No wonder no one was in there. I came here to get food and it wasn’t to my liking so I did what anyone else would do if they didn’t like an item that wasn’t to their liking. Get a refund. I told the man in the front that it wasn’t to my liking, he tried to say they just made it fresh and that nothing was wrong with. #1: the spring rolls had nothing but rice noodles & shrimp in it, no vegetables at all. #2: he wasn’t trying to hear me out and thought just because it was fresh. It was okay. They need to practice better customer service and not try to go back n forth with the customer. Now I remember why I stop going to this small chain restaurant. Plus he barely seemed like he didn’t even want to be there

One of the top Pho and food places in and around Redlands. The owners and staff are always so friendly and welcoming right when you walk in the door. The food is amazing. they have a huge menu and everything is cooked wonderfully, everything is seasoned and flavored perfectly. And if you get your Pho to go, do yourself a favor, save some of it in the fridge overnight for lunch the next day. The flavor really sets in and is almost better the next day as the flavor really marinates overnight. Even when I dont dine in, I quite often get the Egg Rolls to go for a light snack. (Ask for a piece of lettuce to wrap the egg roll in and dip with the sauce, Amazing++++!) Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this place as I am a repeat customer, always being served with excellent service and even better food!

First time here at Ocean Pho and Im extremely pleased with everything. The atmosphere of this restaurant is comforting. Spacious, clean, with beautiful neutral colors. The staff gives a warm welcoming once you enter the establishment. Many different styles of pho to choose from. They also have other choices in drinks such as smoothies too! If youre in the area and wanting a big bowl of hot, delicious, comfort food such as pho, visit this Ocean Pho location!!

Sitting is currently outside. I usually get the steak pho, perfect on a cold rainy day. Their sandwiches are great, and the spring rolls -shrimp & pork- were fresh and accompanied with a sweet peanut butter sauce 😋 very tasty! The customer service was pleasant and personable! Cleanliness is a big deal here 👌

I had been to Ocean Pho before to dine in and I always enjoyed it. Recently, I went in for a takeout lunch order, and I am so pleased with the to-go containers they provide! I’ve been to many a restaurant for takeout and the containers they give you are a joke. The presentation of my to-go order impressed me here. While some others don’t care about those things, I notice them. It shows their care for the customer. Well done!

Staff is very friendly and helpful! This is the only pho place you don’t need to add hoisin or Siracha to. Recommend the pork belly bun appetizers (they take a little time to come out as they are made to order)! #15 for pho!

Came here for a nice lunch with my boyfriend. The interior was great, better than I was expecting. Nice place for a casual bite to eat or a date night. Servers were nice, food was great, and the prices were good. Nice big bowl of Pho, and the tea was good too. So much that we couldnt finish and took the rest home with us, almost 2 meals for the price of one. Highly recommend it.

Ordered the Combination Rice with Kung Pao and Pho with beef flank steak. Food was made fresh and the wait was about ten minutes. We just walked in to order, but you can order online and pick it up. Dining in is nice as well

First time here! We got 2 combination pho, steamed pork buns, and coconut shrimp. The buns and shrimp were great but the meat in the pho had a little bit of an after taste, just slightly, thats why 4/5 stars. Overall the place was nice and clean, and an enjoyable experience.

I can only speak to the service and the pan-fried items, but based on my experience, I won’t be going back. First impression upon entering was that the host was hassled to see us. The restaurant was mostly empty, with only one more table occupied. We were told to take a seat anywhere.The menu barcode on the table was covered with the table items so we didn’t realize there was one until being attended to some minutes later. The menu that pulled up from the barcode was for online ordering supported by a third party vendor, so it didn’t have any item descriptions. I asked the server what is included in the lunch specials on the online order menu, and he stated “it’s just lettuce, there’s nothing special”. Okay. I exited the online menu and pulled up their website instead. Their website doesn’t have a menu for the Barton location (hyperlink doesn’t work), so I looked up their Mountain Grove menu and that one did have descriptions of items.We ordered #120-Panfried soft noodles with chicken. And Pad Sew Ew with beef. Both items are described as pan-fried. But both items were basically boiled meat and noodles swimming in runny sauce and steamed vegetables. There is no wok-wonder going on here. The soft noodles with chicken was especially horrendous, because the sauce was sickly sweet. It also did not taste Vietnamese cuisine as they had used Chinese white pepper in great proportion, from what I could taste. I could also tell the chicken was just boiled in water.The one star in this review is for the gentle lady from the kitchen crew serving the dishes. She placed the plateful of food on our table with love and a kind smile. 🙏

