Great restaurant! Wifey and I wanted a quick lunch date, so we chose this location. Great cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious and the prices were also great. Awesome staff and chefs! We’re coming back with the kiddos!

The pepper fin here is so yummy! We’ve tried other sushi restaurants and this place tops them all. The staff are kind and friendly, our meal is always on point. We always look forward to coming back here!

I love the food at Oki Sushi. I eat here about 1 or 2 times a week. I highly recommend the Savage roll. It is deep fried and torched. The fish is all fresh. I also get the Crossings roll and Tempura Roll.I love everything from the kitchen and I usually get the sesame chicken. My kids, wife and I also love the salmon; the cut never has bones in it. We also love the Miso Soup.The service is always good. Covid changes whether or not they can allow people to eat inside so just call and ask. They do a lot of to go orders.I need to add more pictures later.Update 12/9/2020I ordered the tempura and was impressed that it was protected with cooking paper so that it doesn’t melt the Togo box. They also added holes in the lid so the steam escapes and it doesn’t get soggy.

Worker called me and told me not to order from them anymore because he apparently didnt like my attitude when he wouldnt let me pick up my food.Update: Tried getting food today July 30th after it being several months and he still wouldnt let them serve me when all I wanted to do was order a roll to go. They just lost a loyal customer.

A friend and I decided to try this place due to the proximity to Walmart, and the restaurant we were planning on going to being closed between menu resets(lunch to dinner). Everything from the food, to the service, to the cozy laid back atmosphere was amazing! Ive been trying to become more acclimated to sushi, especially stuff that isnt a basic salmon or tuna roll, and the BTS roll was just what I needed to get there. The menu is by and large Japanese cuisine as one might expect, but the bulgogi beef was a fun surprise and it gave me a chance to try something new that Ive been wanting to get at. We ordered rather aggressively for a party of two because everything looked so good, so our bill was just over $100, but if youre just ordering for one or two and not going crazy like we did it is very reasonably priced.I will definitely be coming back in the future and singing their praises, and if youre in the area looking for a good sushi spot or quality Japanese food I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Several years ago I used to travel I-80 every few weeks from Reno to various places for work. I wish this place existed then, wow its good!! Besides that my family (3 young boys) loved it as well. We wanted Sushi and we received really good, fresh fish. We will be back!

We just happened on this place while up shopping in Rocklin and decided to try a new sushi spot. Its a small restaurant so be aware there may be a wait but we still came in on a Sat night and were seated in 5-10 minutes. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly. The fish was fresh and had great flavor. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with our food. We got the Kings roll and the Galleria and they were both delicious. I cant remember which one was the deep fried roll but I almost lost it when I took a bite of the deep fried one. Great flavor and the sauce is amazing. Our Sashimi had great flavor and came served over ice which Ive never had and really liked. Hands down some of the best quality sushi Ive had in the Sacramento area and our server was just so sweet and friendly. We will definitely be making the drive back.

I ordered a bento with katsudon and beef teriyaki, but they may have forgotten to give the katsudon sauce and the teriyaki when my ordered arrived. I asked the server, Trini, if I could get the sauces for the tonkatsu and the beef teriyaki and, I am not sure if she was joking about me paying extra for the sauces, but I showed her my bento. I was expecting at least a drizzle of the sauces on the (apparently dry) meats. She came back with the sauces and did not charge me for them. I thanked her for the accommodation. Nothing much out of the ordinary from my order. Maybe next time I will order their sushi?Update 12/14/2022:Took my family here for dinner and ordered sushi this time. Goodness, they make great sushi! Loving this place already.

First time here. Arrived right b4 rush. Sushi chef was spot on. If I could rate just him it would be 5 stars. We ordered 2 rolls one udon soup, and spicy edemame. We sat at the sushi bar and our service was HORRIBLE! Would rate it 1 star except for the sushi chef. Rolls came out first. Didnt get our water until we were half way through the meal. Same with the spicy edamame. The upon soup came out after we had been seated at least 45 minutes. Took the soup to go because everyone else was done but me. Ill never go back!!

