I would leave 0 stars if I could. I came to dinner with my husband and son, the wait wasn’t very long and the employees up front were nice and friendly. When we got seated our waitress did not introduce herself therefore I did not get her name (she was a blonde haired older woman) came up to our table and asked if we knew what we wanted to drink and throughout the course of our dinner we were left waiting for an extended period of time for her to return to ask for something. As soon as we asked she’d leave without giving us the chance to ask for something else. When our soups and food arrived she asked if we wanted cheese and rather than letting us tell her the amount we wanted she added some herself, gave us our plate and would leave. She would not greet or ask how things were going. In general she was not friendly, impatient, and not a very good waitress. Also one of the managers was walking around introducing herself to the booths in our isle and stopped at the booth in front of us and went over to the next isle completely ignoring us. Then returned shortly after to introduce herself to others that had just been seated in our isle. The artichoke dip that was given to us was burnt around the rim of the plate. I am very dissatisfied. The experience overall was not pleasant.

I ordered lasagna and calamari as an appetizer. I didn’t like the fact that we got our food first before our appetizers.. the lasagna wasn’t that great because it didn’t have enough tomato sauce on it. Marisol, manager was kind enough to take care of our bill. Marisol was so nice, helpful, and understanding she provided outstanding customer service. She is an asset to the Olive Garden restaurant. And we appreciate her very much.

Our server was great! Even though they were busy he checked on us regularly to make sure we had drinks and our food came out quickly. The food was excellent, even though we didnt take advantage of the unlimited soup and salad because we were too full!

Ive been to way better Olive Gardens where the waitresses actually treat you like they like their job, so 3 stars instead of 5 for this one. I went on Sept. 25th with my mom for her birthday dinner and the sever was not nice. When I was done with my soup she didnt offer another one with the unlimited soup order, she didnt offer any water and when we were done with our dinner she didnt come to our table for a long time so my mom and I decided to get up ourselves to go to the front desk so that we could pay. They had to call our waiter over so that she could print up our bill because the little order tablet at our table didnt have our order in for me to pay at the table. I still tipped her, just not the bigger tip. Other than that we were seated quickly, but I will just keep going to the other Olive Gardens where they have great waiter service - even if I have to wait a little longer to be seated

I’ve eaten here a few times and have always enjoyed my dining experience. Today was no exception. The food was flavorful and seasoned well. The dish was priced accordingly and the portions were adequate. Our server was pleasant and kept guest satisfaction at the forefront. Overall, my dining experience was a pleasant one. My only Critique is that of management. My server was not wearing a name tag and/or any identifiable markings of the restaurant. Servers are busy and at times name tags fall out. This is a supervisor issue/responsibility.

The restaurant has plenty of parking spaces in the front and the sides of the restaurant. The restaurant has a very large seating capacity extending far back from the fron entrance. The Lunch Menu has a Daily Special. We all had the Daily Special which included soup and salad and pasta dishes. The best part of the lunch menu was the dessert menu there was a large selection so we had to sample them all. They were all very good,

Quality and taste is very good. Cheese Ravioli was little tough. The service was excellent. Our waiter Michael at San Dimas restaurant provided superb service. One of the guest in my party was little more demanding and impatient but he was prompt in responding the demands. Very impressive.

Our visit was amazing! First time here after Sunday service. Wait was supposed to be an hour and were seated in 30 mins (party of 9) Food was great, didnt wait a long time to receive our warm food and fresh salad. Vanessa, our server was a delight. She was attentive and had great customer service. We didnt feel rushed. Location is clean with the exception on both restrooms, they needed some TLC. Overall, we would come back.

We went there during the week and Maxie was phenomenal. Her positive energy is amazing. She is an excellent server and bartender. Her drinks are awesome. The food was great. A regular Olive Garden, as expected.I tried the new Ravioli Carbonara in Alfredo sauce. It was OK, but I like meaty marinara better.Busy location, the service was adequate.The “birthday dessert” was generously comped, but the Chocolate Brownie Lasagna did not look like the picture. It was “solid and stodgy”, not recommended.This location is recommended.

