This would have been a 5 star review but when we first sat down, no one waited on us. They didnt even acknowledge we were there. After about 15 minutes, I got up and got a waiter and he said he would wait on us. He was excellent and made the rest of our time there 5 star.

Our server Vicky was the best! All of the staff here is very kind but do expect to wait especially if you are a larger party, we waited 45 mins. But the food and service are definitely worth the wait. Prices per plate are about $20 for adults there is also a kids meal and everything is big portions plus salad or soup and breadsticks. It is worth the price. If you arent sure what you would like there is a plate in my pictures called tour of Italy that has 3 different items lasagna, fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmigiana. Everything can also be topped with cheese. There are also build your own pastas and take home entrees.

Just not sold on this place. Gave it another go around after a couple of years and not impressed! Salad was not fresh went it came out nor the breadsticks?? Food was relatively quick after. Drinks were also fast. Half way done with dinner and second round of sticks came hot and fresh. So again will not revisit and continue going to Lunas in Clovis.

My wife and I had dinner there and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted with smilingly faces and warm personalities . The food was delicious. Every entree comes with a never-ending salad and fresh baked bread sticks with butter on top . And the price was great compared to any restaurant in town for that kind of quality . I highly recommend Olive garden to all my family.

While Ive always loved Olive Garden, the neverending pasta is an amazing deal and absolutely delicious! The only drawback is that the music is so loud it makes it hard to visit or hear others. Aside from the food being amazing, RON is by far THE BEST server Ive had anywhere, period. We never had to ask for anything. He showed up with refills promptly and without request, gave excellent food and drink suggestions, had the best attitude (smiling, friendly, joking), and made the dining experience for our date night. Absolutely delicious! I moved here from Texas 2 years ago and have been craving olive garden. I was definitely not disappointed! I treated loved ones to dinner the other day, and the entire staff at Olive Garden were friendly and very helpful. Our waiter Lancelot was a total gentleman, and the food was scrumptious. we will most definitely be returning here soon.

We usually don’t go out to dinner on a Wednesday but I’m glad we did. It wasn’t super busy and it wasn’t slow. Kind of average. We were seated in a secluded private area which was nice. We had privacy and and we were able to wander about in our little dining room area. We had a party of 6 on a table that seats 10. We had a lazy susan round table. We had plenty of space. Pictures will show you what we ordered.

I had my share of experience here but nothing beats this at Clovis Olive Garden. Great service Andrew the host up front was welcoming & was able to change seating arrangements quickly. Thank you! I had a wonderful time there. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The chicken and gnocchi soup is really good. It’s one of my favorite dishes there. It’s always a good place to get some quick dinner or lunch. The atmosphere is awesome as there are plenty of artwork pieces there to be displayed. All in all I would come back again and I would definitely recommend.

They finally have a great manager. Her name is Alexa and she has hired great servers One by the name of Joel.. They definitely turned our experience around. And I am pleased to say that we will return because of them. Food was hot and fresh and we definitely will return. Excellent customer service.

I had the all you can eat Soup and Salad, I guess Im used to Campbells because I found the soups to lack flavor, so I stuck with the salad and bread sticks. We arrived at 5:30 pm on a Friday and waited 10-15 min it was for 3 people. Not bad. It was very busy but yet we felt very attended too from our server Ron. He was very kind and personable and knew his menu. We loved the all you can eat soup salad and breakfast. I tried three soups. My favorite was the Zoupa Tuscano.

Such a great experience in there. The salmon was AMAZING, try it and you will not be disappointed. My mom and I sat at the bar and our bartender was the sweetest guy! He made my Moms birthday so special and he went above and beyond for her. I had an allergic reaction to my alcoholic drink and they didnt hesitate to take it off the bill for me. I was willing to pay for it regardless.. Amazing service overall. Cappuccinos are beautiful also!

