Although it stated as Japanese restaurant its actually is a Thai restaurant serving many different kind of Thai food. One particular entree that I would not order again was a Lamb rack dish cooked with curry. The lamb meats had no taste with little meat. It was disappointing. But my other orders were quite good. I liked their salmon eggroll dipped with Thai sweet sauce.

Restaurant decor is a little crowded and eclectic - I like it, but Im not sure its everyones favorite. The food is great here. Most of their rolls contain shrimp or crab. If you are allergic like me, look at the menu carefully as there arent too many options. But all the ones Ive hd have been good.Service for takeaway is excellent. If youre planning to eat in the restaurant, it might be hard to get the servers attention because theyre often SO BUSY. (If you are on a time crunch, try telling them at the beginning and see if that improves things a bit. They aim to please and will want you to have a good experience.)

Ive been there for lunch twice and had Thai and sushi. It is a casual atmosphere, the menu is too large (multiple menus), the food was good both times but nothing to write home about.

When we got there the hostess was outside chasing her boyfriend and so she had left her post. The wind was blowing very hard through rhe restaurant through the open doors. We were finally seated, on our own. The food was excellent but the waitress was pretty hard nosed. At the end of the meal, which we had enjoyed,. We asked to see a dessert menu and she said, you cant have dessert... were closed. Then she gave us our tab and we left. Thats exactly what happened.

We had the best food and all of our servers were attentive. Eve, Tanya, and Tom handle our order with great care. They checked in on us multiple times and provided great recommendations. The service and especially the Ninja roll make this restaurant one of the best places in Walnut Creek. We frequent this establishment and keep coming back due to the stellar service.

I enjoyed my shrimp tempura and vegetables tempura - except the red pepper! I very much do not like bell peppers, so I was very unhappy to bite into this! 😒

For being 1 of 3 tables that were being served, the service was horrible. The chef was extremely slow, but the wait staff was just as slow, taking 10 minutes even to take my drink order. I will definitely not be back!

Eat there, when ordering sushi makes sense to not take out. Great service, nice clean atmosphere. Excellent quality food . My go to for sushi

Frequently go here with my fiancé, love the sushi and the pad thai. Tom, Tanya, & Eve have always provided amazing service, checked on us throughout the meal, gave great suggestions, and make it feel like a second home.
