O2 Valley is a solid place to get food in Palo Alto. Among many expensive food places in the neighborhood, O2 Valley price point is quite reasonable given the big food portion. The staff is very attentive. The shop is very good at fried stuff like chicken and fish. I think the flavor of the food can still be improved (compared to Tsilin in San Mateo). Yet it passes the bar that I would come back again.

Found this restaurant while walking along University avenue. They sell Taiwanese dishes. The place is very clean and neat with wide open front. We order spicy fried chicken bento and paochung tea with jelly. Portion of the chicken is generous, and it is very yummy. It is served in bento to go box and It comes with a generous amount of fried chicken, ine egg, tomato egg, and cauliflower. Chicken is crunchy, sweet, salty, and spicy. I wish they gave more minced pork 😀. The tea is from tea bag. It is also refreshing. The server was very friendly and nice.

This is a spacious location with lots of seating. Its very casual: you order at the counter or you can order with the QR codes on each table. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area.I highly recommend any of their popcorn chicken and wintermelon drinks! The quality is sooo good. They use dark meat for the popcorn chicken and its very juicy. Crispy and the addition of basil/garlic is CHEFS KISS! My favorite popcorn chicken in the Bay Area. Their Pork Belly Bento here is fantastic too.

A true gem in downtown Palo Alto. Super tasty with big portions and astonishing varieties. The prices of bento boxes are very reasonable for such big portion of main dish together with three sides. They even offer points to redeem drinks. Very satisfying experience. Will definitely come back again and again.

Kind of a very understated place. With a simple and plain decor. Order at the counter and pickup to your table. Condiments in the front. The food is good and generally tasty. The pork rice and the fried chicken cutlet was very good with a generous portion. But the sides were too plain and the broccoli overcooked. The turnip had chicken in it but it had no flavor at all. Adding hot sauce helped.

The portion of chicken cutlet is generous! leaving you feeling satisfied and truly capturing the essence of Taiwanese food.Grass jelly & boba fresh milk drink (half sugar) is a bit too sweet to my liking, only available to half or full level of sugar

Growing up in Palo Alto it was always difficult to see restaurant staples leave due to being priced out. Most of the time these places would be replaced with generic dining establishments which limited the diversity of cuisine in the neighborhood.O2 valley brings a new wave of oomph to Palo Alto. A taste of authentic Taiwanese cuisine in a small but open and inviting environment.There is a plethora of options ranging from bento boxes, 100-layer tofu, and a lemon aloe drink (simple and a little plain but it ticks all my boxes). Honestly, writing about this place can only do so much. I highly encourage anyone who is hesitant or stubborn (like myself) to bite the bullet and come on in.Nothing to lose!

Cashier very friendly & courteous taking order. Setting was clean & simple. Had minced pork bento & three tofu bento with friend for lunch about $33. Pork bento=A soy sauce egg, very small portion of pork mostly fat on large bed of rice, bland potato salad and boiled cabbages with mostly trunks. Tofu bento= handful of small tofu cubes and same sides. Very disappointing. Poor quality. Worse Taiwanese bento ever eaten, definitely not worth the high price.

Their bento box is really delicious and has variety of different meals in it! Boba was tasty too!I have been going to many boba places in the Bay Area. This place is one of the best that you can get a delicious bento with boba :)@tapioca_boba

I had the basil chicken bento box & there were so many different food items! It’s so fulfilling and I cannot finish it at one time. I said it for the next day. Great value and great food, highly recommend.

STRAIGHT BUSSERY. HAM SLAMMA JAMMA. Basil popcorn chicken; slaps. Thai spicy chicken; banger. Fried chicken; stellar. Milk tea; delicious.We ordered 2 bento boxes and 1 box of chicken and 1 side of rice. Each of these could have fed two people comfortably.The bento boxes were PACKED with chicken. There was chicken under the chicken. And about a cup of rice. It was a coma inducing amount of food. One didn’t get finished. So if you’re concerned about bang for your buck… don’t be.The box of chicken was also packed. Chicken for days. Like a large takeout size/amount of chicken. Side was a cup of rice.New place as far as I know hope the portions stay that way.

The portions of the rice are huge and everything is freshly fried and very fresh. The coat is a little thick. Recommended fried tofu and salt crispy chicken.
