North Fork BBQ in Oakhurst

I definitely prefer this BBQ place over the other in town. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the food was so good! The meat was incredibly juicy, the Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, and came loaded with beans and lots of meat. It was a great combo. Not to mention the sauces we tried. I wish I could remember the names but one was a yellowish sweet and tangy sauce that was so good! The other was a smoky BBQ type sauce and I was definitely impressed. Dont miss out if youre a barbecue lover!

Owner was working the counter and very personable and accommodating. My Tri-Tip sandwich was incredible, thinly sliced, very nice portions of meat and taste explosion! My wife loved her chicken tacos. Well be back for certain. I also love all the veteran memorabilia and support. Good stuff!

Excellent food with fresh high quality meat! They are so popular that they run out of food before they close at 8pm on Monday. Make sure to get there early to grab delicious meal!The place has its unique atmosphere which creates a proper authentic American experience!

Food was pretty darn solid. Tri-Tip sandwich didn’t need any sauce (and I typically drench everything in sauce), and was a solid 9.5 sandwich out of 10. I get Mac&Cheese no matter where I am if it is on a menu, so it’s no small thing when I say, this was better than most. Salads were big and filling. Overall, highly recommend coming here —prices were fair and workers were very friendly. Would come back in the future!

They have a somewhat limited menu, but surprisingly not with their salads. Three different versions that are big or huge depending if you order a regular or large salad. You see tri-tip and chicken as their protein selections which are both pretty tasty. The service was good for two people working, but unfortunately they needed three instead. Everything was much slower than it should have been. So thats why I only gave them 4 stars. That and the fact they ran out of bread to make sandwiches and they ran out of potato salad too. Overall it was a good value for the price. I hope the next time I go there, they have bread, so I can experience a BBQ sandwich.

We had dinner twice here after our hiking trips. We really liked it. The large Salat is really large and tasty. My boyfriend was a big fan of meat plate. The staff was ver friendly.

Made a quick run up to the mountains for a Christmas tree. Our group of nine was seated promptly. Servers are polite and fun. Food was great and reasonably priced. The restaurant was clean
