Good place to eat if youre traveling solo, as its usually busy but always an open spot at the bar -- they take your order quickly and the food comes out fast. Love the chicken/shrimp carbonara -- its my go-to.

The Service: Our server, Charissa, was very attentive and efficient. We didnt have to wait long before she took our order, serving drinks & bread. She constantly came back to our table to check on us. Very good customer service!The Food: We ordered mozzarella cheese appetizer. Super cheesy~ Love it! Im 45 years old and I have never been to an Olive garden, first time, the wait time to be seated was about 25 to 35 minutes, Ive seen the commercials, heard the radio adds, but never really cared to much to go experience it till now and only because I was out voted, it was okay, the food was good, I got the Angel hair with meat sauce, and shrimp it was good, the soup was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful

We came here on a weekday so there was no waiting although it was crowded. I really liked the food in here pasta was delicious and it was quickly served. We also ordered berry sangria it was also delicious and just alone worth a visit. I was not a fan of the famous house salad it was just lettuce and literally 2 olives 1 tomato but i really liked the portion. Only down side in Olive Garden is that all the tables have tablets and you can play games on them so if you have a child or a grown up child (like a husband in my case) keep in mind that they are not free, and it is automatic added to your tab. It should state that these games are not free more openly.

Incredible staff, great speed of services, and quality Food/Beverages. Burbank Olive Garden is one of the nicest I have seen, with a very close to authentic Italian experience. Average prices for incredible food, the Chicken Alfredo was cooked to perfection. Great for crowds large or small; Uber Eats, Order Ahead, or dine-in.

I had some shrimp scampi, fried calamari and a peach tea. Shrimp scampi was so small, absolutely tiny on a huge plate like 5 bites lol and it tasted like something out the microwave.The endless salad that I ordered with it had way too much dressing on it. The peach tea was really good it tasted like something that is actually brewed.It was my first time that Ive ever been to a Olive garden always heard about it and finally decided to go. Idk if Ill come back to try something else.

I ordered take out for my birthday and everything was excellent. The food, service and the atmosphere was very nice. I wasnt there long because they had my order ready as I requested but I was very impressed and extremely happy with everything. I appreciate them for making my birthday something to remember. My wife and I are big fans of this location. We can count on friendly service and good food. Today we came in to celebrate both of our birthdays with my mother in law.First and foremost I want to say that by far this evening we received the best service since we started coming here. Emily was friendly, funny and spot on about her recommendation with the Zuppa Toscana. Although chicken gnocchi is seated safely as my favorite. Besides that even though she was visibly busy she still was able to anticipate our needs. We never once had to look for her, she was just magically there.As for the food I went with the create your own pasta (Rigatoni with meat sauce, sausage and meatballs) I enjoyed it. My wife and mother in law both went with the Asiago tortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken. We were all fans of the rich cheesey pasta. We ended the night singing happy Birthday to my wife. So if you happen to find yourself in Emily’s section you’re in for great service!

As the 14 rolled on thru once again i took my partner to Olive Garden in burbank. Great service by alexander A. Food was delicious finishing up the leftovers as i type this post.I will comeback for sure next time The sitting was pretty fast the time they took to serve us was also very fast it was like they were just waiting for us to get there. food was hot. soup was delicious loved the garlic bread. the cake was just mouthwatering.There was one little bit of downside. we were trying look thru the little pay machine they put on the table and we saw it even has games on it we were browsing thru it. The food was good but why is it so complicated to accommodate families with strollers? The dining room is spacious and there were many open tables with removable chairs. At first a waitressand host wanted us to leave one of our strollers behind, we only had two, but in the end let us take both strollers. Their hesitation was unnecessary especially when they knew the chairs could easily be moved around and then avoid having your customers feel embarrassed/ uncomfortable. Our waiter was ok. First time ever visiting here more then 10 years and I could say it sure improved alot. I had the calamari which was very well cooked and with a crisp to it just excellent. My main dish was the lasagna classico which is delicious. The bread sticks are always served hot as they come out. The soups are to die for. My advice dont over due the soup and bread or u will not end up finishing ur main dish and taking it home. Overall I enjoyed everything I was served. Reading from other reviews people say the waitress are rude, not the one I had he was very polite and always there before I even needed anything.

