This place is a epic fail in every way, Its horrible and im shocked at the things I just saw...While I was there with my kids I noticed a older Asian man (Manager or perhaps owner) had dropped something on the ground as he was coming towards the grill from the back, he then stooped over to get it and he picked it up placing it with the other chicken he was carrying and handed it to the chef to put on the grill. I swear I almost threw up as I stood there in awe, I mentioned to him that I saw what happened and expressed my deep concern over what he did, bacteria, dirt, grim, cross contamination you name it!He told me if I dont like it I can go somewhere else and then the chef pointed to Chinese express and said for me to go there.Yes I will be contacting the health department, yes I had wittnesses with me and the reason I am posting this review is simply to warn others and emplor people to not visit this place especially dont let your kids eat there cause somebody is gonna get very sick.GROSS!!!!

Give the fact most people are not going to call a mall fast food outlet a destination and generally only care they wont pass out while waiting; this has has issues whicj should be shared. For one the older asian guy (owner?) wiped his runny nose on both hands, and since those spots were taken proceeded to wipe both arms. Took my card and then grabbed my plate to be given to the cooks. I had ordered extra chicken and beef. Then when my food was done, called out just chicken and beef (others waiting as well). Then gave me a hard time because they felt they should not have to call out extra chicken. Suppose im one of their few customers lacking mind reading.....
Food taste not the same and the meat serving portion is less than half than they used to

Rude people, trys to upsell, upon declining received wrong order. Cooks raw chicken too close to cooked chicken on the grill.
My favorite place to eat, i love the chicken teriyaki here. Prefer this place over Yoshinoya any day.
Good food, very rude and dumb ask them about their shrimp they shrug their shoulders and dont say anything never going here again
They literally see you standing waiting for your food and say nothing when your plate is ready.
The place is very clean and i always get the spicy salmon. People are just salty.
They seem dirty. The sushi sucked. It tasted old. The rice tasted old.

I ordered just a disappointment After having to wait for my food to be ordered this not beef and shrimp I don’t eat chicken wasn’t willing to fix it said I changed it so let it be but wouldn’t have paid for something I wasn’t gonna eat ! I don’t eat chicken and the lady didn’t understand what I was saying even tho I made it clear beef and shrimp but hey !!

2023-04-15 03:42:43I ate here today and their sushi is nasty. The worse sushi I’ve ever had. I also got A number 2 here and they barely gave any meat. A waste of $26 dollars. Never again will I eat here. They need to close this place down. They don’t deserve 1 star.

My granddaughter liked watching it being made. We will surely be back when we come to the Mall again. Thank you all for great professional service.

2019-06-14 18:29:53Ordered sushi.Spicy Tuna Roll, California Roll and a medium drink. $14.California roll was generously sized.The spicy tuna roll had a laughably tiny amount of tuna in it. Its rice dipped in spicy sauce and a teeny shred of tuna.

2018-03-01 00:11:06I wish I could give it a Zero star. They have the worst customer service and do not honor their punch card. I went to get my free meal after completing my card only to be told, very rudely that the card was old and they wouldn’t honor it. I asked to speak with a manager. The cook was very rude and hostile and told me that the manager was not in and then he proceeded to dismiss me. I told him that I wanted to speak with someone else and not him. He became very hostile and gave me “ the middle finger”! I went back a couple of days later to speak with the manager, I started with a middle aged Japanese woman, who then called an older Japanese man over. I started to tell him what happened and he just walked away! Literally walked away! The rude cook was there and lied about giving me the middle finger. I would advise anyone not to go there because there customer service is horrible from the owners to the cooks. If I had the cooks name I would post it, but of course he would not give it to me. They just lost a good customer and I am going to tell anyone who will listen to never eat here.

2017-10-05 03:45:35I used to always shop there when it came to something fast and delicious, but tonight was the last time. As my family and I were eating I found black pieces from the grill on our food, I could taste it and I was really upset because even when the cook said yes is from my grill they never bother to apologize . They need to keep it clean as before cause that stuff can kill someone

2016-07-21 03:12:52The place was empty. No line. They took my order. I went to sit down and wait. 4 different people came after me ordered, and all got their food before me. When I went to complain the owner just looked at me shrugged his shoulders smiled. Needless to say very rude. The cashier had to serve me. Im never going back again. Very rude and food is not that good.

2018-07-07 20:10:40Maybe it was just today but for my first time it sucked. The sauce was watery, the rice was plain and I couldnt tell which one had extra chicken from the two I ordered. Over all watery and plain. Nothing compared to the one in bakersfield Japan food. Not eating there again.