First time and it was great. I got the Lobster roll and the Savage roll. Both were great, especially the lobster. Came with huge pieces of lobster on the side which was great! My husband got the basil and galleria and they were both great! Perfect flavor and great sauce. My son got the beef teriyaki and it was the best flavor and most tender steak Ive had. Great great food!

*Edit from Sept 2022: we visited again after our last experience and enjoyed ourselves a lot more. The new waitresses were super friendly and attentive. And the cooks knocked it out of the park, per usual. Hoping last time was just a fluke!*I work nearby so I frequent this place a lot. I suggested it to my boyfriend and now we have dinner here all the time as well. It is our favorite sushi place and we always have a great experience. Until today. I decided to try the Bento Box for $18 instead of the roll I usually get. I explicitly asked for that and chose my 2 items. The food was absolutely delicious.When we get our check, I notice that the total is off. We double checked the menu to compare the prices to what I ordered. My boyfriend mentions this to the waitress stating that I had ordered a Bento Box. She comes back and tells us her manager said she couldnt do that because of portions. It just felt like the manager thought my boyfriend and I were trying to be sneaky or cheap. Apparently the original waiter charged me for a Teriyaki Plate and a roll separately (not what I ordered) which was more expensive. We left feeling a bit cheated because it was a mistake on the waiters part and WE were the ones that had to pay for it, literally. 😔It wasnt a huge difference, but my boyfriend and I both work in customer service so it was more about the principle for us. We would have appreciated the manager coming over to talk to us. We will most likely return because the chefs always do a great job, but we didnt enjoy tonights experience.

I had the teriyaki chicken Bento box and wasnt disappointed! I wasnt a fan of eating with chopsticks, which is the only thing given to you - I suppose you have to ask for a fork or something else. The waiter was friendly and the food was good. Nothing else I would really change. One friend had the salmon and he seemed to enjoy it. I would recommend this place if youre in the area!

Fantastic sushi spot. Not busy at all around 1130 on a Sunday. Got a zig zag hand roll and rainbow roll. Both were delicious. Tried a golden state roll (deep fried) and a spider roll, the spider roll was the best of the two. It was a very filling lunch.

Really not a fan; mine wasnt good. Server didnt understand about allergies and ingredients that cause them... So they have some training that needs to happen there... Modern trendy interior design. Well organized menu; simple and straightforward. People I was with said potstickers were yummy, but the rolls werent good, and overall I think we decided that we wont be back. Man did this place hit the spot. The ambiance of the restaurant was superb. Took my GF here and had a blast talking to the chef, learning he had done all the interior design himself. He showed me the imported Japanese tuna he had in stock and man it was so good. I ordered sashimi, savage roll, white dragon, and some nigiri, basil. The basil roll had a balance of flavors that made it good. The only complaint though was it did get quite busy on Saturday, and being a new business it took a bit longer for the food to come out, but for me, it was worth the wait. A perfect place to bring a date during COVID times, everyone was wearing a mask and adequate distance was given between tables.

LOVE LOVE LOVE 11/10 stars. My fiancée and I new FAVORITE sushi spot! We did not eat sushi that much before because it was never filling enough and expensive. However at sushi Oki they make the rolls big and it is very filling!!We went here as first timers for his birthday in November pre stay at home order. The chefs and front staff were so friendly! The SUSHI was the BOMB!!!! Literally mouth watering. I really recommend the deep fried rolls so yum! The second time we accidentally confused the name with another sushi place nearby that has a similar name. The second place was very expensive and the front staff was not nice. Save yourself the headache and bookmark it so you don’t make the same mistake!

Weve eaten here now 4 times. Theyve managed to mess our order up half the time. This last time was the worst. Messed my wifes order up twice. Went back to get correct order, and still wrong. Charged extra on second visit as well. Save your frustration and spend your sushi money elsewhere.

The service was sub-par. Even though there was planets of room and tables in the restaurant the hostess was going to seat is next to an occupied table. The waitress didnt check in on us much. The Sashimi was good but the Crossing Roll was just ok. The calamari was good but dont recommend edamame was over cooked. I would not recommend this place. There are better sushi places in Rocklin.