So we had come for a family birthday, there was a wait which was to be expected. Angelee was the hostess for the evening. She from the start looked as if she was throughly bothered by having to help the people in front of us which I figure maybe they are a handle full, but then when its our turn to be helped and added to the waitlist her attitude carried through to us. Which is extremely unfortunate. We added to the waitlist no problem is 25 mins. We received our text messages that our table is ready. Well angelee Gave our table to another party before we could walk through the front door. She said there were two partys of five both with the same name of Natasha. Which was highly unlikely. But okay fine wouldnt have been a problem with a simple apology, but no she decided to blame the other guests and give no sense of hospitality in the slightest. I know mistakes happen but in this industry your job is to be hospitable. In the service industry you should have atleast said so sorry for the inconvenience. I wont recommend this location to anyone and wont be going back. Kevin our server had a great attitude thankfully. Just wish we were asked about refills and if we would like our food coursed out because it all came at once. But thats fine since his service was great. I would suggest removing angelee to where she isnt the face of your restaurant, the young gentleman behind her with the glasses was much more hospitable and had a great attitude.

I got the grilled chicken margarita. The chicken breast was not dry at all and the broccoli was the right amount of both crunchy and soft. The salad was okay but it was a bit sour at the bottom of the bowl. The portion sizes were very large and I could only finish half of my food. The servers were very kind.

Had a bad experience this last Friday celebrating my brother and sisters birthday there . My father whos handicapped slipped and fell in the restrooms that were really dirty with water everywhere. No handicapped rails no nothing he used the actual bathroom stall to pull himself up. . And when I reported it to the manager he was extremely upset that I had asked him to talk with my father about the incident. He was making faces and made us all uncomfortable

The food is okay. It is acceptable, but not special. The bread is not nearly what Italian bread should be. They offer to refill everything. I guess that is one reason people bring their families. The place was very busy, so they obviously have reached many peoples desires. It is not a place I will return to as there are many fine Italian restaurants out there.

Amazing place to eat. The food is extremely filling. The best part is the shrimp pasta. There is even a place to eat on the second floor for couples. The wine is also very great for example the rosemary wine is amazing.

We have not dined at Olive Garden since Covid. So 1 year later weve returned. We dined inside which made us happy. The highlight of our experience was our server Ryan. He was extremely helpful and personable. His service was genuine and made us feel cared for. Ryan continued to provide top service throughout our time and we also noticed him provide the same top service to other customers around us. I myself manage a Guest Services department and my mother worked in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. I know authentic great service and Ryan has it. God bless.

I think that we all go to the Olive Garden because of probably nostalgic reasons and ordering some of the classic dishes that we remember from our lives like the Zuppa Toscana for me and the Italian salad for my wife. 🤣 However, I really wish they would bring back the old artichoke dip! It was absolutely exceptional and I was so sad to see it go. The Burbank location is gorgeous and weve always experienced outstanding service sitting at the bar. The estimated wait time mentioned during check in was very accurate, allowing us to complete some other shopping nearby. Food tasted very good and the service was very friendly.There are some touch screen game devices aimed at kids, and ensure NOT to touch them even by mistake as you may get billed for that. I moved the device to accommodate food on table and looks like that triggered something on screen and it was charged to the table. When we mentioned we didnt use it, that was removed from the charges.My son enjoyed the food in the kids menu.

So much food wastage. how can anyone eat a bowl of pasta that big after being greeted with three humongous breadsticks and a plentiful bowl of soup. After eating the soup and breadsticks, I actually felt like I had enough but I had come all the way across the world to try Olive Garden pasta and I almost didnt have any room left in my stomach for the pasta. It all tasted good though and the waitresses were were attentive. We had to leave the chocolates. I honestly couldnt fit in a communion wafer after that meal. It made my mothers bowels really active after the amount of food. Great laxative.

My brother got the chicken Alfredo fettuccine with broccoli which he says he definitely recommends, if you have a big appetite or cant seem to choose a plate, we would recommend you get the tour around Italy which will include fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna and chicken parmigiana. My mom and my aunt loved the tour of Italy and had leftovers to take. The only thing i didnt like was when we paid on the table it showed the entire table how much we spent. I finally visited the infamous Olive Garden with the ever so guilty breadsticks. And, I must say I was mostly impressed with the food offerings and service. It is seen as a three star chain restaurant, so no one should expect an upscale experience but I think its good for what it offers. I tried their cheese ravioli with marinara sauce and it was quite divine. I would highly recommend it and the breadsticks were good, they were crisp and warm. But, they werent as good as the hype surrounding it. Other than that, I received good service and I appreciated the comforting ambiance!

