The food and service were really good. The place is a mix of sports bar and sushi restaurant. Prices are very reasonable. Nothing overly expensive. The baked green muscles were surprisingly good. I like to try them every time I try a new sushi restaurant. These green muscles did not have the typical japanese mayo. But a flavorful sauce soy sauce. Ill have them again next time to try to break down the flavor.

Extremely rude is an understatement. We were almost charged extra items and they didn’t want to budge to remove. Trying to speak however spoken over. We will never support a business that’s talked to their customers the way they did to us especially when they force a gratuity on to of that. I guess since it’s forced customer service isn’t expected. Go to Miguel’s sushi or take a trip to Riverside and go to Asahi. Both of those appreciate their customers.

The food was good and tasty, and the service was good. The only disappointing part was that we got our appetizers after our sushi rolls which didnt make sense. The floors are super sticky too. What saved it for me was how delicious the rolls were, though.

Great service!! We had each server serve us which is refreshing since usually you have one person help as others stand around.. the food was fresh which is a must with sushi… down the street and the only sushi in the area.. thanks for the great food and service

I like coming here, with all you can eat Thursday, it is well worth it. Service is nice and atmosphere with TVs and music going on. Food I wouldnt say its the best sushi Ive had but it is good for me to go often.

The food & service are equally amazing. Authentic, delicious & fresh sushi, sashimi & everything else on the menu. I cant begin to tell you how wonderful & fantastic the staff are. Everyone is welcomed with a sincere smile. The staff go that extra mile, are very attentive. They make the guests know they care. The menu is scrumptious, as I mentioned, yet a great staff makes the restaurant extra special. The entire staff needs to be commended. Four of these most special people are Rose, Brianna, Mystica & Noah. Each one of them visit the tables frequently asking if everything is okay and if they can get you anything at all. Rose, Brianna & Noahs kindness, attentiveness, sincerity & their great people skills, along with the exquisite dishes, make Oishi Sushi, Moreno Valley a special place to dine.. I usually love eating here. Great food, but now I have to consider how well they organize their business. To make it short, my order was taken by someone else, and no one knew who took it. No witness, no idea. Everyone clueless. Please check who’s taking the order before someone just grabs it and leaves. It’s not cool.

Lunch All You can eat Sushi for $30! Music and buy one get one 50% off beer and wine. This was great. We had excellent service and the sushi was fresh. Definitely recommend it. I think AYCE is only on certain days though. We went Wednesday for lunch. Gratuity is added automatically.

Delicious and fresh food in a fun atmosphere! Weve been coming here for years and the food is always great. Its been nice since they moved into the old S Bar because now it is much bigger and able to accommodate more seating. I feel like we are always running into someone we know every time we come in, which is at least a few times a month. This is the only sushi spot in Moreno Valley worth going to!!! And a special shoutout to our favorite sushi chef Ricardo...hes so talented and always puts out the most amazing dishes!

Very fun place as soon as I entered I was greeted with the hello I was asked will you be having all you can eat sushi. I responded Yes I was asked where would I like to sit. Since it was just me I said at the bar the waitress came over right away ask me what I like water something to drink I said yes and I ordered a peach wine which is excellent. After that another waitress came over and asked me had I been helped I reply yes. Then I was given the sushi menu because I was having all you can eat surprisingly it was only $35 thats nice. The sushi guys at the bar was hilarious kept me laughing I ordered two dishes and I asked him to surprise with the next one and he made me an awesome dish and the dishes called fire its not hot but it was good. I have been to a lot of sushi restaurant. But this one was my best of all. I always keep my reviews honest and truthful if I have a bad experience I will mention it. First and last visit.Service was a big part of my rating this evening. It just wasnt there. Wet table. My meal was served in sections, rolls first, appetizers at various times after the rolls and no plates for sharing. Ponzo and siracha arrived much after the food did. I asked for a hand roll and was brought a cut roll. Not a huge deal, just more waiting while they corrected it.Sushi was less than desirable. I had the Hawaiian and Firecracker rolls and they were both bland and lifeless. The yellowtail sushi tree and baked muscles were decent, hence the 2 star rating. Overall, Ill go somewhere else for sushi next time.

