We go just about every Friday. We cant seem to get away from the Japanese burrito will extra tempura shrimp. We have tried lots of other items over the years like the pink dragon roll and the mixed sashimi dinner. The sashimi cuts are generous and come with heaps of ginger and wasabi. The chefs are clever and quick. Service is fast and graciousThere are only a few tables inside, and outside in fine weather. There is a Regal movie theater in the same parking lot so the crowded times are predictable-usually before movies begin. Check their hours. They dont take reservations and they do a bang up take out business. See you there!

We live in Palmdale and ordering sushi can be hit and miss. So we took a chance and we sure are glad we did driving 30 miles.The sushi was very good, we got it to go of course and it’s was very well put together. Super fresh, we allowed the chief to have freedom with making our rolls and they were all amazing.I love that they keep the rolls from touching each other and everything organized it’s not just thrown together because it’s to go.The staff was super friendly accommodating us because we did call right before closing. Very awesome experience. We will for sure be coming back. We are rooting for this business because they really care about good service and good food. Thanks guys!

Great service, and accommodation during this COVID season. Indoor dining is something I feel is a distant memory, so being able to do so here was a treat.The Sierra Highway roll is a personal favorite of mine, now! Wait times were minimal, although we went during a lunch on a Monday afternoon. So I cant speak into how bad it *could* be. That said, even if wait times are long, this locale tastes amazing, and the service is wonderful.
Outstanding sushi taste, perfectly chargrilled chicken teriyaki bento box, super clean tables with hand sanitizers, and amazingly friendly staff every time. Seating is a bit limited, Id say no more than 15-20 people can sit comfortably here, but Ive never had to wait to sit down. Prices are good, inline with most sushi spots in the SCV, not high.
My wife and I just left 10 minutes after we got there. The waiter didnt even ask us what we wanted to drink within that time. It was not even that busy. Truth is, I used to like it ok when the ladies were working. None of them there today. Service just suffered. I will never return. Ever again!Oh but I did return in May 2021 and it was good and pleasant though i didnt dine in. I can tell they are mindful of the image they present. I like it again. So, go order take out from Sushi O all you want, you wont be disappointed.

I ordered from GrubHub (which was good since the delivery arrived within 20 minutes), but my California roll was not fresh, my ebi shrimp was not fresh (if youre a sushi connoisseur, then you can tell the difference); the beef from the beef teriyaki dinner was hard and tough. The soup was cold like as if it was never even hit the pot. My husband ordered a Dragon roll and they delivered something completely different. The whole dinner was a disaster! And add salt to the wound... it cost me extra $20.00 for the delivery fee, service fee, and the tip. How did this place get high reviews??The only reason I ordered from this place on GrupHub is because they had high reviews, so I thought Id give them a try. The whole meal was horrible!! I will never order from O Sushi, nor visit in person.

The sushi here is ok, but I think their cooked menu items are better. Such as the fried oysters or grilled mackerel. I love their roasted green tea and the service is great.
This is probably one of the cleanest sushi in Canton country. Amazing rolls, great sushi and good prices. We normally come here for lunch because their premium rolls are buy two get one and they are incredible. I am a sushi lover and this place offers good sushi at any given time never had any bad experience.
My favorite dish here is the salmon, I always get it. Havent had any sushi but I imagine its excellent 👌..lol..try this place out, have a beer, enjoy yourself!!

Im very allergic to sashimi that isnt fresh and well taken care of. The sashimi here I have never had problems with so far. I have had problems with so many in the Santa Clarita Valley who use cheaper quality and older that they smell sashimi should never smell.
The best sashimi I have eaten! Fresh, thick and delicious! The tofu with fish flakes was also amazing. The service was fast and very friendly. Great prices too.

Just ordered through grubhub. I know good sushi and the Toro and yellowtail was awful. This sushi should never be served and when I called to let them know all they could say was they were sorry. I will not do business with them again.

2023-10-03 05:23:05Im going to give them an A for presentation and size of rolls. The price is a bit steep for the area and condition of the place but nonetheless the food was nicely presented. Fresh and filling. My daughter said her food was 4.5/5 I would say 4/5 lacked that cohesiveness like something was missing. Will try and upload pics but I had the roll with the crispy onion on top. Onion bloom? Unsure of the name

2021-06-14 02:59:10In love with this place the first time I tried. Its a small cozy place, wasnt very busy when we came, they got one last table left and we got seated right away. I like the samurai decorations on the wall. The pink dragon roll was amaaaaazzziiiiingggggg. The dragon roll was good too. We also got scallop and squid sushi, really fresh, and softshell crab. Will come back next time I crave sushi. I think this is my favorite sushi restaurant in town so far.

We have tried it at several places and have really been blown away by how good and tasty this appitizer is. We then tried it here, and it was beyond the blown away level. Everything we have tried here is delicious and consistent. I highly recommend O Sushi!Update: I am still a regular here, and it is always good👍

2023-09-25 03:52:53Order take out from this place for the first time tonight. Ordered a crunch roll and Sierra roll… the crunch roll was mediocre at best. It had a cube of cream cheese in the center which made it take alittle odd but whatever I didn’t order anything complicated. My dad ordered the Sierra roll he made it theough 3 oieces before he discovered hair in the middle of the roll. When he called the restaurant to let them know they told him they would refund it, so he drove back over to them at 8 pm. Well once he arrived they kinda laughed and giggled at him but didnt offer an apology for the experience. They made him feel alittle ridiculous for driving back to the restaurant but no apology. So now he feel stupid for even calling them to tell them. You know he does not like to make waves but frankly to find hair in your food is disgusting and an apology goes along way to smooth things over. Yet they made my dad feel stupid for making the complaint. So my recommendation don’t go here… they lack professionalism and I’d be concerned about their food prep.

The sushi was very fresh, well portioned, and delicious! Super happy with the service and the quality of the food. I highly recommend this place, Ive lived here over 20 years, and Im super disappointed that Ive never stopped in. I guess theyve been around over 7 years now. Check them out!I wish I would have thought to take a picture before we ate everything, but it was so good, we just got right at it.

2019-12-13 16:33:27Great sushi place in a the SCV. Weekday specials of buy three special rolls and get one free. Buy beer or sake and get a second one for a penny. Service was very good. Sushi was great. Walk across the parking lot to see a movie afterwards. There are always two boards up, additional special rolls and Chefs Special. Some choices for ramen as well. The Spicy Tempura Cut Roll Light rice) was phenomenal! Have been here several times, never a bad review for me. Enjoy!

2023-03-26 19:33:54New to the area, wanted a quick bite and some sake on a Saturday night. Ended up over ordering and was disappointed with the quality of the food. The seared albacore pieces were huge and discolored. The fried chicken had no flavor. The sushi generally looked old and discolored. The avocado roll was decent. The sake was good. Maybe could have been an off night, but we paid in full and barely ate the food.