On a visit from England we came to this location for some Italian. Super portion size, free bread sticks and salad were really nice. I had the Shrimp and Chicken carbonara which was very tasty. Had a delightful lunch here today. Dulce was our server and was wonderful. Olive Garden is doing a great job with Covid modifications. All staff were wearing masks and the restaurant has paper menus. Some tables are not being used to ensure social distancing is maintained. Went on Wednesday with family. We were a party of 5. We were seated immediately. Our order was taken promptly. Food was piping hot and delicious. Salad and bread sticks were good as always. Refills were timely. Server Charissa was wonderful, very attentive and knowledgeable…did a great job with table maintenance as well. Several thank yous on the way out. Overall a wonderful dinner. Only feedback I have is to have bussers do a better job of working in the background. No need to make such noise with dishes when clearing tables. You can clear a table quickly without banging dishes around when laying them in bustub. Also floors should be swept a bit better before re seating a table.

After a long day in the car and my lovely visit to my first ever trip to Universal Studios Hollywood, we went to this restaurant. Worst decision ever. All the food was either cold or incredibly undercooked. The waitress was friendly and tried to help remedy this situation but there is nothing you can do when the only enjoyable part of a meal is the salad. Located in a busy shopping center, with a relatively small parking lot. I would think twice before visiting this location.

I had a scheduled interview today for the server position. Olive Garden even sent me reminder texts to confirm my appointment.When I arrived, it was clearly busy. I told the hostess I was here for an interview. She grabbed the manager and he hesitantly came up to me asking what position I applied for. I told him server then he said they were not hiring for server.That’s funny because I filled out an application already and the hiring assistant who helped me had me pick between three specific times for this specific interview.In the end, I wasted my valuable time and gas because an incompetent manager was too busy to give me my scheduled interview.

Have eaten at many Olive Gardens across the US. Very good food with great breadsticks and salads. What sets this one apart for us was the wait staff. They were great. My granddaughter wanted a variation on her order, and although they do not offer her request, the waitress went to the cook and they worked out a work around that made her happy. Quick service and refills of drinks. The manager came around and was sincere in her wanting to give us a good experience.

I have not been to an Olive Garden in many years but based on my visit to the Olive Garden in Empire Shopping Center I wont hesitate to go back. All the credit goes to David, our bartender for the evening. My work colleague and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for the night and were looking for something within walking distance for dinner. We chose to sit at the bar and David guided us through making some good menu choices as well as entertained us with lively conversation. I went a few months ago and my experience was .... horrible. I went after work with my daughter and sister we ordered our food and 2 cokes and 1 water (for me). The server kept coming by which I thought was weird, but I didnt think anything of it... I just thought she was being very attentive but in a weird creepy way. At that point It all clicked and I was furious since she was obviously occusing us of sharing our drinks and she obviously thought it was a big deal enough to try to call us out about it. I quickly pointed out that shes the one who took my water cup and came back with the coke and I had ALWAYS been drinking water!! Seriously, the drink is $2-$3 why would she do all that over a drink!! The whole time she had been coming around wasnt to check in on us, it was to check that the drinks werent being shared... which was RIDICULOUS. Even if we were sharing, which we werent... she should have at least been certain that we were before accusing me of it and taking out her notepad only to put it back in embarrassment over a $2--$3 coke she obviously was soooooo obsessed about. So please!! If you get a server thats about 40-45 years old, Caucasian, female, tall, and plus size... Run! You may think youre going for a nice lunch/dinner but instead youll be dealing with the Paul Blart of Olive Garden.

The three stars is all for the staff they are amazing people. The minus two is for the owners of the company who make the financial decisions. As of recent they have upped prices. Limited take home meals to one per entree. Two breadsticks per entree, full galleon of soup is 32 dollars used to be 25. If anyone sees this. Nows the time to make a competitive chain because theyre doing their hardest to make sure they lose their customers well at least the ones who border between able to afford these meals and not. Its been well over a year since my last visit so I decided to stop by for a dinner date with that special someone. Their soup, salad and bread sticks were delicious as always. I estimated that they were at 70% occupancy during my visit and there was a bit of a delay before we were noticed by a server. In fact, my partner and I had to get the attention of one of the hostesses to let them know that we still hadnt been helped. However, once the connection was made it was a breeze thereafter. I must say that they do have a great selection of cocktail drinks but the variety of choices for dinner seemed to have been drastically reduced. Not sure if this an after-effect from when most restaurants were closed to indoor dining due to the pandemic. When all was said and done, dinner was great and we even had to take our leftovers to go. Hopefully, theyll have more selections on my second visit.

