Went here to try a new place and the food was great but the lady who works there was harassing us for a big tip and yes we didn’t give her a big tip because we didn’t think she deserved it. Why? Because we walked in and she only ask us to scan the menu and that was it then gave us water and walked to the counter working on other things. She gave us the food and that was it but chasing us for a tip was very unprofessional and it made the atmosphere all bad. It shows how rude Chinese people are too and I am Chinese myself yes I speak the language and understand it but my husband is Mexican and it shows him how rude we are. Never coming to this restaurant again even though the food was good but poor service

Trying out another new store around Chino Hills/Chino. Appears to be a franchise of Noodology. Anyway if you like spicy.... this may be a place for you to try out. Be aware that the map may be off, it should be located next to the starbucks. Anyway ordered the following: For appetizer had the sliced beef & Ox tripe in chili sauce. For the main dish ordered the Chongqing braised pork intestine with rice noodle, Chengdu instant spicy steam pot, and non-spicy mushroom chicken & corn with chicken soup. To finish it off had the Szechuan crystal jelly, and brown sugar rice cake. The noodles were fine with exception that the instant such steam pot was a bit too salty.

This is a rather unique restaurant in that they feature about 10 different noodle dishes from 10 cities throughout China. Considering how every region is so different in its cuisine, I’m surprised that this restaurant has done such an admirable job. I haven’t been to all these regions (I’ve been to about half) but from what I can tell, some of the spicy dishes have been toned down to be more palatable to most Chino Hills residents.

If giving a tip is requirement, please post a sign at the entrance.Food was good, service was bad. Server chased us down on the way out insisting we leave a higher tip, just for scanning a menu and bringing water.Will not be returning, bad experience.

The only reason I come here it’s delicious; now the staff is rude they never say thank you or hello. I guess they aren’t taking orders person-to-person they just bring you the food once you do the scan; but they have the nerve to ask for a bigger tip. Yes it’s true.

My friends and I stopped by. Lady basically obligated us to give her more tip than what we left. She made us feel like tip wasnt enough. Said that we Americans usually leave more than 50 dollar tip. Never coming back here again!!!

I love this noodle restaurant! The soup here is unique and service is fast. If you love spicy food that’s enjoyable to eat this is the place to go. The beef rice noodle with red and green chili is 10/10

Have you ever been to Mian? Well its just like that but with a twist in variety. Overall, this place has come a long way~ and as one of the first to try the restaurant, I can definetly say it has only gotten better. The spices are much more balanced than before and the serving is solid. I recommend to anyone in the Chino Hills area who is craving some soup that is not the typical pho or ramen.

I didnt think I needed any service when I ordered takeaway, but the attitude of the woman ordering at the front desk was really bad, and I was impatient when I asked the first sentence! Why is she in the service industry? I really dont understand!

The food was good, but… Me and my wife were waiting for over 9+ mins after receiving our menu, ready to order. No one came to take our order we had to go up an tell the lady ourselves. Also throughout the time being there including the end NOBODY was checking up on us AT ALL. We had to go up to the lady and ask for the check as well. Bad service, good food.

Reviewing as a Door Dash driver, I wont be reviewing the food. So theres only two people thats working at the restaurant, mostly likely the owners, the wife or lady works at the front while the husband or guy cooks and works in the back. It was in the evening around 6pm, there are 5 of us, picking up and waiting for an hour for the food. And DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THE RESTAURANT because no one will pick it up. The lady at the front just ignored all of them.There are two tables that havent been cleaned. And the people eating there were waiting for their checks lol. Its just terrible service. No wonder theres a sign thats says help wanted and no ones wants to work there! 😂TLDR~terrible service. Dont come here.

They treat you like family here. Its a great place the food is superb. I always spend alittle more here as its worth it. 2 bowls of spicy soup please!!! This place has me hooked, highly recommended!!!

Not good, your noodles are ready in 3 minutes after ordering. While this sounds nice but its a sit down restaurant and not a fast food joint. Everything is precooked and taste off.We tried two noodle dishes, side dishes, cold dish and desert. Everything was overly salty and bland, the fried eggs are soft and cold. The spicy and sour beef noodle soup was overly sour, the beef was extremely sour and Salty. The duck wings comes from the fridge and taste like it came from a can, bland and Salty and spicy.This place is like the fast food of noodles. Your soup is prepared with hot broth + flavor packs (aka artificial). It offers a wide variety of Sichuan noodles which looks good on paper until you taste it.

This is not the first time I’ve come here to dine and buy takeout! I don’t know when a new female waiter will be hired, but her service attitude is extremely bad! His eyes were very disdainful, and he kept using frivolous eyes, but I don’t know if his eyes were twinkling! Because it was for children, I made a request to share the bowls when ordering, and then I started to complain about this and that! Its really sad for the boss to find such an employee! This is clearly a rush!

The taste is great, especially the fat rice rolls. It would be better if you can add some sauerkraut.What needs to be improved is the portion size, especially for takeout. In fact, the noodles are really not worth a lot of money. I hope the store will change to a larger bowl, otherwise I will not be full.

Because the taste is pretty good, I come here to buy it often, but when I met this waiter today, I really couldn’t praise her. The last time I met her for internal use, she was already very angry and wanted to say that today is just Togo. Today, the store only has I was waiting at the counter for a long time with two tables of customers, and she suddenly said that it will take a long time for me to order for you, so you can scan the QR code and order it yourself! I had no choice but to scan the QR code and order the food myself. After ordering, I didn’t want to see the stinky-faced waiter, so I went outside to wait. After waiting for a long time, I came in and saw that the food was already ready without notice. When I took it home, I was even more angry. There was no brown sugar glutinous rice cake. It came with sugar water and peanut powder, and the soup noodles were not sealed and all spilled out. Im really speechless. If you dont want to do business, you dont have to open the door! Why bother to be inferior to yourself?

Ridiculous!!! Called in at 8:10 pm regarding their hours before head over there, we were told that they close at 9 pm and still take dine in customers. We arrived in 8 minutes, but the waiter refused to let us in and said that they will not accept new orders. It doesnt make any sense since weve called and confirmed over the phone. This literally wasted of our time and made us frustrated while we were starving. We will not come back to this dishonest place for sure.Very poor service. I called around 8 oclock to inquire about the business hours. The clerk said that the store closed at 9 oclock. When I arrived ten minutes later, I was told that they would not accept orders. If so, why didnt I make it clear on the phone? What a waste of time! No credibility at all!

The receptionist acted as if the customer owed her money. Her language was blunt and she had no service attitude. The noodles were overcooked and soft and fell into pieces when touched. The beef seems to have gone bad.

The aunt in front of us. Arrogant and disrespectful attitude. The uncle in the kitchen. There used to be an aunt who spoke Cantonese and it was useful to talk to you. I asked you not to cook the noodles I ordered until they were pulpy, but you still cooked them into pulp! puff
