I came the first day of opening and it was delicious ! Ive been back twice already to try more. Everything has been tasty. My favorite so far is the steak and shrimp hibachi. Service is great as well !

Just had dinner at this restaurant, and everything was so perfect! 🤩 We were celebrating my sisters graduation, so we had the tables, and the owner stopped by and said we were the first big group to dine there! He gave us some edamame on the house! Lucky us! 😆 Our server Jenesis was very attentive to our needs and offered recommendations and gave us updates when the food was coming as well! I had the steak hibachi dinner combo with the chicken soup and salad. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture before eating it 🤭🫣 Would tell friends and family that this spot! I will definitely be coming back in the future! 🫡

AMAZING!! Definitely returning. We ordered the spicy edamame and crab Rangoon appetizers 10/10. My hubby got the king lobster roll and I got the atomic spicy roll. I only got a picture of the King lobster roll, but everything was very good. 👍🏼

My son was in Okinawa last year for his military service, love the name. When I first saw the name of the restaurant, I knew off from the start that foods will be good. Day before it opened, Steven invited me to go in and see the final results, my first impression was, wow, perfect and beautiful and I will absolutely coming. Took me a few days to finally get to go eat because I was waiting on my sister to come into town and I didn’t want to go eat alone. We were greeted by a very nice staff at the counter, then our waitress Christina I believe that was her name. Very friendly, fast and very attentive to us. Foods was a 12 out of 10, delicious, a perfect blend, the right amount of seasoning. I was very pleased and very happy overall.. my sister and I tipped them good. So I say, GREAT FOOD, GREAT PLACE!! And OKINAWA NOODLES, YUMMYLICIOUS, totally recommend it.. I got me both BIG EEL ROLL, recommend that as well!! And I will absolutely going back, and is going to be my favorite sushi place to go to from now on..

This amazing new sushi location is the gem Modesto was missing! The food was ridiculously delicious, every sushi roll taste fresh, different and the way it suppose.Out of all the restaurants Modesto has to offer THIS IS A MUST TRY, the only warning I have is just keep a close watch on the amount you’re spending because more and more you’ll want to try out all the options the restaurant has to offer, honestly can’t wait to go back. We left full happy and impressed.

Was excited today until I got to Okinawa restaurant had drove an hour to try it out. Got seated waited 30 minutes didnt even get asked what I wanted to drink so then I told my boyfriend lets go because the people behind us had just got there an had got attended right away after the fact we had been waiting there for 30 minutes so we didnt know who was in charge of what for us to get attended but we ended up leaving. Sad we didnt even get to try the food we even got offered to stay but wasnt even in the mood anymore to try it.

I ate here twice since they opened I had the hibachi steak (medium rare) and calamari with fried rice and it was delicious!! I also tried the lady bug roll and it was so flavorful with assorted fish and assorted masago. 10/10 recommend

The sushi there is high quality for a good price and the people who seated and served us were really nice and not only that the atmosphere was so different from other places and very unique. Definitely go to this place if your looking for something new.

I have been seeing their ad on my facebook for two months. Finally it opened. We were craving sushi so we went there for dinner. Atmosphere was nice. We ordered the sushi combo with sashimi and my friends ordered the three sushi roll combo. As our food arrived the presentation was nice. Sushi was ok not my favorite. Sashimi was good. The sushi didnt have a the quality taste like most of my local favorites, sukiyaki, fumis, osaka. I will be going back to try the habachi. Stephanie L was our waitress. She was awesome. She came back and checked on us to see if we were good. Overall i think its worth to go back for another try. For sushi no.
