Noodles and Co has some good stuff on the menu. I like the Buffalo Chicken Mac. They also have things like pot stickers and cheesy garlic bread.The staff is very nice and helpful. They keep the restaurant very clean. Good place to try!

The food wasnt that great, and it was served cold. They dont serve ramen noodles for some reason. They only had paper straws available. The fire extinguisher hasnt been signed off a single time since the tag was replaced in April. I should have gone to hibachi next door, they actually smelled good.

Service was excellent! Cody and Shelby did an awesome job. Both had great attitudes. They deserve raises! Ticket time was under 10 minutes.Pesto and mac/cheese pasta dishes were tasty. Pasta cooked perfect.That being said, they appeared understaffed. Although its a clean up after yourself establishment, we all know people dont do that so it would be ideal to have an extra staff as a floater to pick up slack where/when needed. Owner should hire another staff member. 2 staff members did not appear to be optimal when it was getting busy.

The food was quick and hot. Seems fresh. 2 stars because its just not good food. Nothing else to say. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly, food just sucks. Will not being going back. Wanted to try it. I did. Never need to again.

Great food, I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. They have all kinds of great noodles though, from all over the world. Their prices for kids meals are a bit high for what they are, but it is great overall!

Unfortunately I ordered steak stroganoff yesterday and a Mac and cheese kids meal. The steak was dry, it looked like beef jerky, and I kept getting this weird sand texture in every other bite. My daughters meal was okay, she did say the noodles were soggy. Not sure what is going on but I’m fairly disappointed since Noodles & Co is one of my favorite places to go. Hopefully they turn it around.

My first time in this place! WOW! I loved it! I always thought it was Chinese only. But mac n 🧀 Buffalo Mac n cheese, etc. I had cheese Tortellini with Parmesan cheese crusted chicken. WOW! So delicious. My husband had a Chinese noodle bowl. He loved it! The young gals working there were so nice! One was so helpful and enthusiastic! She overheard my husband saying no mushrooms, so she said,Well lets replace it with,...and she named off a bunch of veggies.

Its not the fault of this location that the food quality has decreased with each passing year. Their food is a notch above edible cafeteria food. You can make better food at home, but sometimes youre out and about and need to hit a restaurant thats cheap and easy. Things I dislike: there are several spicy items on their menu that arent noted as being spicy. I wouldnt give a toddler anything but buttered noodles or macaroni and cheese because N & Co likes to sneak capsaicin into their pre-made sauces and then not mention it on their menu. Surprise spicy items include even the potstickers, meatballs, and pad thai. The cooks are just opening bags and microwaving the food, so they cant remove any ingredients because the food isnt made fresh to order. The newest microwaved item: the tofu. The texture was awful! They used to at least cook the tofu, but I suppose since tofu takes a while to cook, Im guessing corporate decided to make that a nuked item, as well. Come to this restaurant expecting good customer service, terrible food, and random surprise spice. I wouldnt recommend coming here if you have any food allergies as the staff dont exactly know whats in all the items.

Its ok. First time for me but 2nd time for the kids. Food was surprisingly salty. Every dish we had. Good temperature. Decent flavors. Prices arent too bad. Ill have to try another store to see if the salt was anomaly. This store had the Coke touchscreen system which Ive found in other experiences (as this one too) are slow and frustrating to actually select what you want to drink.

This was my first trip to Noodles and Company. They were properly staffed to handle the high volume during the weekend dinner rush. The extremely friendly cashier took our large order (5 entrees). We were allowed to wait inside wearing our masks for our order. They offered us free soft drinks since our order was taking a little longer than usual. We didnt take her up on the offer since we wouldnt be able to remove our masks and drink the sodas anyway. All in all, it wasnt too long of a wait. And the food was so fresh and delicious. Well worth the trip!

Love, love, love Noodles! I run into so many people that think its an Asian noodle house. It is not! Their pasta and salad dishes are very good, better than what other restaurants offer. If anything, Noodles menu has an Italian influence. You really must eat here! You wont be disappointed.

Its a bit pricey for what you get. Im not sure if this particular restaurant was just being skimpy but I ordered a small Mac n cheese ($5.50) and I could literally see the bottom of the bowl. The parmesean crusted chicken ($2.75) is really good but you dont get a lot (approximately 6 mini bite size pieces) for the price. On a positive note, the service was fast and the employees were friendly.