I enjoy the food, however this time I had an unpleasant experience at this particular location. My family and I were celebrating my little sisters birthday and we have a took cake, as i walked in nobody offered me to put the cake inside the fridge. Another issue was as we were waiting for our table to be ready I believe a hostess male shouted across the waiting room if I wanted a high chair or another alternative for the baby. That made me really embarrassed because other people were staring at me and I don’t like being on the spot, I wish he could’ve came up to me instead and asked me. Another thing I disliked is that I seen everyone received salad at their table. and we never got offered a salad we had to ask on our own. Our waitress was nice however we had to ask for some condiments and other stuff on our own, the restaurant also looked dirty the tables and furniture looked very old in need of new furniture, the tables had scratches. I wont be coming back here unfortunately.

It was a great night this trip. Food was fresh off and hot instead of sitting around until someone got to it. All the staff was upbeat and friendly. Got us seated as soon as we were there. Best service yet. Too bad this doesnt let me go just a little lower so they always know they can do better. I hate giving 100% because theres always room for improvement.

This was hands down the best dining experience I have ever had at any Olive Garden. We came here on the way back home to Arizona and had the best waitress Armida and the host I think his name was Sam held the door open for us. Food was great. Service excellent! I have eaten here many times. Always was good. Last night the food was horrible. The chicken parmesan was small and dried up; rubbery to chew. The lasagna was dried up. Manager explained that food was kept in oven to crisp up. Sounds more like a fast food process than made to order dinner. Small portions. Then I asked to replace it with some spaghetti. They brought a child size bowl and charged me $10.99 for it. I wont be going back there anytime soon.

Valentines day 02/14/20 Food was very delicious and fresh. Breadsticks were a little harder on the outside than usual but thats the first time they ever were. All the waiters were very attentive. I used the olive Garden app in the Google play store which maid the wait way faster than it was for the people who were walk-ins. Waiters were very friendly and gave many smiles. A friend and I dined in the Fresno Ca location for lunch today. We were seated indoors (not on a patio, which this OG location doesn’t have in any case). At the table next to us was a couple who had two dogs with them. One was a large dog on a leash and the other, smaller dog, was being carried. Clearly neither dog was a “service animal” as that term is defined by California health laws. I don’t dislike dogs, but pet dogs do not belong in restaurants.

This place is always great when your looking for some delicious Italian food! The last time I went was with my wife and son and the experience was very satisfying, the server was really nice and informative, the food was all prepared to our liking and served pretty fast in my opinion. We also only had to wait for about 10-15 minutes to be sat. We both got the never ending pastas for I think it was 12 or 13 bucks each which is a great deal! I got the stuffed shells with the meat sauce and meatballs, fire! As an appetizer we hit the calamari which came with a side of cocktail sauce and some kind of remoulade sauce, both were really good! All in all, I would definitely recommend this place.

I 💕 love coming here the service is A1. I love the quick dining bar area. Fast and friendly. I love the phillipino man there. I dont have his name but Everytime he always have the biggest smile. And he makes you feel like family. Also there was an older Caucasian woman with brunette color hair behind the bar she was so sweet and continued to greet us and check on us too. It reminds me of hospitality....like these people train their employees ohhhh so well. I recommend this location better than the Herndon 99.Did mention they are ADA compliant too🤗🤗❤️ the day I went there were a few in wheel chairs able to pull right into their dining table and enjoy their delicious meal without being able to think about not being able to feel comfortable because of their disability. We truly thank you.

I used to really love Olive Garden. The restaurant is dirty, and the food has definitely gone downhill. I ordered the baked ziti and I was very disappointed. Even the breadsticks and salad werent as good. Little to no dressing on the salad and no flavor on the breadsticks. I was really looking forward to going, but I left not happy.