We had the worst experience here. Got seated and immediately ordered drinks and meals. They brought my soup out and we waited about 5 more minutes for them to bring my husbands salad. We don’t like to eat unless we both have our food so my soup got cold…At the same time as the salad they brought bread and dipping sauce. I havent been to an Olive Garden in over 10 years...but I was craving soup and salad that was simple and inexpensive. It was a rainy day and it just seemed like the perfect lunch. And their salad tasted just like I remember! And their minestrone soup was delicious...And who can resist the breadsticks!! I didnt realize you could have another cup of soup. They offered it to me to go because I was stuffed! How nice!! Service was great...But my experience was for lunch around 1:30 in the bar seating area. I have no clue what its like in the evenings or weekends. I only work near the area and would never choose an Olive Garden for a weekend dinner with my husband.

We did the online put your name down to reserve your seat and we only waited about 15min compared to the 40+ would have waited without putting our name down. Loved our waitress small Hispanic lady but very much on it, attentive and friendly. Food was food as usual, I got the stuffed chicken marsala. Will be back and will reserve my seat in advance. Highly recommend.

Everything about the visit was old, what I mean by the is: old food, the bread sticks were hard, the salad was soggy, the restaurant itself did not seem right. Bad business. Invest in some upgrades. You might be surprised on business flow.

Wow! I just finished having a great anniversary dinner here. This is the best Olive Garden Ive been to. Our waitress Dina M. Has great costumer service skills! It was a bad day, I had the worst waitress ever, no refill on drinks, no cheese for the pasta, no bread, some of my group need it to go get their drink from the bar themselves. Not a good experience

It was amazing. i loved going to this olive garden. i had a host and his name was eros and he was wonderful and had an outfit that did not look like he was attending a funeral. very good. i love mousse cake. yum

Guys…. Wayyy too salty ! Salt does not equal delicious. Too sum it up… long wait, salty food, and my order was not complete. Everyone else was done eating I still didn’t get my order, until I ask where was my drink and plate? The way of fixing this was by offering more bread and salad. I am disappointed

Worse service ever. Arrived at 2:30pm and ordered off the dinner menu but received the lunch portions. We were never offered more salad or breadsticks, had to ask for oil and vinegar and extra plates for the breadsticks and oil. We barely saw the waiter. Ordered dessert on the table machine and still had to tell the waiter what we ordered and finally go refills on our ice teas. We have been eating here for years and this was the worst service that we have ever had. For a $60.00 check we would have been better to go to Buca di Peppo.

I have had good experiences at this Olive Garden and I have had bad experiences at this Olive Garden. The bad experiences were all pre-COVID: ridiculously long wait times were the main problem, and there was also an occasion I received an incomplete order and the issue was never resolved. However, in general, the good experiences outweigh the bad. Most recently we ordered food to-go and their drive-up order pickup setup was smooth and painless. Food was packaged very well and was still hot when we arrived home 15 minutes later. (My only complaint about the packaging is that they use SO much plastic. For the soups I understand, but I wish theyd at least use a compostable container for the salad, you know?) And yeah, all the food is just reheated and pre-packaged chain-restaurant-style fare, but its tasty! Plus the prices are fine and the staff is nice. One last note: the parking lot at this location is always a mad house, but we managed to get in and out of the drive-up area very quickly.

Had the soup, salad and bread sticks lunch and loved everything. They serve this special til 43PM daily. The soups were delicious and our server Matt was wonderful. Its only $8.99 and the food is unlimited. Enjoyed it very much.

Great service great food, huge portions!I couldnt ask for more out of a dinner experience shout out to the waiter I did not catch his name unfortunately he was so attentive to us we gladly appreciate the great attitude and service. Gave a 4 star only because the kids used the tablet and was unaware of the charge that came with it. Overall great place highly recommended.

Some of the servers are incredibly rude and condescending. They act as if I should be honored to be served by them. On several occasions Ive been treated badly by snobby waitresses that stand around and chit chat amongst themselves while ignoring hungry guests. I kept going back in hopes that they were just having a rough day. I always tip and am kind to my server but the kindness is not returned. I will not be back until there are new staff who have been properly trained and have decent hospitality skills.

We initially had a party of 10 but turned into a party of 17. They were able to accommodate us without us having to wait longer. Everyone from the hostess to the waiters/ waitresses were very friendly and kept checking on us to make sure we were doing good!

As usual, great on the scale of one-to-Olive Garden. Awesome bread, entrees, and all-you-can-eat soup and salad! Even filled our ice chest up with extra soup and salad (yikes!) Moderately priced, this place rocks... At least in Burbank.