My calamari and fettuccine tasted old and the breadsticks hard and flavorless, I got the veggie soup, that was the only part of my meal that I genuinely enjoyed, everything else unfortunately was not good at all. When entering the restraunt we were told that it would be a 10 to 15 min wait cause there were not enough servers. Its did not take that long for us to be seated but when it came to service it was really rushed. Wife ordered the endless soup and salad and when the waitress would grab another bowl for her she would just drop it off and go! No parmesan and we had to ask for a refill on our iced tea. Breadsticks were also stale. This is the closest one to our location but honestly we would drive further away to go to another location as we have seen service here take a dramatic dip.

Everything was perfect at this rather new & spacious location in San Dimas. We had their soup & salad and it was wonderful. Its unlimited soup & salad. Olive Garden makes their soups daily. You can try all the soups since its unlimited. Our personal favorites were the minestrone and chicken gnocchi. Stephanie F was an outstanding waitress. She was patient, kind and very attentive.

It was okay. Service was terrible. Asked for extra plates when bread was dropped off and they never came. The extra napkins we asked for never came too. We still tipped but it reflected the service. Like everything nowadays, nothing is cooked fresh and everything tastes like premade warmed up food including the soups that come in bags inside boxes.

I love Olive Garden. What I don’t love is managers verbally abusing employees. I had to witness a managers by the name of Cici verbally degrade one of her employees over the phone. She needs to get a grip on her reality, you are a manager at Olive Garden it’s not that serious. Completely unprofessional. She does not deserve that job. Soup and salad was good though, hopefully not touched by her.

The food is pretty good its Olive Garden its the same location that we go all the time because its nearby but when I went there this time somehow the waiter that I got she was not pleasant she was missing in action came around 3 times the first time for our order the second time came and gave us water and our drinks and didnt see her since then when our food came it was someone else that came to deliver the food and then I pay at the table I ordered dessert togo we were waiting for 25 minutes then the third time she came to tell us she just came back from her break. Usually, theyre going to go on their breaks between Services they would come and tell you that someones going to take over, but no one came, so were just waiting, and then another 20 minute goes before finally coming back to give us our dessert to go after I push the call button.

I came in today first time with my family and we love our experience! One of the hosts; Heather, she opened the door for us and greeted us with a smile. Honestly, it made my whole day, and made us feel welcomed and took us to whatever table we chose! Olivia, our sever came in fast for the rescue and took our order. Upon entering this olive garden i was quickly seated and very quickly given a hostess who made the entire meal enjoyable, returning to ask us for refills on bread and drinks, i order the Italian tour and the chicken and gnocchi soup. And the soup came out fast, i was a little disappointed to see the soup was a little under seasoned and the gnocchi seemed to be a bit raw, however the main saviour of the soup came from the creaminess of it and the chicken in it, it was cooked really well and gave it a good taste of freshness. Soon the main dish came up the Italian tour and it wasnt that accurate with the photo of how it would look, the lasagna was underwhelming and the meat was burn in some spots, however the pasta Alfredo was cooked to a tea, it was amazing and very flavorful and good along with the chicken and Marianna sauce. Overall besides being a little disappointed in the flavors the experience and the scenery was really good.

After waiting over 40 minutes, which is not the issue. My disappointment was our server- She was pleasant, our drinks never refreshed, my husband and I ordered soup and salad. He requested a different soup to try and never got it. My son order steak after 5 minutes our waitress return to our table to say their out. Okay understandable due to the holidays. So he decided to go with Salmon. My husband I and enjoying dinner had to flag our waitrrss down to ask when will our sons meal be out, she replied let me check. About 5 minutes later he was served. Several times we had to request items. Im not a fan of Olive Garden, but my family is...1st time receiving poor service. Had plan to give my review at check out it timed out on me.

We came to celebrate my moms birthday on a Sunday night. It was pretty busy for being 5:45 pm but we were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, we know what to expect from Olive Garden regarding the food. In most experiences, the service will decide if we have a good time.On this occasion, our waitress, Jasmine did a wonderful job of addressing all of my moms needs and last minute requests. She was busy handling numerous tables but made sure to check on us constantly. Good Italian style dishes. Big selling point for me is the salad with their house dressing. Bread sticks are good as well. Portion sizes are fine. You cant really eat that much after a few rounds of salad & breadsticks anyway. OGs house red wine blend by the bottle is decent for $15. Service was okay, the waiter was nice but got our order wrong and also switched around our meals. The appetizer of mozzarella sticks arrived with half the order empty inside, so just fried breading, they brought us a replacement and those were empty as well. They did not bring us breadsticks with our soup/salad, did not bring them until after we got our entrees. The food tasted bland and we had to add salt, pepper, and spicy chilli powder to give it flavor. When we tried to order dessert we were told they ran out. Less than 20 minutes after we left the restaurant I started having stomach pain and got sick, throwing up in the car on the way home.