We love it here, but tonight we came to have dinner (they close at 9:30pm) got here at 8:30pm, they let us know 9:00pm is last call. You can already see them making faces.We ordered appetizers 15 minutes before our main course and they brought our main course first.While eating their already rushing us and the guest that came after us. Asking if we’re finished with our soy sauce (to refill for tomorrow)While eating, they bring us the bill and not even 5 minutes later they ask if we’re ready to pay? I’ve been a server for many years and never made anyone feel rushed. The food is fresh and great! Service sucked! We make sure we always leave a great tip! But felt bad we left a small tip, but reason for it was for poor attitude.My husband and I work many hours during the day, so it’s difficult to find a dine in that’s open late. But next time we’ll make sure to order “To Go”

One of my favorite sushi restaurants. Favorite items would be the yaki soba chicken, popcorn lobster roll, and the rattlesnake roll. They could use some interesting drink selections to complement their dishes. It is great that they took over the S Bars location, but it seems that they are still in the process of really creating their own atmosphere.

I love me some good sushi! Everything I ate was fresh and delicious and I kinda ate alot! Lol! The sake choices were abundant and the prices were in line with what you should expect to pay for sushi. Plus they have TVs all aound the place, even at every table! So if you like sports and sushi, this could be your jam. Im new to this area and now I have found cool sushi and possibly my next bday party spot? I heard they use to have karaoki and other social events that ended with covid. Hopefully that comes back! But good spot to host a small gathering.

We arrived at approximately 8:25pm and was greeted nicely. We were told that the last order will be 30 min before closing time which is at 9:00pm. We took about 10 min to order which they patiently waited. We had about 6 orders of sushi which they quickly prepared. Everything was tasty and delicious and the wait staff were very polite and professional. Prices are reasonable and the presentation was superb. This is our first time at this location. However, we have been to their location in Las Vegas which is also very good. Needless to say, our dining experience was wonderful given the time limit we had. We will be back again soon. Thank you

The food was amazing! The employees were great! My daughter wanted sushi for her birthday meal and our neighbor suggested this spot! So glad that he did! Simple perfection! Missed this place, dining in. Usually got orders to-go during CoVid, though.Theyve moved into S-Bar location. Looks like theyre still moving in, as there were boxes and supplies stacked up one side of floor. There doesnt seem to be more tables than other space, but it has lost some of that familiar atmosphere.Looks like new wait staff, a bit inexperienced and unknowlegeable about the menu. Although only 5 tables of patrons, we had to ask for several items before being able to start eating from other staff as they walked by. Our waitress didnt check back with us after taking our order. By the way...no more All- you-can-eat. :( Sushi chefs that were there this evening didnt give the friendly hello/welcome upon arrival or thank you as we left.The rolls we ordered were good, but the yakisoba tasted different than usual. Perhaps a new recipe?Will try again in a few weeks. Customer service can make or break a business. Theyve made through 2020, would hate to see them decline to closure in 2021.Meshiagare!

The food is great. However, the service was bad. Maybe because it was about an hour to closing time. We were told that we could not order all you can eat. We still went on ahead ordered Sushi rolls. Staff is so nice. I come here about every 2 weeks for a night out with good food. The restraunt itself is very clean inside.I usually get sushi rolls. This place has some of the biggest rolls ive ever had so you definitely get your moneys worth. Plus the pricing is fairly decent.Our waiters are always so welcoming and very quick to attend to our needs.Also has great music! Easy to find. Plenty of park. Def recommend to others to try it out. Try to avoid Friday nights because they do get very busy and its a small place (but cute).

I will start off by saying that I am super picky when it comes to sushi. I prefer sushi that is light, fresh and has a lot of variety. We came here since we were in town and it seemed to have good reviews on Google - we didnt check Yelp though.We ordered the all you can eat since we wanted to sample various rolls but the rice portions were overwhelming. Every roll felt like they packed on as much rice as possible; even though they gave you huge fish portions I didnt feel like eating a spoonful of rice with every bite.That being said, we were 3 adults and maybe ordered 6 rolls total before feeling like we were going to burst. All in all, even with the heavy rice portions we would recommend the Jessica roll, the Rainbow roll, the albacore, and yellowtail.

I love sushi and I like to try different places from time to time. Unfortunately, you may say to yourself, Why did I do that? Well, this was one of those times! This place is located in a shopping center that looks pretty run down and is surrounded by houses (odd location). But if the sushi and service is good, Im in. First of all, the service was nothing to brag about. The chefs were not friendly, and commented on the amount of rolls I ordered. ( I can eat my fair share of sushi). What really did it for me was the fact that there was a fly on the sushi bar hovering around the fish! I pointed this out to the chef and he said Yes, we are trying to keep the flies under control, its the season What??! I replied ugh in disgust. I made it known that this was not appropriate, I was not going to eat anymore, and to give me my check! To top it off, this place has an A rating in the window. Well, I guess it goes to show that there is no quality, only quantity when it come to service. Customer service is lacking and it comes with a take it or leave it attitude! There is no pride in craftsmanship or finesse.