Tldr; this place changed for the worse in just two years, DO NOT RECOMMEND, even for just a quick bite.My boyfriend and I used to come here pre-pandemic every now and then. I usually got their spicy Korean bowl even though it seemed this place specialized in more western pasta dishes. At the time, it wasnt my favorite Korean noodle bowl ever, but it was palatable and I could finish most of it. My boyfriend usually ordered the Japanese pan noodles.We came here finally, after a couple years, only to unfortunately discover this place has gone downhill, as we predicted.The way the food is made changed dramatically. The Korean bowl used to be more savory, a little of that umami factor most Korean noodle dishes have. The Japanese bowl tasted more nutty, American-fusion style. There also used to be real shiitake mushrooms in their Japanese noodle bowl.Now, they added ketchup or some sort of sweetener to the Korean noodle bowl, and it doesnt compliment any of the flavors at all. The Japanese bowl now has regular white mushrooms and tastes worse.We ordered pot stickers this time, and even the dipping sauce for the pot stickers changed for the worse. Like the Korean bowl, they added a sweetener that doesnt compliment chili or soy sauce. Wont come here or to this chain ever again, no matter how desperate we are.

Nothing wrong with the place I just didn’t like any of the dishes.Thanks for writing back. I should explain more about my review. First, I will change from 1 star to 3 because it is my personal preference of flavors, the spaghetti didn’t have any flavor and the penne was a little watery. Where the sodas are were a little stinky we had to move tables., again, maybe we expect something different.

The service was fine. I got the “world famous” Mac and cheese and it was awful! I legit would have rather had Kraft Mac n cheese lol. My coworker got the pad Thai and that was dry and tasteless. There were also random spaghetti noodles and loose bits of broccoli.

I ordered online having never been here before. I ordered the spicy Korean beef noodles. I recieved a non spicy Korean beef noodle, realizing after I was gone. I am disappointed in the taste and quality of this dish. It literally tasted like a microwavable lean cuisine. I will not return

Before ordering drinks, check the fountain drinks and tea hidden around the corner to your left.The noodles were a little over cooked, and the flavors were not as tasty as I had hoped. Oh my God, this place had the worst food ever, even for very low expectations at a strip mall type joint, essentially fast food, terrible. This place should not be in business. The stroganoff noodles had a weird pepper sauce flavor, microwaved noodles maybe (idk how else you get noodles so bad otherwise) and no evidence of sour cream in the stroganoff sauce. The macaroni and cheese was equally bad ordered a a side. Awful. Embarrassing. Terrible. At any price. Free, would be too much to charge for this slop. Dont go.The counter service was pretty awful too. You try to make allowances with young teenagers but the complicated menu combinations that are possible led the server to ask a series of irrelevant questions awkwardly about choices we didnt want.

I have been to this place many times before and its usually okay but I went in at 845 pm on Saturday and granted they were closing in 15 minutes but I didnt think it was appropriate to be told that by the cashier instead of being greeted. She also proceeded to tell us that they couldnt make potstickers because the grill had been cleaned already. After a talk with the manager, they made the potstickers along with the rest of what we had ordered. My daughter had never been there but lets just say that we wont be going back. The food was tasteless and quite honest obvious that it was just slapped together and coupled with the employees attitude I am certain that I wont be going back.

Food was ok. I ordered the med chicken salad and only had 3 very small pieces of chicken and didnt seemed well mixed for a salad. The server brought out more chicken and that helped. I also ordered a side of the Thai curry soup, that was forgotten to be brought out. When I checked on it, I was told it was almost ready, but then I watched it sit on the warming counter for almost 5 min before they brought it out to me.

Ok my friends a temporary full back on the noon time burger wars, french fries and onion rings. I know this is hard but do yourself a favor if you havent stopped in and had lunch at Noodles & Company. Yummy menu of great dishes made to order right in front of you. Gourmet salads too. Went a few weeks ago with a coworker. I dont know what I said but the cashier went to the back and started talking about me. I know that was the case because the cook looked at him and then at me then he laughed. Thats not how you treat customers. I wont be returning to this location and have informed all the people I work with how I was treated here.

Ordered Beef Stroganoff to-go. Got home to see there were raw mushrooms in the order, which was unusual. Called in to inform them and they knew the order by the mention of raw mushrooms. Received a refund, which Im appreciative of, but I would recommend to the manager to ensure orders are done correctly before pushing them out of the kitchen.

Wanting to try something different, I bought the Korean Steak noodle bowl in the larger of the two serving sizes offered (what can I say, I was hungry! :D ). The steak, which is sliced beef pieces were actually quite tasty, and there was plenty of it in my order, which was great. The noodles, had that characteristic ramen taste to it (you know, when you have rent due and you blew your food budget so youre eating top ramen noodles for a week... :p ). Yup, that taste. Is that bad, well, that depends if you like the taste of top ramen noodles.... The entire dish is cooked up in a sauce to add flavor. If you live by the saying - you can never have too much of a good thing, well, there was just a touch too much sauce for my liking, but hey, for those out there who like a big dose of it, this is your place! My dishs standalone cost was right at $10.00 dollars.

If its noodles you want, they have them. From spaghetti or macaroni and cheese to just about any style of Asian noodle dish. And they just added zoodles (zucchini noodles) as an option for some of the dishes. I love this place