Took my family to dinner, My Daughter her Boyfriend, My Wife and I and our 2 months old grandson. We got seated, our waitress was Riley she took our drink order and before our drinks arrived we were moved to a different table because our grandson was in the aisleway. So, we got moved to the next table behind us. Our drinks arrive but with a different waiter his name was Mike. All Mike told us was that there was a shift change. I thought maybe Rileys shift was over but no she was still serving. She was serving the table we were moved from and all the other tables around us. It seemed like Mike had to come out of his area to serve us. I wasnt comfortable with the whole situation because I didnt get a legitimate reason why our server was changed. Maybe Olive Garden will contact me with an explanation??

Decent for a chain restaurant. Was able to get excellent service sitting at the bar. When I walked in hostess told me that there would be an hour wait to be seated. Had to ask about the bar myself instead of it being offered as an option. Not sure but my guess tonight alone she let at least four other couples such as myself and their $75 ticket walk out the door. Sure am glad I wanted to give Olive garden my money, because the host had no desire to sit as many people as possible.

Amazing service from start to finish. We were bit late getting to our reservation due to traffic but they called us 5mins after our reservation time to make sure we still were coming. They greeted us with a smile And we got seated right away. Then we ordered drinks and the waiter was promptly by our side even tho it was busy. We ordered quickly and received our appetizers, drinks, and entrees just as quick. We had refills as quick as we finished them. Overall the food was good and they gave us a good helping. We left happy and can for sure say we found out permanent olive garden spot.

We went here last night to get food to go and the young lady was nice nasty but I thought because we were old enough to be her mother didnt think we comprehended her nice nasty. We asked for the $6 side thats cold but she charged us for the full meal and I guess assumed we wouldnt notice 😳Well, my sister let them know about the mistake and the manager was just as RUDE and not to mention he let one of his friends or person of his race go before others, and I didnt say a word because it was none of my business, but this being rude because youre not of their nationality is a sad state and needs to stop.Then on the receipt, it had Amy but Bianca was the one that took our order and Amy tried to justify the situation because her name was on the receipt and Im sure she didnt want a bad review. Im pretty sure the person whose name is printed out on the cash register is the one that should ring up people in case something like this happens again.Then my sister dropped me off at my house and I open my salad this salad is old some of the lettuce is brown and a spoonful of meat sauce on the spaghetti 😳😡🤬. The food is ok, but service is horrible. After seating for 25 minutes no one came to offer drinks i went to the front to request drinks. After 10 minutes someone brought us drinks we told the lady we were ready to order and were told our waitress was coming. After 15 minutes and no waitress I had to go to the front once again. Finally a waitress came to take our order and never saw her again. I had to go to the front multiple times for refills, and boxes. There was a group of 6 girls in the front tdoing absolutely nothing other than talking. That tells me poor management.

We have visited this location many times and usually very good service. This last trip was very disappointing. The server seemed very distracted and acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. I really loved it. My hubby took me for our Anniversary. It was my first time there, and it was very nice. Liked the food and the waitres was amazing. Very courteous and polite. She offered us a couple of wines to tastes before dinner. Dont know if its policy but I enjoyed it very much. She also gave us an Anniversary gift of the lasagna chocolate pie. Awesome. My experience here has always been great. The waiters and waitresses are nice, service is as fast as it gets. Especially since its always jammed packed on the weekends. I know its not 100% authentic Italian, but the food is still delicious. Only complaint is the bar area ... wish it had more TVs or at least a bigger one behind the bar. I always have a couple at the bar before I get seated and I like sports with my brews.