About 5 minutes later a party of 6 walked in they seated them the bartender had them breadsticks took their order and brought them soup and salads out while we were still waiting to be seated. Good food, great service, nice environment, o would recommend this place to anyone who likes pasta dishes, they do have steak and chicken and shrimp and a few appetizers, plus deserts, drinks and a variety of wine, the menu even helps pair each dish with a specific type of wine to enjoy with that meal, as far as price, the price is as about as good as any other place in town, it did seem a bit lower then others on check out so thats an added bonus, plus with and dinner you buy, you get a huge unlimited bowl of salad and a basket of unlimited bread sticks to accompany your meal as well as a few home made soups. This Olive Garden dies not disappoint. In true Olvoe Garden fashion they have their ducks in a row when it comes to service and food quality. We choose this Olive Garden often to celebrate special events in our family because we know we will get great food and great service EVERY TIME. Their wine selection is perfect for the rich pasta dishes and desserts. Most people dont know that you can get lattes and cappuccinos and espresso to go with your Tiramisu at Olive Garden. This remains one of the tried and true corporate chains thats never lets my family down.

We waited over two hours when we were told by the manager we’d only have an hour wait for a party of 11. There was so many tables available that were visible that weren’t occupied for at least 20-30mins straight. People kept being seated before us when we were on the waitlist first. The restaurant was not busy at all. We kept getting looks from the workers who seem to get paid for guarding/walking the halls. We’re not picky eaters or don’t tend to criticize, but this establishment made us feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and disrespected when we simply wanted to celebrate our graduates from our family. Save your money and time; don’t bother coming here for a celebration of any kind.My father’s breaded chicken was also super over cooked where it was stiff. He didn’t complain as he just wanted to eat food after a long wait and saw the solution to microwave it at home to make it softer(soggy)

The only reason I gave 4 stars on this visit was the salad tasted a bit like it was right out of the bag. It didnt seem as fresh as usual. That said the food was still good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Not the worst but not the best. Some entrees can be small in portion which sucks since my entree had 5 raviolis for $13 bucks. $12 for calamari, once again the portions were on the smaller size. Our waitress was really nice. Mikayla checked up on us frequently and sparked fun conversations with us. Only problem I had was the price for how little food you get. Other than that I would rather go to a family run Italian restaurant where it would probably be priced the same and given larger portions.

When I went for dinner midweek solo, there were no available standard tables upon arrival. I nabbed a free table in the open seating bar area and sat unnoticed by staff for a little over five minutes. Once greeted by a server, I ordered an Italian Rum Punch and a water. I received breadsticks and my punch beverage before I was able to finish placing my order of salad and lasagna and only after repeating the ask of water did it arrive, approximately ten minutes after sitting down.While I did see empty tables, the restaurant was very busy and it appeared the place was understaffed for the level of customers. The food was so-so and while the server I had tried, he couldnt keep up with the amount of customer tables he was managing. I hope management is able to hire additional staff and get them up-to-speed soon.

Food is always awesome, the wait was less than expected, I personally have never really had an issue (except maybe once when the waitress kept addressing my boyfriend and mostly ignoring me) and if I ever mentioned something about the food the staff is always ready to help out. Theyre also really great because I go there with my ESL mom and her friends and theyre patient while I try to accurately translate what my party members want. Went with my family at the Clovis restaurant on Thursday evening 11/09Was seated and it took over 15 min to take drink orders, once drinks arrived, our server took our orders and it took another 15-20 min for the food to arrive. I had ordered 2 Italian sausages with marinara sauce and they brought it out with my fettuccine plate doused with fettuccine sauce...I was going to send back but figured it would take another 15 just to correct. I also ordered the unlimited pasta and wanted a to go size and guess what, server forgot....other people there were being served rather quickly which no issues ... Itll be a while before I go back....typically I would say Enjoy, but this experience was not good at all ..Tony N

A nice place to eat with friends and family. I came here with my sisters and nieces and we all had a great time. This Olive Garden was able to take last minute reservations and seat us within 10 minutes after arriving during dinner time and sat us (7 people) in a lovely semi private place with a nice table that had a revolving table on top. The only reason why I took one star off is because our server wasnt also patient and threw stares across the table when he could have asked us to pass them or he could have walked around.

