My daughter had her best birthday here. The food was soo good . We all were raving the whole time. Our waitress was very nice sweet and informative. I guess before. Y daughter had her birthday there was 3 other birthday that happened that day prior to hers so that tells me its a popular place for birthdays!! 6 complaints at all. Please stay clean with yummy food. I want to go come back.soon!!!!!

Ramon was the best. Small details make the experience way better. To stove warm plates for your bread, and ice cold plates for your salad. Even packed our food up for us when we were done. Customer service is very hard to master but Ramon knows his ways, that’s why I decided to write this out

The experience at this particular Olive Garden in Modesto was an awesome one. First of all, our server went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. The food of course was great with the endless salad and fazoli soup & bread sticks. Loved all that. What made it nice was we didnt feel rushed and it was just a good experience overall.

Grace was an AMAZING SERVER!!! I havent received such good service at a restaurant in MONTHS. Applebees, black angus, outback, BJs has NOTHING on this place. Grace checked in on us often (even though we were tucked away in a private booth away from her section) She went above and beyond! She made me & my mans 11 year anniversary fantastic. We didnt have to ask for refills or ask for anything really tbh, even bringing us samples of the soups, I was shook. Not only was the service great, but the place was clean and well organized. I wish I could go back every week. Also David the Bartender was amazing 🙌

Had a great time going on my birthday. The service was very fun and polite. I believe it was the bartender but he was really sweet. Drew little caricatures pictures of the kids and they were hilarious. Great staff greet experience. Thank you for a really pleasant time.

I want to applaud Aarynn for her impeccable service on 03/21/22. We went for a quick lunch while waiting for our car being serviced nearby. Aarynn provided us with the upmost service. She was extremely attentive, kind, generous, sweet, and respectful. We got the service we would expect from a michelin star restaurant. She is definitely a hostess with the mostest. Way to go Aarynn. This was our 1st time dining at this olive garden and we really appreciated your service. Hope to see you next time.

Today I started off with the minestrone soup and it was some of the best Ive had in a while, the flavor was spot on. For the main dish I had an angel har pasta with their classic sauce. The noodles had a very good consistency and were cooked perfectly, the sauce was okay but a little watery tasting like it was missing something. My girlfriend got the Fettuccini alfredo. The highlights for her dish was the sauce and the noodles, however the chicken was a little rubbery. All in all olive garden performed above my expectations.

It has been a long time since our last dinner at Olive Garden and we enjoyed it very much. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. The entrees come with either a soup or large salad. The unlimited bread sticks were very good. No doubt why so many people were leaving the restaurant with so many doggy bags.Our waiters Noemie and Matthew were the best! Very sweet and helpful!

Oh my gosh! Let me start by saying, we got seated super fast. Service was Awesome and the food was Fantastic! I got the Creamy Mushroom Ravioli and my date got the Giant chicken parmesan. The portions were good sized, the flavors well-balanced. The chicken was moist and cooked thoroughly (bonus points for that). I got the salad and my date got the minestrone soup, both quite excellent. The bread sticks themselves were Divine. We also ordered the fried lasagna and mozzarella sticks for appetizers, both super yummy. And the warm apple crostata and black tie mousse cake for dessert, both delicious. My favorite part was being asked if we wanted free samples of wine (Ive never been to a restaurant that did that before and my previous experience at an Olive Garden I did not get offered that). The wine was delectable. I personally would recommend this specific Olive Garden. Also very cleanly restuarant and friendly staff. Again, all well-balanced flavors. For Italian food, its less than authentic, but I personally was in love with it all. There is handicap parking and wheel chair access. Also the facilities seemed to be well-maintained. 10/10 Will recommend it to friends and family. (There was more food than shown but it was so good I ate a bit of the appetizers and salad before taking photos.) Oh! And Ive gone places with yucky water. The water there was really yummy 😊

A truly great experience, the food is always hot and super tasty, I love their chicken and shrimp Carbonera, had an issue once with my curbside pickup where once of my meals was missing, when I arrived home I noticed and called them, the manager was very pleasant and understanding regarding the error, they not only remade my missing platter but gave me a free dessert for my trouble. Not all restaurants do this which makes me feel like a valued customer, I would definitely recommend and I will return for another delicious meal soon, thank you Olive Garden…

Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant. I love italian food. My favorite lunch suggestion is the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. The sopa toscana is my favorite soup. I love to dip it in alfredo sauce. My dinner sugestion is chicken marsala with mashed potatoes. I love their peach tea and all their tequila refreshners. Olive garden never disappoints me. Friday night 5:50 PM was seated in 2 seconds. We were looking for a slow long evening and we got it. They never rushed us even though we were there for over 3 hours. Have to be patient because staff are really worked hard.. We brought our own bottle and they did a fabulous job of pouring and presenting and serving. Our 2 servers were cheerful, attentive, Accommodating and accurate in the food delivery. All 4 of us enjoyed our appetizer and entree. The food was piping hot, artfully delivered & presented.For the quality, service and quantity of food It was really a bargain for these days. Been a while since I have been to olive garden and I feel like it has taken a step back. The service was slow although it appeared they had lots of servers. The drink order was wrong and two drinks had to be redone, the bread sticks were warm and buttered, but didnt taste particularly fresh. The salad dressing didnt taste as good as I remember and one of our entrees was very late. I may come back to an olive garden but not this one.

