One of the best Sichuan restaurants I have found in all of San Gabriel valley. Our favorite dishes are tea smoked duck, assorted mushroom hot pot, chicken with taro, laziji (spicy chicken), and all their noodles.

Very spicy food, very enjoyable. The atmosphere feels very Asian and well decorated. The service was soso for one waiter and very good from another. I guess it various.The food was fair amount and enough to share. The prices of the dishes are reasonable. The whole table ordered the cumin potatoes, cold noodles, mixed mushrooms cooked in dried pot, and boiled fish. Rice comes extra, $1 per bowl. However, the bowl is of fair amount, approx. two servings each. Each of the dishes has distinct flavor that is different but tasty.The only complain I have to this experience is the mixed mushrooms cooked in dried pot is awesome but way too many peppers, it was a workout to find food later on. Would recommend for those who like spicy food, and would not recommend for those who dont. I personally would visit again.

Very good food. Its a little expensive, but thats pretty normal. The food holds that traditional taste from the province the dishes originated from. Spice is also very good. I really enjoyed it. Wish I could have more food from here...

UPDATE: Seems like they change taste and cordiality based upon ethnicity. Was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.Although I have never been to China this food seems old school authentic. Tried out 7 different dishes so far, all very good to Best I Ever Had.

Was there for a family birthday dinner. The food taste pretty authentic, has just the right amount of the spiciness and numbness (from the pepper balls). Overall, the food is a bit on the greasy side (but thats a given based on the region and style where the food is coming from), other then that it tasted great. Service wise, is just like any other Chinese restaurant, dont expect too much.

Service was good, but the food was just ok for us. Not especially spicy and lots of hard, dry red peppers - inedible, had to pick them all out to eat the dish. To get the real deal, you still have to head further west into the SGV, but ok for Westerners and co-workers who want to try something a little different.

I love their food. Its superb. Tzechuan food is spicy but they took the spice to the side to a commentate those who cannot eat too spicy food. Like the decorum and the music from the old Country. Its all done in good taste.

First time coming here and looks and smells very clean . Its located in the plaza near el pollo loco, plenty of free parking . The lunch specials we had was great, the serving was good for the price they charged . We had the Kung pao chicken which I normally dont eat, since most places put more peanuts than chicken. But this place makes it more in the dry version which is how I prefer it . We also had the shredded Pork and dried bean curb and also the Mongolian beef . Everything was great cant wait to come back to try more things .

Really nice, authentic Chengdu restaurant.Pros:-variety on menu-great atmospheric setting (chinese arts and designs and music)-good food-good portions-authentic-clean restrooms-great service-nice chairs-nice cutlery-lol these are really small thingsCons:-I personally couldnt handle some of the spiciness, but my tolerance is pretty lowNothing tibdislike about this place... 🌟 5 stars from me 🌟

Went there on Friday night with my girlfriend and a server with glasses actually chased me out in the parking lot asking for extra tips. He was telling me that the minimum tip percentage on the weekend is 18%, so I added 2 dollars on the receipt though his service was unpleasant. Will never go back to this restaurant again.

I came here twice a week. My wife is from Chengdu. She said this dish is very close to the original flavor of Chengdu. The waiters attitude is very good. The chef makes the Sichuan Bei Liang Noodles according to the specifications of Sadness Liang Noodles. It is spicy, delicious and reasonably priced. After all, this is authentic Chinese food in the United States. I highly recommend this restaurant. I think this is the best Sichuan food in Los Angeles.

I almost put 10 star anise in the taro chicken. Brother, the aniseed flavor overwhelms all other flavors! And just one and a half in such a small bowl is enough. It must be that the boss has changed and the taste is far worse than before. The taro chicken was not eaten at all and this was the only thing that was taken out, not even a quarter of the chicken!

I strongly suspect it is a pre-made dish! I have eaten at their house no less than five times before, but tonight I ordered two dishes that seemed wrong at first glance. There were no more than ten pieces of sausage in the dry pot sausage, all of which were filled with pork belly. There was a thick layer of bean sprouts underneath. Not fried and completely tasteless. The potatoes, green peppers and other ingredients in the fish-flavored eggplant are all half-cooked. It feels like the materials are processed in advance, put together temporarily and heated in a microwave oven before being sold. There is no sincerity in the Chinese food business. Stop fooling consumers. I am very disappointed. I used to think this restaurant was delicious, but now it has completely changed. I will never go there again.A huge shame to Chinese cuisine. Highly suspect they changed management, now all dishes tasted like theyre processed in a factory and microwaved before serving. Its not just the bad taste of food, Im worried about the source of the ingredients and whether theyre safe to consume. Will never go back again. I want my money back.

Today is March 26th. I usually order this takeaway twice a week. I found that the price has increased by more than 20% in a year. Today I called this takeaway and ordered live fish fillets and bought 💲34💲36 after tax. Let me directly tell you that your prices have increased dramatically in the past few months and are uncertain.
