I love This Thai Restaurant, I just found out that they also have another one off of 10th st West by Target! Great prices and A lot of Food. Love the atmosphere and it is A family owned business, so This is my new go 2 cause We need to all help our local businesses 😀

The lady with a short hair that seems to be the owner was really rude and thats just because I ordered a steam rice and nothing else lol she should be thankful that I bought something when theres no one else in the restaurant. She tried to sell me the largest size of rice when I literally went there last night to order a small size. She got mad when I told her about it and started ringing my order up and writing my receipt aggressively. Very rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend this place at all.

We grabbed dinner here and tried their paht thai rice noodles and they were fresh and delicious. The service here was great she was very helpful friendly and understanding. We definitely will come back to try other dishes.Highly recommend this restaurant for Thai food.

Had a little time to stop for lunch and I decided to stop here for an unexpected lunch...It was very pleasant. The food was pretty to look at and delicious and the server was very nice. Will have to come back with my husband.

Extremely rude. I told them i want the lunch special, however they didnt mention at all that the lunch special is only dine in when they asked me dine or take out, so i payed what they charged. I ate the food dine in nonetheless, and i asked them if they can throw away the food for me, since i still remained in the premises, and they told me to shoo away and to throw it away outside!! 🤦🏽

Went in and looked at the menu by the register. Everything that was marked out of stock was accurate. Ordered the Po Tak and a large rice. The woman serving was nice and answered all my questions. Pricing shown online was accurate. She told me an accurate time frame of when my food would be done. The soup was very good and will be coming again.

Ill never go back to this dirty place. Seat had food all over it table was sticky and they still set us there. Had a BAD experience with a woman who worked there a year ago tried to go back 🔙 because the other employees are normal they took the lunch sign down. There are Too many other places to eat at that give you good service good food and dont argue with you about the price that is CLEARLY stated in the menu.

This is hands down one of the best foods to eat here on the east side in Palmdale. It’s absolutely crazy they only have 4 stars. The one thing I will say it is always super busy in the dining room. But that’s seriously because the food is great here and the ladies working here are the nicest people ever! Order to go and order ahead, do yourself a flavor and enjoy!

I have so many good things to say about this place and one particular person here. She is amazing and always makes my day that much better. She blesses me and remembers every little bit of small conversations we have had. My work my family my wifes names. Im so grateful for such a small buissness offering that kind of customer service. If you guys want to be treated very well and have amazing noodles comes here. I cant say enough and other places need to take notes. We need more individuals like the sweet heart of a person in this place. I always order Comination Paht Thai Noodles with carrots and Broccli and she immediately knows who the order is for. Great person. This lady deserves to hit the lotto or blessed in life so she doesnt Have to work anymore. Ill be sure to get her name next time I go in so you guys can have the pleasure and same expereiance I get everytime I come in. Thank you for the experience and everything you do for me.

My familys favorite food on the East side, hands down. Excellent, kind service and amazing food every time. It has become a weekly treat for us. Every meat option is delicious and I recommend the yellow curry with a side of rice or the drunken noodles.

What a beautiful date nite for hubby and I. We are the owners of Luvn Crocketts Homestyle BBQ. We were selling all day for Lancaster small business Saturday and needed dinner. My husband Google and read the reviews. A few from about 11mos werent so good but we had a good feeling. We arrived and it was dim lighting just as we wanted. What made me very happy was the heat coming through the vent itcwas so cozy. Its winter but some place still have air conditioning. Sue greeted us and we were in for the unexpected night of our lives. She was so courteous and attentive. We ordered fried rice with chicken, beef and shrimp, an appetizer of half egg rolls and half fried won tons. Everything was so fresh. The appetizers were crisp and hot! I dont wat left overs but I brought them home. Sue sat next to me and talked or should I say entertained us. We were so tired but didnt want to leave her company. She is 72yr old and glides through the restaurant like a 20 year old. She said I was pretty look like Oprah Winfrey. She also advised we will be blessed with a restaurant one day. I pray and received her affirmation. The dining was great and restaurant clean and cozy! Great job guys we will be back! If you go tell Sue Oprah Winfrey sent you!🤣🤣🤣🤣

My daughter and I have special memories of this place since it opened. Maybe they would remember a little, well behaved blonde girl and her Mom always ordering cashew chicken? My daughter was very well behaved and we used to dine their at least once a week and order the same thing. Weve since moved from CA but do hope to return someday soon and this place will be first on our list to visit. Thank you for the memories and good food. We will always remember your kindness.