The bread and salad was great.As much as this hurts to say this, but there was a man with his dog panhandling, right where all customers have to walk by to get to entrance. He did not bother or ask for anything, but he is set up there and its obvious what he needs. I felt bad for him and his dog, but I was invited to go to lunch. I felt bad for them all day and not sure how to deal with it. Ignoring it, did not help me thoughts on the situation.

Quite the regular here. Food is always very good, and the wait staff is beyond friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and always very helpful even when busy. Love these people. Theres a homeless guy that hangs out in front with a little grey dog and he picks up trash in the parking lot. Thought he was going to break into my car at first, but did not. I think its cool they let him hang out and do that. Even more reason to applaud the staff, in my opinion!!

The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was what we as a family of 5 were expecting! I would have given 5 stars, but our server dropped our rating. She had incredibly long, artificial nails. They were so long, they curled under a bit and were obvious bacteria traps. (We were less than comfortable having her handle our plates with the possibility of contaminating our food.) There were a few times they got in the way when serving each plate. I’m not sure of the dress code, but I can’t imagine her nails were food-server safe. She also did not come by for drink refills or to check on us. We arrived at 11:20 AM, so the restaurant was not busy and there were many other servers. She was kind and polite, which is good. I really do believe the extreme length of her artificial nails needs to be addressed. For client safety and for her own, as long as she remains in food service. Thank you.

Terrible service, Rachel C was our waiter and she was so rude! I NEVER do reviews but I’m just so upset. She started off very attentive but still seemed off then when our food came she passed me the plate to set next to me (for my boyfriend) and she was saying it was hot. She was right! The plate was hot and i burned my fingers and she rolled her eyes. I don’t understand why she would pass the plate to me if it was that hot, i also don’t understand why she would pass me the plate knows how hot it was. She could have easily walked to the other side of the table because me and my boyfriend were sitting on the same side. She then asked my boyfriend if he wanted cheese on this pasta when he said yes she scoffed very rudely as if it was an inconvenience to give him some cheese on his pasta. After this she walked to who i assumed was the manager and pointed at us and said not to give us anymore drinks ( we had ordered a pitcher of sangria and we’re barely on our first cups, also the Sangria seemed to have little to no alcohol on it. I was going to ask if they accidentally gave us virgin sangria because they did not ID us). At that point i was so upset with the service i just wanted to eat and leave so i did not ask. It’s upsetting to go out to eat on a nice Sunday after church and be treated so rudely. Our food is not sitting well in our stomachs because of this experience. We ate so uncomfortable and we now feel sick because of it. This is not okay! Especially because all the other secretes were looking at us as if she told her coworkers something about us because we were sitting by the bar area where the servers go in and out.

We had a large group and the mIn waitress was awful. Half of the people I. Our group didnt get their meals till most others were finished. Git breadsticks at beginning that were like rocks. Complained and never got more till we were done eating. Never got asked if everything was OK. It was ridiculous. Ive had the same waitress prior with small 4 person table and it took forever to even get to order. Also no ice tea refills or breadsticks. Never checked on us and good yoik forever as well. Big shout out and many thanks to Oliver Garden in Modesto CA. No reservations so I was a little uneasy as Party of 20. I spoke to hospitality manager Maria who helped us through the process. Once the first 10 were there they seated us in an area all ready for the group. We had 2 amazing servers assigned to us, both very personable and efficient, separate checks, drinks as individuals arrived, then orders taken . Food delicious, all our needs met promptly with a smile. All in all it was great and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks Olive Garden ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

