NOVA Kitchen & Bar in Garden Grove

We had an intimate group dinner here for about 10-12 people. The waiters and waitresses were so friendly and very accommodating to our big group. We had their duck salad, sushi roll platter, and some edamame for appetizers and they were all so tasty and fresh. I got the salmon dish as my main entree and it was so crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked in the inside. The sauce it came with was savory and delicious! Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again even just for drinks!

OMG! I found another panty dropper!Food, atmosphere and service. The trifecta! Its a little on the pricey side. We had two appetizers, a role, a dish and four drinks total came to about $150. This is truly a fusion-based restaurant with foods that are very deep and complex filled with layers. The service is next level. Our server was Richard. He knocked it out of the park with all of his recommendations. Took the time to speak with us and get to know our preferred tastes and made recommendations accordingly. Even the manager on duty. David took time to make sure that we were comfortable and that everything was going well but never second-guessing his server. This was an addition too. High class, high quay. Just done right.

Finally got to try their sunday brunch after booking 3 months in advanced. We went with the buffet option ($65.99/pp before tax/tip), the food selection was limited but was of high quality. Standouts we’re the jumbo cocktail shrimp and a bacon wrapped steak with the sauce. I wish there was more of a selection for the buffet dessert as it was a bit underwhelming. There is an option for bottomless mimosas (an additional $20) which is perfect for the live DJ party vibe they had going on.Overall, food was great but it is a bit pricey for what is included in the buffet.

The vibe, atmosphere and food here are absolutely incredible. The food is fresh and the flavor is just on another level. More importantly, the staff here is so attentive and on point. Shout out to Drew for the exceptional service! Make sure you try the Novaruption!

Great restaurant all around! We came to try their buffet style dining, and we were not disappointed.Every item was super delicious and tasty. The atmosphere was was great and their staff also great.They have good selection of sushi and fresh oysters, and also the tenderloin bacon wrapped was moist and tender.Variety of cocktails also are available.We will be back to try other items on the menu.

This is my first time going here. I must say, I loved everything that I ate and drank.Loved the Beijing Fashion. Had it twice in a row. 😊 loved the lava cake, ice cream / sorbet and mochi. 😊

A lovely restaurant for any occasion, including laid-back pre-vacation days when only extraordinary food will do. My favorite dishes on this night were the brussels sprouts and sweet shrimp.

Me and a friend had went here just to try something new. Was just wonderful, the meal took a little while but was worth it. Will have to come again to try out some other things on the menu. A good place to bring a group.

I loved it. My wife brought me here. I could not believe how far booked out for brunch they are. Really good buffet, with additional items for order at an additional cost. They also had a bottomless drink option, which was awesome. King crab, filet mignon, sushi, ect.

Very nice waitress. Food is great, but make sure to get a hard copy menu. The digital one only shows the super expensive dishes.