I ordered dinner on Christmas Eve for pickup. The order took a while longer than was expected to be completed, but I gave them a pass being it was Christmas Eve. That said, I was unhappy they got a few items in my order incorrectly and forgot one item. Unfortunately, by the time I got home to go through my order, they had closed for the evening and were not answering the phone since they were no longer serving customers for the day. So, overall the food we ordered tasted great but whomever was bagging up orders could use some improvement. My husband and son ate items that were not what they ordered and we were short one of our take-home meals for the next day, but it was too late by the time they were open again.If you are going to eat in the restaurant, I recommend them, the food and breadsticks are excellent. If you are planning curbside, I recommend checking your order twice to ensure it is correct.,

A great place to have food with family, friends, and significant others. I had a girls night with my sisters and cousins and Olive Garden was able to seat us within 15 minutes and at a nice spot too when Applebees couldnt and quoted us an one hour wait time. The server Kevin was good but there were a few times we felt his service was a bit rash (throwing straws across the table or making side comments). He was probably stressed but overall he still delivered his services. Anyways, the food was good and we had a good time.

Unimpressed with the food. The servers were great! But the quality of the food has gone down. Maybe I should just stick to pasta when ordering. Husband ordered steak and I ordered chicken Marsala. Chicken was sliced very thin and had the texture of rubber. Not enough sauce either! No, won’t be coming back, unless someone gives me a gift card to the place and I’m forced too!Ok, I contacted Olive Garden about our experience above. They were kind and made it right. I recently went to the Olive Garden in Clovis. This is a restaurant that is further away from us than the Fresno store, although to be fair, I have never gone to the Fresno OG store I don’t have any reason too either, we do not mind the drive because of a few individuals at the Clovis/Shaw location… plus, the food and customer service is always so good.Recently we went and were introduced to Michelle Van Laar and one of her assistant managers Becky. I want to thank both of you ladies for the kindness, warmth, the customer service you both showed and provided. Good customer service typically starts from the top and in this case, it certainly shows.The food from the kitchen was delicious and warm, the refills, the breadsticks, and the soups that we ordered from the all-you-can-eat can be time-consuming for a waiter, but they handled it professionally. We had a larger party of 7 so there were many moving parts and requests coming at the servers. Your store employees flow like a well-oiled machine.I promise you ladies that you have earned our business and support for your restaurant. Our waiter went above and beyond for us! We come down from up in the mountains specifically to order entrees to go!! He was very suportitive to us and went the Xtra to make sure we had our to go order ready & warn & there at the table all bagged up for when we wer ready to go! His register was not letting him take my order nor was it allowing him to put in my order as I wished!! Specifically!! So he figured out a ways special for me to get what I wanted and for the computer to accept the order! Very very nice of him to do that. And also they only had half my order, frozen ; ready to go. Instead of just giving me half of my order and simply explaining ther wer no more entrees, he had them make the rest in the back and was hurried to get bk and help make them. Like I said, he went above & beyond!! Im very appreciative for that!! He was a great waiter. Its how it shud be done but is hard to find that special touch these days! We will be going bk!!