Dined here for an office Birthday lunch with a group of 10. We completely forgot to reserve and knowing they dont do same day reservations we were concerned we wouldnt be able to be accommodated. However, I called ahead and our group was placed on a wait list. When we arrived we were immediately seated in an alcove. Perfect with lots of light and the noise level was kept to a minimum being away from the main dining areas. The lunch specials have a great selection to choose from. There was something for everyone to enjoy, shrimp to pasta and the portions were perfect for a midday meal. The all you can eat breadsticks, salad or soup was the crowd favorite. All reasonably priced. There was not one unhappy customer in the bunch. The service was prompt and courteous. Separate checks, which I prefer when dining with a large group, were accommodated. Nice, clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Always had excellent curbside service at this location during this horrible pandemic so we were really looking forward to finally dining in. When we approached the door, the hostess wanted us to stand apart to social distance and that was understandable. Checked in for TWO about 5:45 and went to Costco because we were told it would be about 50 minutes for our table and there were a few people waiting around. Came back about 40 minutes later and still hadn’t been called and were sitting in our car because now two groups of about 10 people in total were hovering over the door and a group of three were apart from them. What happened to keeping a distance and especially all around the entrance? Was about 7:10 now and the trio left but both of the hovering groups went in and we, again only TWO of us, still had not been called. My sister got off and asked the hostess how much longer it would be and she said about 30 more minutes. Seriously? You just let in two big groups that arrived after us and we still have to wait even longer??? Decided to leave because we were terribly frustrated and disappointed and wanted to eat before it got too late. I guess next time WE will stand right in front of the door so we’ll get called in first. Finally got the text about 7:30 that our table was ready, after we were already home and eating leftovers.

While the staff is friendly and very attentive the food has become redundant to say the least. Some of the Italian dishes could use a makeover with more flavour and better presentations. Other than that it was worth utilizing the gift card an a tiny bit of spare cash for an enjoyable dinner out.

I order Chicken Marsala as main course; it was SO salty and the chicken meat seemed processed meat without any fiber structure! This needs to be removed from the menu! DO NOT order it!

Called ahead to save a seat and they seated us immediately when we arrived. The server we had was great and the staff was friendly and responsive. If you want to visit a nice Olive Garden, look no further.

We had a temporary waitress she was awesome while our waiter was on break. the waitress was awsome, our waiter is terrible he doesnt even ask if we want more bread sticks or drinks. We have to ask another waiter to get our waiter pretty sad... total time of 10 minutes with empty drinks, and bowls. . And he had no other tables. His name is Kevin J.

Went on a Saturday night, was pleasantly surprised with being seated right away. There was never a lag in service, food was great, slightly pricier than I remember, but that was 4 years ago, so all in all it was a great last minute choice!

Dog s**t dessert. Apple crisp taste like a McDonalds apple pie(but not as good.) You can tell it was frozen and it cost $8. Feel so ripped off. And of course the service sucked. Just learn to cook your own food people.

No matter how many times I get talked into eating at olive garden my opinion is the same YUCK! the food is salty and so inauthentic. Its expensive and not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and find a different restaurant or yelp Italian food in your area or some place thats worth the drive if it has high ratings.

I took me and my kids here yesterday and it’s literally the only thing I ate all day because I was in line at the DMV the beginning half of the day . Ate it around 2-3pm had the cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce and by 8pm I knew I had food poisoning . Now the next day still cannot eat anything. 😣

At Olive Garden tonight with my son. Considering we walked out 2 nights ago due to horrific customer service, I must say the tonights management and her team are superb. I will happily return anytime with the crew on site tonight. Thank Jill for helping Olive Garden redeem its reputation with me. And lets not forget awesome service from Max! Way to go guys!

Seated me and my family in the segregated, empty back portion of the area when there was enough room in the front with other people. Later found that all the people seated here were colored or a party of 1. (Seriously what year do some people think it is and where in Southern California! I know that the front should look good but is this how you really treat people.)Ordered 3 things off the menu (Salad, pasta, and sandwich). Food was delivered very late as only 1 waitress was working that area while working the front section at the same time. Bought burnt food where the bottom of the bread was clearly black even when told not to make the bread too brown. Overall not a good experience and will not be returning.

Olive Garden is always good. This time I had the endless soup and salad. The gnocchi is just the bomb! you just cant go wrong with her. I think that Olive garden has one of the best experiences you can have in the current flow and ebbing of restaurants that we have today.

I ate here twice during the week. OG is ways good but when you add the fact that m-thurs 3-5, they have the most unbelievable specials known to man, it is a must have. I had the chicken parmesan one time and lasagna classico the other. Both were excellent. My only complaint is every time I go I get a lettuce core in my salad. It seems like it wouldnt take much for someone to make sure those werent sent out to the tables.

Went here for dinner. Bryan A was the server. The service was sloppy and the food was average for Olive Garden expectation. We felt rushed compared to the other guests he was waiting on. If we ever go back (I doubt so) we will request a different server. 0 is my Rating.
