Good price for a meal but with plain or barely any flavor on the food. Came here with the family craving sushi and teriyaki, was impressed with the menu and pricing. Ordered cali tempura roll, teriyaki chicken plate, shrimp with chicken chow mein, miso ramen, and a spicy miso ramen. Most and only liked was the cali tempura roll. You can actually taste and distinguish the ingredients from one another. Chicken and shrimp chow mein was plain tasting no excitable flavor. Noodles had pale monotone flavor. Veggies were steamed, but again, there was no seasoning or flavor. Chicken teriyak was boring, and nothing gave my palate any excitement. Teriyaki sauce was watered down, wasnt a bit sweet, just gave the chicken a semi glazed look. Everything had a steamed rice taste, very monotone. Miso ramen soups were sad, and neither had any distinct flavor. The spicy one was not spicy at all, added Sriracha and chili oil, and barely any spice. Its true, you pay for what you get. I personally would not be back. I would advise you to try at your own discretion.

My best friend introduced me to this place years ago, since then I’ve brought my mom & sister here. Super friendly staff & they prioritize cleanliness, safety & health.I will always come back for the tempura California rolls & Thai tea & I will continue to tell people about this hidden gem.

Terrible! If you like teriyaki DO NOT COME HERE. It was salty and barely a trickle of teriyaki sauce. I asked for teriyaki sauce and was told I had to pay extra for it (no thanks) because it should have came with the chicken to begin with. It was basically grilled chicken over rice. Also, you have to order literally at the door and wait outside, and they dont call out your order. You have to check in to see if its ready. Not to mention extremely rude customer service. My first time and will definitely not return.

Not a bad place. It deserves 2 stars because I can buy this same meal at Ralph’s or any other grocery store by just looking for a yakisoba. I included the cardboard piece because it came in my bag of food.I got house ramen and miso ramen. Both good but the noodles are small/thin, pretty much like any noodle you buy at American groceries. I was looking for real noodles, not this factory made baby noodle.My mom got the teriyaki chicken bento. She really liked it.If you’re looking for something real, this isn’t it. If you’re hungry and want a good meal, it’s good. I just won’t be going back. 🤓🙃

This place is small, lowkey, and I love it overall. The food is great and prices are reasonable for the quality, you really get what you pay for, everything is cooked to order. The presentation of the dishes is really nice. The workers are welcoming and friendly, seems family owned. The place is well organized and uses their space wisely, don’t let the small space fool you.

I got it for delivery. Everything was packed with EXTREME care, and was the perfect temperature. However the food is meh...the boba is soggy(what do you expect from a non-boba shop tho?) I got the teriyaki chicken, beef, and shrimp and the teriyaki isnt sweet enough for my liking the consistency of it is good tho. The actual meat is poor...the chicken is rubbery I couldnt even get the plastic fork into it and its really fatty, the beef I couldnt even tell it was beef it was really jiggly, and the shrimp doesnt taste clean if that makes sense?? I also got the tempura california roll which was the only tasty thing. Everything just seems to be made with either poor quality stuff or its old.I still encourage you to give it a try!This place has a good rating for a reason, and it just happened to not be for me 🤷🏼‍♀️

UPDATE:this place is really good no doubt, but their windows and floors are DISGUSTING!!!! the floors are sticky and theres trash everywhere and their windows ALWAYS have smudges on them. Who knows how there kitchen is!? Same as their restroom, the door cant even be opened and its so dirty and has a foul smell. Definitely wont be going there again if they dont get their things together!

Never a disappointment or dull meal from this establishment. The meals are affordable.It is carry out, or take out only, and I believe on Grubhub… but no longer a “dine- in” Restaurant.That’s fine with me because the dining room was cramped to begin with.

This is my favoritte spot for lunch so far. I think this is the best place to get a japaneese big lunch box in the area. Clean, straight, fast service. This place deserves an award from City. It serves lots of people in community healthy clean food.

Great food however, bad customer service. Make sure you guys double check your orders!. Dont wait until your at home or sitting down to eat . I had a bad experience where I asked for simple order and they totally gave me different orders. Besides that, after complaining to the cashier about our wrong orders given, he stated that it was our mistake. So FYI they will not accept that they make order mistakes, and they dont even care if they did because they dont acknowledge theirs mistakes. No apologies. So please take pictures of your orders, check them before leaving and if you do find a discrepancy in your order let them know right there and then upfront show it to them. Because the person who is preparing the orders doesnt think they make mistakes. We all make mistakes, so own up to them and apologize especially to customers who help you keep your business going. Thank you.

First visit the food was good... second visit the food looked delicious until I found a dead maggot and eggshells in my cabbage.. I wouldnt rate this place at all! I also was mad because this was the only sushi place I liked before finding maggots in my food... never again and make sure to search your plate!!!!!!!! I was recommended by a friend of mine. I order a chicken bento deluxe. The chicken has a very good taste to it. Everything came out really good with the chicken bento. Until I tried the beef bento deluxe. When the beef bento deluxe made it to my table I was confused wondering If this was the food Ive order. The beef has mushrooms mixed in it and it was water down. The beef was soggy and not cooked all the way. I looked at the picture and I didnt notice it came with mushrooms bc it was under the beef as shown on the picture. It was not worth 25 bucks of my money. I should of went with my gut instincts and went to a local spot I normally go to in Long Beach. Dont plan on coming back here again.

I could come here everyday if I could. Everyone here is courteous and their meals are all delicious.My favorite meal is thier Katsu shrimp with noodles and the salad they add to the side. Whatever dressing they put on that salad- y’all better pass it on because is makes the salad taste amazing!!!The only problem is that the space is too small.