It was horrible. The waiter and waitress were so unprofessional. We got there and we asked for a booth, as we were being seated, we saw many booths available, the hostess said, they didn’t have any booths available because they didn’t have enough waiters. Mind you it was New Years Eve.Employees were standing around talking, so to me it seemed like they had plenty of waiters.Then I asked for a sampler of Pinot noir wine and the glass smelled like a dirty rag.I told the waiter the glass smelled stinky and he said, I’m sorry and didn’t offer a new glass of wine.I called to complain because they ruined our New Year’s Eve dinner and they gave us the manager of the kitchen. He said, even though his waiter said, they gave us a free glass of wine, which they didn’t, he would give us, (the next time we go) a free complimentary glass of wine. He made me feel he didn’t believe what I called the restaurant about .( The dirty stinky glass). I give up with unprofessional people at Olive Garden. I hate to be one to complain and I understand it’s Mother’s Day but I had placed a to go order for Mothers Day because I knew it would be busy. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. I got there 15 minutes early and was told I had to wait till 6:15 because that’s when my order would be ready. 6:15 came around and my order still wasn’t ready. I waited 10 minutes before calling again and reminding them about my order to get told my order was still in the kitchen and they don’t know when it’ll be out. I ended waiting an hour just to get my food. I understand it’s Mother’s Day and there busy but if they are unable to fulfill outside pick up orders while running there dinning room then they should probably consider not taking pick up orders if they can’t get them out on time.

This Olive Garden was exceptional! Ive found there are some that have stopped being as clean as they used to be and the old carpets are causing the restaurants to smell horrible. This one was clean, the food was amazing, the waiter was top notch and all this on a busy, busy night! My only concern were the men right near the front door, possibly homeless, with signs. The first was quick to jump up and open the door for us on our way in, the second somewhat blocking the sidewalk on the way out. Neither seemed threatening, but in todays world it was a little iffy and as a disabled woman, I was concerned. However, they were harmless and we bought an extra meal to feed them. I just feel they need to be asked to give the patrons more room as to not feel threatened.

This one in particular is very fast with orders and they keep the bread sticks and appetizers coming if the main course is taking a little longer than usual.My only ding is the new order and pay tablets at the tables. I know theyre for added convenience but kids are still able to grab and buy games way too easily and the tablets diminish customer service in that the servers dont come around as often. It wasnt horrible but when youre expecting alfredo and get something salty, thinner and not creamy its not a great surprise. The dining room is pretty clean. Staff is nice. Edit: Customer service reached out to me and really listened to my concerns about my visit. I cant change the rating of my visit but I give their customer relations 5 stars. I really appreciate businesses that care about customer satisfaction and they do. I will return to see if I have a better experience.

I had the best costumer service by this young lady with short hair, really really short hair but thats not why Im giving the two stars,First of all the A.C unit was out and theres was so many flies like we should of just left but because we were from far and the kids were hungry we give it a shot,.... I order lasagna .... I never eat a lasagna so nasty but is just probably me I thought!! nope all my kids didnt eat so we had a bad experience and I dont recommend you to order LASAGNA.

The food is decent. I would have lowered the rating but the lady attending my table was awesome. Wish I could have got her name. The host by the front door was a donkey. There are more authentic Italian places in town you can visit where they actually treat you like family.

Food was good. Gave only 2 stars due to to-go service. Ordered 4 plates. 2 were warm. 2 were cold and needed to be warmed in a microwave. Had there been info, when ordering online, that items would be served cold and you have to warm them yourself, i would not have ordered those items. I do not have a microwave. Kinda defeated the purpose of ordering to-go.

The food was okay. Could use some seasonings to make it better and I personally feel that they completely profiled us because of appearance while others were asked if they like wine or others spirits we werent even approached with a bottle. We would have if wed been asked and since they were so giving to certain ethnicitys for wine tasting I feel they should have given everyone the same treatment. Just had the worst chicken parmigiana EVER today!!! They must be out of the normal breaded kind? For paying $50+ tip for them to pass a grilled piece of chicken covered in red sauce and cheese! If it’s a new cook, they need to be retrained on how to make good food. If you’re out of the Good stuff, let people know! Don’t pass off garbage for normal. At this rate closing for Covid, all you have is take out orders, and if you can’t get that right... Let people know that you’re out of what they want bottom line. Horrible! Google you should be able to rate zero stars.

Enjoyed the “Italian Margarita” and Prosecco strawberry fix! The food was flavorful and delicious. Service was attentive and fun! Only complaint the breadsticks were a bit dry. Otherwise a fab experience!

Been a couple years since Id been to Olive Garden. Seems that the portions are a good bit bigger than I remember, and the service was excellent. Our waitress was on point, and handled a table with 2 adults and 5 kids under 10 with ease. Food was excellent!!

I called and ordered ahead of time for curbside pickup. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana with Pasta Fagioli and Fettuccine Alfredo with salad and an extra order of Breadsticks and two slices of your Lemon cream cake. Our salad was completely soggy as if previously frozen! Our Breadsticks were flavorless! No garlic or Parmesan flavor whatsoever! I am very disappointed as a long time customer of yours! I have never been given food that was this low of quality! I tried to call the store afterwards and was told to call back the next day?!

Wasnt happy to get a house salad only for $8 considering unlimited soup salad and bread sticks are $11. Guess I should have asked first. Beautiful bar and very clean