So let me start by saying that Id seen this place for years. But I was always getting my order at the Chinese place in the same complex.Tonight we went to a fusion place (hiccups) that closed at 9. When we walked in the guy asked us if we planned on dining in because they were already closing the dining room. I said yes its 8:15. He went to talk to someone and came back and asked what we wanted to eat. But that theyll just box it nicely for us...wth!Left and ended up deciding to try this because we had planned on pho at the fusion place.Review:1. The prices here are fantastic. 13.99 for most dinner entrees. It was 17 bucks or so at the fusion2. The food was fresh and delicious.3. The portions were big and generous.4. The staff was friendly.5. And customers were walking in at 8:58 without the restaurant batting an eye.I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place. The only thing I kept thinking was I should have tried this place sooner.

I come by here every month or so. The steamed pork belly buns are amazing. Like bao (Chinese steamed buns) dough made flat and topped with slow cooked pork belly in a delicious sauce that can be eaten like a taco.

This place has always been a spot for me to go close to my house. Im seated right away. Order taken in a timely manner. I would go there once a week. One time I ordered deep fried wrapped shrimp. It was good but halfway through eating half of them, I notice the middle of shrimp was raw. Needless to say I sent it back and they Immediatly handled it. I got a fresh order. I Paid for my meal and went home. My stomach was upset for a couple days. Would I go back? Yes! I will just make sure shrimp is cooked before I start munching!

Went to this place twice. Service sucks. The first time was for to go, it was by the end of the day.. They gave me old veggie sprouts and the soup doesnt have meat but tendons... Its like they gave me leftovers.. The second time was with my mom. It took forever for us to get a seat although theres a lot of empty seats while the employee was on a phone in her desk. Other people started arriving, they gave them seat right away which pissed me off because we got there first. When we finally got a seat, the server gave us an attitude after asking for a glass of water without ice. Horrible experience..This is the first time Im giving bad review.

Hands down the best crispy egg noodles i ever tasted so far in US. Crispy egg noodles are staple in my hometown so when I had this in ocean pho, it reminded me of that. Not stingy with the veggies and seafood. For 10 dollars - its good for 2 people. Cooked fresh and delicious. I tried the online order as well as dine out. They have only 2 tables outside, Obviously due to pandemic, mostly pick up orders. They have so many delicious items on the menu. Will try the pho next time on winter, when dining outside is more bearable.

Great food. Horrible service.We sat there with empty drinks the entire time. I watched the servers walk back and forth from the kitchen out to the tables, they even looked at us but didnt even come over, same for other customers. They had to walk up to the front counter where the young waitress was standing on her phone. We sat in the front because last time this was a problem too. We finally had to flag them down to get them to acknowledge us, and they came over with the bill, instead of asking us if we needed anything else. The waitress tried bolting as soon as she sat the bill down. We asked for refills and received an attitude. This will be our last time coming here. Such bad customer service.

Walked in and wasnt helped for a long time. I yelled hello and still nothing. The bahn mi is probably the worst ive had. Its all bread and the beef doesnt really have any taste to it. Went there a while back, fair warning, do not go there! Do not take your family there! Avoid this place at all cost. There were bugs in my soup and they offered to replace it without the refund. This is disgusting! Shame on you for keeping this restaurant open, upon viewing other reviews, I am not the only one who found bugs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE during lunch hour (12-1pm) waited for at least 15 minutes for a server to take down the order, then additional 15 minutes for food to come out and it was only a beef pho (should be quick) gives me only 5 minutes to eat, they need more servers during the lunch rush hour or something... didnt even get to enjoy my pho and it came out too hot. NEVER AGAIN will I come here @ this time.

Amazing Vietnamese food, pho, and mixed asian cuisine. I recommend getting some of the chicken off the app menu to start and then getting yourself some meatball pho. They have generous portions and their noodle stir fry dishes are great too!

I usually go to Ocean pho in Yucaipa and lugonia ave mall. I tried it near my home. Food quality and quantity in Redlands are the worst than other ocean phos. Chlorax smell in the pho noodle. Im so disappointed. I will go other ocean pho next time.
