Good restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat. They have a lot of different noodle dishes where you can select the thickness of the noodles. All of the noodles are hand made. They have dumplings and various side dishes. They also have a cold Appetizer counter where you can select different items. The cold cucumbers, seaweed and pig ear are good. Service is not very attentive and its a smaller restaurant.

The big plus about this place is the portion is huge. One bowl of noodles is good for at least two people.Noodles were fresh and chewy in soup. The soup base was good but not the best.The cold noodles texture was too tough to eat. I love my noodles to be chewy but not too tough. The noodles in the soup had the perfect texture though.Side dish: seaweed was really good with the vinegary taste. The red oil pork tummy wasnt spicy and it was really tasty. The tofu skin had no taste and the texture was too hard.I guess the server was too busy to serve all the tables on a busy weekend, so he was a little too busy to answer questions properly.Ill still go back to give the stir fried knife-cut noodles a try and order the side dishes along with it.

Amazing food. The cumin lamb and shrimp dumplings were exquisite. Sweet and Sour fish was fantastic. Eggplant was excellent as well. Highly recommend 👍🏽

Update: Ordered a beef roll, turns out its icy cold inside with a hot wrapper on the outside. Acknowledging the staffs about the issue and we were told its normal. We literally had it yesterday, and it wasnt icy cold on the inside. Very inconsistent quality with extremely health hazard practice.This place serves northern type of Chinese food, which is mostly bun, dumplings, noodle with some other small side dishes. The spicy tofu we ordered was small in portion. However the beef noodle, dumplings, onion pancake and pot stickers taste decent. The portion is also generous. The place is clean. Plenty of parking as well.

Prices are reasonable and portions are big. Service is average. Good delicious Chinese noodles 🍜🥢🌶

We got wonton soup, stinky tofu, sesame noodles, fish dumplings, and another thing i dont remember. The food isnt bad but theyre a lot of better options in the area even in the plaza. Its not super flavorful but its good enough. The staff can be aggressive on some days vs others. The resturaunt is cute though.

Northern Cafe @ Rowland Heights CA.Portions are big and Prices are reasonable, the taste and service is Excellent. Been in this location multiple times and the food and service is always good. You can even see how they prepare the noodles by hand.

Notice! The place changed its Chinese name and menu to hand pulled noodles store. The English name is still the same.Food: Lamb soup, skewer, and stir fried wide noodle was delicious. The meat is tender, no gamey smell. The soup was delicious, we finished all and had another bowl. The skewer is very cumin flavored, not spicy. The other clear soup is good but just scallion and cilantro flavored. The pork bun needs to be grilled longer, its too soft. To my knowledge and preference, the buns should be almost crunchier.Service: The management of the place needs to evaluate its priorities. While the food is delicious and we had great service as we arrived early before the dinner rush, we saw other patrons did not. The one single server was busy tending to the entire place and did not have enough time to provide the same great service to every table. One table didnt get menu or water when they sat down and had to get it themselves. Two tables didnt get water and had to remind the server for it. Two parties were waiting outside for the server to clear 2 dirty tables before they can sit down. Finally a guy from the kitchen came out to help him. Overall its a shame because the restaurant can have great food AND great service.
