Dang! Lots of haters giving this place less than 4 stars! I thought this place rocked! The duck wings a little too much for me LOL. Other than that spicy beef noodles are on point!

I havent eaten at this Noodology in a long time. Ill have to call this the Noodle restaurant that aged like fine wine.The noodles were freshly cooked, the ingredients were fantastic, and it was awesome.Both my wife and I had different beef noodles dishes.Mine was more spicy and they were delicious. She really liked her noodles. And coming from a Chinese who knows noodles, that indeed is a great compliment.Yall need to come and try this restaurant. You wont regret it.

Really good noodles and good appetizers. Recommend getting number 1 and 9 for less spicy options.

If its your first time, try rice noodle soup with colored soup not the clear soups as it will taste bland for you unless you have tried it before. Safe choice is number 24 Taiwanese beef noodle soup. 4 tables inside and friendly staff. Fried tofu is ok as well as the sweet rice cake. If ever i go back id just get the Taiwanese beef noodle or other soup with spicy flavor.

Love the crunchy nuts in the noodles. They got a very summer-esque vibe here with cold dishes and fruity drinks. Great for a quick bite.

Yuck. Rude lady. My wife loved most Asian food. She grimmaced at the soup The dumplings were tasteless. My bowl of beef and noodles was metallic tasting, most had to be tossed out. Waste of money.

Good and spicy, just the way I like it. I came for Human Chili next door but they were closed, so we tried Noodology. The flavor is rich in the noodle soups and I requested the spicy which came out quite spicy. Looking forward to trying out some if their other offerings in the future.

Noodology used to be a boba shop actually, and you can also order milk tea here. There’s limited street parking. The restaurant is part of a plaza with a small parking lot, but double check your navigation or you could make the wrong turn into the Green Wheat Field restaurant parking that has signage saying you’ll be towed if you’re not dining at GWF.The servers spoke weak English, the tables were all filled, so I was initially excited to try it. I ordered the beef brisket noodles, and the meat was too salty. My dad ordered a different item with beef in it, but he said his soup was salty. I was doubtful towards his complaint and then tested it for myself, and I agreed it was too salty.We hailed a server and she told him basically “no, it’s not salty”. We rebuffed our complaint and she conceded. She then literally brought out a bowl of broth to our table and walked away. I suppose that’s one way to deliver customer service, but there’s a handful of better ways. The simplest solution would have been to take the bowl back and helped my dad transfer the noodles and toppings to the new soup. Instead the server thought the best idea was for my 71 year old dad to scoop his food from the salty soup to the new, plain broth in public. Come on people, is decency this dead? If anything fell on the table, then are we supposed to eat off the table too?The rice noodles were average were the thicker variety and cooked al dente, but the meat and soup were salty. Customer service was abysmal, so it might be better to go elsewhere. Thinking about it makes me salty actually haha.
