Loveeee this place,I’ve been here dozens of times, best pasta ever, I’ve tried many plates here, I do have to say it’s extremely tasty here, the flavors really melt in your mouth, love the fettuccine and something you really have to try is the stuffed zitti fritta, that’s one of my favorite appetizers, its flavor just really melts in your mouth. And the people who serve you are really friendly there.

Wow, Im not usually impressed with food service in the Valley, but I was very impressed here. No wait time considerate of seniors I was traveling with, food was delicious with little wait! The management here has good leadership and the staff is on point!

Its like a must visit for our family everytime we come to san diego. Or sometimes when we accross the border in niagara falls.Kids love the food.

I have been to The Olive Garden before, but this time I ordered take out. When I arrived for pick up, I had an extra item that was not in the original online order, so instead of using the link for curbside pickup I called the number on the text they sent. I was put on hold to wait for the right person to take my extra item order, but I was in a hurry and after 7 minutes of waiting, I decided to go inside. The gentlemen at the takeout desk were in the process of packing my order and they were able to get the extra item for me with no problem at all. Overall a good experience.

As I took my family to eat here. It was the worst experience ever. I order the endless soup and salad but only had one of each and waited for an hour for another soup. The food came out cold and the waiter still dont get our order right we were still missing food we never got our refills. We paid a lot for a bad experience here. They made us sit in the far back room. And forgotten about.

Food was decent. I would say I enjoyed everything except the pasta. I think the pasta was overdone and the sauce did not taste homemade which left me feeling like I ate pasta from a can. The soup was great, appetizers were great as well and the restaurant atmosphere is very family friendly. I would visit again but not order pasta which is a bummer to say about a restaurant that promotes their pasta.

Title: Disheartening Experience at Chula Vista Olive GardenI am sharing my recent disappointing experience at the Chula Vista Olive Garden, a place Ive been a loyal customer to for a long time.My family and I decided to have dinner at this location, and it turned into an ordeal. Despite being told there was a 30-minute wait, we ended up waiting for over an hour, witnessing other parties being seated ahead of us. When I approached the hostess about our concerns, I was told there was nothing they could do due to a lack of available large tables.Attempts to discuss the matter with a manager named Yamileth were met with rudeness and dismissive behavior. This was particularly disheartening, and it felt like more than just poor service; it felt like discrimination. As my family, including my hungry children, continued to wait, my youngest daughter even fell asleep without having dinner.What made this experience even more disheartening was that I had my parents visiting from Mexico, trying Olive Garden for the first time. Unfortunately, their introduction to the restaurant was marred by this negative encounter.Feeling frustrated and seemingly unnoticed, we decided to leave the restaurant. However, upon returning 15 minutes later, we were surprised to find that every table we saw waiting had been seated.This experience was far from the quality of service Ive come to expect from Olive Garden. As a long-time customer, it is disheartening to have such a negative encounter. Olive Garden is widely known for its delicious Italian-American cuisine. It’s always crowded, so it’s best to reserve a table online to reduce waiting time when you arrive. The food is tasty, and the waitstaff who serve you are always excellent with their recommendations. They have bilingual staff in Spanish, and the customer service is exceptional. I appreciate that if you indicate you’re celebrating a birthday, they give you a complimentary slice of cake. The atmosphere is very friendly, with no discrimination or racism

Food was good and the atmosphere too. Service not so good I noticed the waiter and waitress at first they were very nice after a few minutes after they had given us what we ordered they just stop serving us they did not come back! I had ordered a never ending soup and salad and after the first bowl of salad was done I asked for a refill to go since I only got served one time. I had a bad experience.