First time I went and last. I thought it looked pretty good. Paid $20 for a steam rice and a Tom Yum Shrimp. Flavor was basically ok but I think they forgot to add the shrimp had more leafs than anything. I literally just got like 8-10tiny tiny shrimp. Such a disappointment. And they took long to give the food too.

This place serves really tasty food. They also have friendly staff, and nice decor along with it. My only issue was the really poorly cooked broccoli. Everything else was nice. We will be returning regularly.

Large portions of tasty food makes this a good value. The restaurant was clean and tastefully decorated although nothing fancy. I will go back. Most entrees are around $10 and can easily feed two adults; especially if you add rice.

I’ve been obsessed with their Thai tea, the elder lady helped me and charged me an extra dollar for both when there’s a HUGE sign that reads the price. I didn’t want to argue because I’ve seen the previous reviews and thought why waste my breath. She over charged me. How is it that my drinks were pricey the next day but the day before when I paid with the man it was the exact PRICE it reads on the sign. Anyways. I ended up buying a whole pack of Thai tea mix to make it myself. Been a customer for years but soooo long

Good food, but horrid customer experience. By the time we had to pay, they couldnt split the bill for us, so half of us had to leave and go to the bank just to pull out money to pay with cash. They had the guts to automatically charge us 15% gratuity but not even ask us if we’re splitting the bill.

Spent $80 on delivery for my whole family and got two forks for a huge order. Called the restaurant to ask how that made any sense and was told they assume Im at a house with utensils when Im not. ASSUME... How do you spell that? Whats the saying? And told me we can wash and reuse the utensils. He said they can choose to give their customers as many utensils as they want. I explained to him that Im staying at a hotel temporarily as a first responder due to COVID. And explained that I shouldnt have to ask concierge to bring me utensils when they arent even serving food due to covid. Why even give two if you feel you dont need to give the appropriate amount and assume Im at a house not a business... And assume I have utensils. If I was at home I would cook and use my own utensils. I explained Im eating your food for delivery for convenience. Thats why restaurants have napkins and utensils. Convenience. I told him I still tip good and give great ratings and support mom and pop restaurants as my family has the same history, and I ran a restaurant myself. He said word for word I dont care if you ran a restaurant or not.... Great response to a customer who is sharing their frustrations. Obviously he doesnt understand how the industry is supposed to be run. I told him I understand his frustrations and his POV also but if thats how he wants to end the conversation then so be it. He just was silent... I had to say hello? You still there?. He just said. . Yeah. So I just said ok have a good night. And he just hung up on me. I dont even know how the food tasted because Ive lost my appetite at this point. I cant support a business run by someone who cant control his temper and look at situations with empathy and from the view of their customers, the people who literally feed their families and support their business making them money. Thanks for supporting your local first responders, with your aggressive attitude and zero sense of customer satisfaction, lack of empathy, and complex that stops you from giving a simple apology. I told him straight forward Im not looking for a refund or discount or any compensation. He was silent. Not even a half or fake apology. Good job. Hope your ratings get even worse as you are already rated very low in comparison to your other Thai restaurant competitors in the area. Karma.

Went in to order food everyone ignored me I walk to the front say hello the lady just looks at me and walks directly past me, I ask her do I need to sit down she finally responds yes. Other people walk in and get the warmest greeting? After waiting for 20 minutes she finally asks for my order and I said forget it I dont ever want to give my money to rude people with rude customer service skills if I can rate this place lower than 1 star I would! I will never come here again and I will make sure I will tell everyone I know not to come to this Thai food place (and I know a lot of people)

I come here on a regular basis since the food and service are always great. Just about any dish you order you can get it with shrimp, beef or chicken. As a Vegan You can also get them with tofu or just plain. The only complaint I have is that they substitute straw mushrooms for shiitake mushrooms on a regular basis. If you prefer shiitake like I do ask before ordering any dish that contains shiitake mushrooms. I recommend The Potok aka seafood lemon grass soup, as well as the beef Yum and the Roast Pork Thai style that has a delicious peppery brown gravy. For an appetizer try the chicken Satay.

In my opinion, if you get poisoned these days from a restaurant, they gatta be doing something, somewhere, pretty seriously wrong. Food Poisoning is overall pretty hard to get in the US, what with the all the restrictions and rules dealing with procedures and safety for restaurants. I worked in the industry briefly, so Ive been acquainted...and you could go blind reading about it! Its like a Labyrinth. (but without the pretty Jennifer Connelly character to banter with) Therefore, we will NOT be eating here again!
