellent service and great flavorful food. This is my new hang out. They have a wonderful selection of healthy zucchini recipes and salads to delight your palate. The staff is allergy conscious and the are super clean and organized. Of course, I will need to visit a few more times to make sure this golden jewel is the real deal. Family-friendly and pleasantly situated in the heart of vacaville nut tree plaza.

Tried this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered Japanese pan friend noodles with grilled chicken, Korean meatballs, and fried dumplings. The noodles were good, the chicken was excellent, and the Korean meatballs were probably my favorite!The one thing I didnt really care for was they use the newer style soda machines with the touch screen that has all the various flavors come out of a single nozzle. Personal preference, but I dont care for them. Also, there was only one machine so and I ended up having to wait several minutes for my turn.Besides that the meal was excellent, not too expensive, and didnt take too long to be served. The interior was very clean and open and I saw an employee going around asking how the customers were doing at least twice while I was there which is pretty impressive for a fast food restaurant.

I love this chain, but the people who work at this particular location went above and beyond for us - I asked for ketchup but they don’t have it - the guy running the register had to go outside for a curbside pick up order and managed to grab some ketchup for us from the place next door! It was super thoughtful and much appreciated. Customer service this good is rare for fast food so I wanted to give a shout out - thank you!

We had noticed this chain in other locations, but this was our first time to try them out. The ordering process was a little confusing and I could tell that others were confused by the flow from the door to the ordering station. The small size bowl was plenty for each of us. As seniors we dont need a large amount of food. Food was hot, fresh and has a local touch! Love the noodles, the salads were wonderful!! Place was clean, prices were very reasonable.

Very nice customer service. The rewards option is pretty worth while as well. Their food selection is well rounded, and have options for people that are vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, and even gluten free options. The wait time is rather short and the food is fresh and well made. Store sweets are not fresh however are delicious none the less. Meals are well sized, and prices are extremely fair, you van dine for one person with just under $10. Highly reccomend to try the place out.

Rush hour, lunch time, wait times were not great due to 4 total staff members and many pickups, deliveries, dine-ins and so on, line for pickup was circling around the corner all the way to the restrooms. Ive used your link to leave feedback and a suggestion. Food is good, staff is friendly, place is clean but during rush hour/lunch time especially on weekends, Id suggest to have, if possible, some part-time to help out.

I will never come back to this place EVER AGAIN. I THREW UP ALL OF MY FOOD AFTER I ATE HERE. It did not sit well in my stomach and it was poorly put together. The worst part is, for this poor quality meal, its ten dollars for a regular sized bowl of this garbage. I hope they close down and never serve this sorry excuse for a meal ever again...

We ordered four different bowls to try for the first time & each was phenomenal! Its awesome how you can customize a bowl to be vegetarian. We ordered Spicy Korean Beef noodles switched out the beef with tofu. The Japanese Pan noodles, Roasted creamy garlic stuffed tortellini & Alfredo MontAmore without the Parm Chicken. This place was a very good find, our bellies thank you.

The restaurant was freezing, food took 30+ minutes to come out and the order was wrong. They also locked the door leading to the patio are so once you are seated andNeed to go back it you have to walk around to the front. Then they locked the front door 1hr and 15 min before closing time. The employees were kind and kept apologizing for the wait. Sounds like management needs improvement here.

Pretty good fast food noodle dishes. They also have soups and salad. I love the green curry shrimp pasta, the beef stroganoff is mediocre. Portions are large. Food is slightly inconsistent- sometimes the noodles dont get enough sauce, but the flavor is always the same. Overall the food is good and plentiful at a reasonable price. They also offer frequent rewards on their app which is pretty awesome.

I came in for dinner tonight and was met by Gladys an extremely friendly cashier. She saw me looking at the menu confused, as it was my first time here. She broke it down for me and explained what each icon on the menu meant (spicy, etc), and then where it shows the ingredients and informed me you can substitute the meat or the noodles and have them hold any items you dont want on it.I decided on the shrimp scampi and left it the way they make it. It was delicious and then rice Krispy treats up front are to die for.After finishing an employee offered to take my trash for me and wanted to ensure I was satisfied and if there was anything else they could do for me.This is by far the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant or dining establishment. I will definitely be coming back thanks to the outstanding customer service of all the employees, but especially because of Gladys. You honestly made my day and I left smiling for no absolutely no reason. Thank you gladys. You need a promotion and a raise!

We tried this place for the first time recently, and got the truffle Mac zoodles and the Japanese noodles, and another noodle dish. We had average expections, hoping for some decent noodles, but didnt expect the world or anything. It turned out to be the most below average food experience weve had in a while. All the dishes we got were so basic, stuff that we could easily make at home, and probably better with more flavor. The only dish that actually had potential was the Truffle Mac but the zoodles (zucchini noodles) in it were TERRIBLE. They were hard and crunchy. If it had been cooked properly, the Mac wouldve been pretty good, but it was just hard to eat.

The pad thai was the next size down (cup size) in a small bowl. All the other dishes were portion appropriate. Watched other small dishes come out filled to the brim.