Having grown up in Clovis, there are two chain restaurants that have survived decades of time: Red Robin and Olive Garden. They are consistent and consistently busy. No matter what time of day. The food is always amazing at Olive Garden, however disappointed the last several times coming to this Location (Clovis). The service isnt the best. One time I called in and put my name on the list. Then they told me what time to arrive, and we got there a little early, so we waited in the bar and ordered drinks. There are tables and booths in the bar, but I wanted to sit in the restaurant to get the full ambiance. The bars ambiance isnt that great. So we waited and it ended up taking longer than they said. So we ended up waiting another 30 minutes and then they ended up sitting us in the bar!! I was so upset/disappointed. The booths and tables should not be tables on the wait list. If I knew they were going to sit us in the bar, we could have just ordered our food a long time ago.The second time, I tried to call to put my name on the phone list. The phone would ring and I would select the # to speak to the host. They pickup the phone but I couldnt hear anything it was just silent. I tried calling several times and the same thing kept happening. So, I left and headed to Olive Garden and when I arrived I told the hostess what had happened and I think something wrong with your phone. She said that the wire keeps cutting out people cant hear them on the other end. And I was in shock that management wasnt making it more of a priority to get it fixed!! It makes it appear like its poorly managed.

True the food was good however...It was extremely hot. We had a table of 10 +, it started off normal but by the mid/end of it our servers sorta stopped coming by. We Asked a random server for togo containers since ours were nowhere to be found... and he brought 4 of the smallest kinds. We asked him for bigger ones and all he could do was stutter then walk away. Our server arrived finally and we asked for bigger containers she gladly got us the bigger containers but we when asked how to pay she pointed to the tablet and left. Ive never had a bad experience at this specific location. I never order anything other than Alfredo. However, tonight I ordered the 6oz Sirloin dinner, Medium Rare, and I was craving more. Idk if it was the meat or the chef, but it was probably one of the best steaks Ive ever had in 30 years. I highly recommend it.Service was also amazing. We got there when it was busy, they said it was a 30 minute wait, it only took about 10-15 tops. Food was delivered to the table within minutes of ordering, must have been fresh off the pan. Lasagna was spot on and appetizers were appetizing, to say the least. 4 stars for The Garden of Olives and 5 stars for our Waiter Michael, who went above and beyond his duties.

I love there Italian Food place at the Olive Garden! They have really good salads and breadsticks and there pasta and desserts was absolutely the best! Wish I can come back again soon because they got really good friendly service.

We had the best service . I’m pretty sure I server was Name was Larry . Older Gentleman. He was A gentle soul . Treated my friends and I with the best service . He didn’t know one of my friends is battling cancer and he just treated her extra care. A God sent angel .

I’ve been going here for years and never had an issue, I get the chicken and shrimp carbonara every single time but last night will be my final. I had the worst bout of extreme vomiting I’ve had in years and my body does not let me vomit no matter what unless I’m extremely sick. They must not store the shrimp right, and it’s interesting because there was a faint smell coming from the shrimp as soon as I opened my container but I didn’t think much of it. Absolutely horrible.

We went there it was there closing hour barely 5 minutes ago and lady vicky she was very nice she gave us really good service there was smile on her face all the time she was so patient i really recommende going there and star of the menu was strawberry cheesecake. I wish i can give 10 star to vicky but there is no option for ten so Im giving 5 star to vicky service. It was amazing experience

Youre very good we had a nice lunch quiet and Ill go have her birthday and saying happy birthday even though its not on the menu and we had a nice lunch good watermelon margarita yum yum. Theres a Miss issue with your meal it fix it right away and it was because of me not them so go there and get back and have a good meal my recommendations

The sun was shining in window n the hostess says well if you dont want the sun u can just pull the shade down. Ok I thought ! Then realized I had to crawl across the both next to us just so I could reach the blinds ! The both still had food from people before so I had to reach across trays of food to reach blinds. And there was flies all around the windows constantly having to swat them away from food !

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER Service! They are so nice and get your order out quick. Jenny O. is the sweetest lady ever! She took the time to make sure my order was correct and even went above and beyond the call of duty. The food is so good. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I hadnt been there in so long and there was so many people. I went with my mom and sister to help celebrate my sisters b-day. The food was so good and our server was Latisha who did a FANTASTIC job. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She would check on us every few minutes to make sure everything was alright and to see if we needed anything. Ive never had a server like Latisha at any restaurant and Olive Garden should be proud to have her working for them.