I ordered the tiger roll and the lobster roll and my date order the rainbow roll and a crunch roll and it all was sooo good!! The fish was fresh the rolls where delicious!.. the atmosphere was very nice!.. the restaurant has moved to a bigger space next door tho so dont panic when u see the closed sign its in the next building across the way (its on the other side of the arch so when you pass the old restaurant go under the arch a bit and it will be right there!) and very easy to find!.. they have new tables, plates and decor and have a machine to request music and tvs at every table!.. my only complaint is theres no clear sign saying where the bathroom is so thats a little bit of a inconvenience because you have to ask an employee where it is and its a little embarrassing lol.. other then that its a great hip place to go and eat sushi! We had really bad service the last time we were here. Currently a friend of mine is heading for some military training she chose this spot to eat we have been waiting an hour. They continue to feel seats and tell us just a little bit longer. Theres not a lot of seating already here and they keep filling them. Wont return again. Youre conveniently located next to S Bar and you can wait there and have a drink while you wait to be seated since its pretty small and fairly crowded. Which I dont mind because of again the great service and food. The bar is also owned by the same person who owns the sushi restaurant. If you go here you have to try the Lobsterpeno!

The server was completely inept/clueless when asking for a simple drink order, ordering two iced teas she only brought one and when taking the order paper for the all you can eat she failed to check off what we ordered missing a couple of items.The quality of the rolls have also diminished seeing too much rice and less fish, including the freshness of the red tuna was pale and not even pink. My wife and I absolutely love this place! It is by far our favorite place to go for sushi. Food is delicious and the staff is attentive and friendly.👍 The only downside that I could possibly think of is that the building is relatively small... especially considering how busy this place can get sometimes, but If you happen to go when its not busy, the size can actually be quite cozy and comfortable. 😉

The best sushi Ive ever had. Fresh and delicious every time. Me and my dads favorite spot to go to. Very nice and comfortable. We always sit at the bar. The place is very clean and spacious. No long wait in between orders. We always get the all you can eat. I moved outa cali, but whenever i visit it is the place we will always go to. Plus the green tea tempura ice cream is to die for!!!! Im such a glutton for it.

Food is really really good but I’m disappointed at hoy cheap they became. Every time, this is the spicy sauce containers they give I need to put my finger in the container to be able to reach some tiny bit of sauce, and they put 3 containers and if I put the sauce of all 3 in one container it’s just 1/2 of a container omg sucks can’t even have enough sauce to eat my sushi I will check my containers of sauce in the restaurant before walking out .

The rolls are pretty good, though not as flavorful as some of the ingredients might suggest. Most of the deep fried rolls tasted largely identical. Additionally the lunch all you can eat pricing only covers some of the rolls, if you want the others you have to pay the dinner AYCE price. Its only $4 more but its a bit frustrating as its not denoted on the menu, and other AYCE sushi places Ive been to dont do this.

There is a new rule for the all you can eat sushi. If you want to order the all you can eat, everyone in your party has to order the same thing. I was with my wife and daughter and we planned on ordering two all you can eat sushi and your daughter who does not eat sushi planned on ordering chicken teriyaki (three separate orders). We were told we could not order what we wanted due to this new rule. So after being a loyal customer at Oishii for over 10 years we walked out the door and will never return.

This is a very cute place very original, very kind staff very polite and accommodating and the food is amazing my favorite was the hot tuna roll and the volcano roll..really good food the only thing was that they need a diaper changing table.. bathrooms were very clean too..and the music was not too loud nor too low..very relaxing I went with my bf and two kids my daughter does not eat seafood but they did have a teriyaki bowl with rice which was a relief we got the all you can eat for two. We will most definitely be back for a date night.

We have been to many AYCE sushi bars, never all my life was I accused of sharing my orders knowing the rules of the all you can eat sushi bars. My wife had shrimp tempura udon and I had all you can eat sushi. Im guessing they assumed that i was sharing with my when in fact I wasnt I eating it faster than they can make it so they assummed I was sharing. So save yourself the embarrassment of being accused sharing and look for another place to enjoy AYCE sushi. This will be my last time my wife and I will eat there. We get better treatment at Asahi Sushi in Riverside than at this establishment.
