So excited to have this place open in Los Banos! We went here for lunch during their soft opening and the food was DELICIOUS. They currently have appetizers, wings, pho, and rice bowls, but I believe a larger menu is coming soon (with extended hours) with the grand opening.We parked easily, were served super quickly, and our food came out in just a few minutes. I had the spicy wings which were very flavorful (and not too spicy). The highlight of the meal though was the beef rice bowl. It came out steaming in a hot stone bowl full of fresh vegetables, steamed rice, and tender, thinly-sliced beef with an egg on top. The rice got a little crisp to it while sitting in the bowl which was perfect. The flavor was so fresh and super delicious.I cant wait to go back and get it again!
Service is average, but seriously 4 stars. This Pho is a joke.Been here twice and the pho tastes worse every time.First time; warm not hot as it supposed to be. Overwhelming clove flavor on the broth. Also ordered the got bowl tasted sweet and not worth it.2nd and last again warm overwhelming clove flavor and water down broth. Chicken wings not that great either.Not returning.
Went here today for an early dinner. We ordered 3 Pho Beef Brisket and 1 beef hot pot and 2 orders of egg roll. Total $90.00 Pricey. Pho had flavor and quite a bit of hint of cinnamon. ok, side note Im happy that we have this new business in town and wish them all the best. (I cant see sending this kind of money on Phu 🥣🥘 i need 🥩🍤
So glad to finally have a pho spot in town, and best of all the pho is great! It has all the strong flavors and aromas that make pho so uniquely delicious. If I have any criticisms its not with the food, I like the small menu but I wish I had more options in portions and sizes as the one bowl they offer is pretty big for a single person. Otherwise its a great place!
They are not as packed as before and takeout was available. Only reason I ordered takeout was because restrooms were down. Combo Pho is very expensive for what you get. It was passable tho. Didnt taste watered down or overwhelming of sugar or aromatics as other reviews say. BUT noodles were overcooked, mushy, and sticky. They put the meat inside the broth, which overcooked it and made it break apart. Typically pho places make the customer dunk the meat in the broth just before eating. Definitely a good place to try pho but for those whove had good pho in san jose, this is nothing special.
What a 180°. Made me delete my last review. Service was so much better. Im definitely happy I gave this place a second chance. Glad this place is in town. Food was fresher and good overall. Great service. And yes, they offer take-out now!
Never EVER again. The pho and rice bowl were flavorless and it was not fresh it tasted old like it had been re heated several times. It was not a good experience at all. Which was sad, because we really wanted it to be good.
Our food took a long time but it didnt matter it was worth the wait everything was made fresh to order well definitely be back!!
The price for the combo Pho was way too expensive for the amount of food you get served. Thats not good business for a small town. I hope with time they improve because this town can make or break a new business.
I am a regular Pho eater and the soup was little bit salty, else not that bad. The place was packed on a Sunday lunch hour. They charged us for wrong table and was refunded by cash after reporting the mistake. They said if refunding credit card it would take days so they refunded us via cash.
Not the best pho but when its your only pho choice... I guess. Its a good place to start but not somewhere Id go again for pho. The menu is kinda all over the place. Korean food and vietnamese food. Cant remember if there was some Japanese items too.
The pho was a little pricey for the quality, flavor wasn’t really there. Will be giving it a another chance in the future once they get fully established. (We only had pho)
My wife and I think this is the best restaurant we have in Los Banos.
Fried rice is good, pho is mediocre, tastes old, not fresh.
Excellent customer service, food came out quickly, server was very helpful and gave us recommendations on how to properly eat and season food, you need to try this for yourself

We tried a few different dishes and everything came to our table hot in a timely manner, despite it being a busy afternoon.We could tell the servers were new (forgot our drinks, forgot our appetizers, waited on others who came in after us, etc), but thats to be expected with a new establishment.Despite encountering an issue with one of the meals, we will definitely be back due to the professional manner of the manager/owner and the way she resolved the issue.Our food arrived hot and with a nice presentation. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Noodles Pho U and will be returning when they have their grand opening in 3 weeks.

Either train them better or get new people that have work experience. But lets get to the main this the phó. The broth if u are a phò lover well you know the broth its everything. You taste it just by it self and u go from there. It was not so Rich in flavor and even though I added the sauce it still wasnt like WOW its a decent 7 out of 10. So is it worth the $17 or $20 dollars. 👎 NO. But if you dont wana drive that far well it might take the crave away. And to add, the rib was hard. And it didnt had flavor.

2023-06-09 22:47:01Being new is not always bad. Finding your way to a wonderful menu takes time. We have found a great meals worth of dishes. I do so enjoy the Glass Noodles and the Sweet & Sour Pork takes me back to Hawaii, in my youth. Good Pho, Spring Rolls and Banh Mi. Eat at the park, if you dont want to be indoors.

2023-08-31 20:39:15There are so many Asian options- Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese. They also have Fajitas! I came for the Pho but was enticed by the bulgogi. I am working here this week and this makes my third time back. While I have tried the Udon noodles and spicy chicken bulgogi, I think the beef Bulgogi is my favorite. I love to let my rice sit in the bowl and continue to cook and get crunchy instead of stirring right away. Great with sauce on table. The wait staff is also very attentive and kind. I wanted to find out who was so talented in the kitchen and where in the world did they learn their culinary skills.

2023-02-21 01:34:16Four of us went and 4 of us left full and happy. We all had pho. I had the combo and every bite was delicious. The menu is small for now.....until things settle in...... I think they got a lot more people than expected during this soft opening. I cant wait to go back to try the rice bowl. My sister said she went and had that....and it was amazing. Our waiter was great, even though the place was packed he checked on us often. Wishing the owners much success.

There were 3 in our party and we all ordered different items and each was delicious. I had the beef stone bowl which came piping hot with fresh vegetables, rice and tender beef. I would order the same thing again…amazing and flavorful !Once they have their grand opening they will offer up an extended menu. So happy to have them in LB!!!

Ignore all the critical reviews, servers are mostly young-ins, and it’s a new establishment so it’s not Michelin restaurant but the food is delish. That’s what matters. Also pricing is fair, people complained about how expensive it is, well surprise, everything is expensive now days if you don’t want to pay, stay home and cook lol. The hot stone bowls are also delish, appetizers and boba drinks just as good. So go support small business and enjoy the food !
