I honestly can’t remember the last time I ate at an Olive Garden. I was surprised how busy they were on a Thursday night. Had to wait a bit to get seated, which was fine. Service was okay, didn’t really have to ask for anything since servers were around constantly except when I was trying to pay the bill. The mini kiosk on our table wasn’t working properly. It got uncomfortably loud with how busy the restaurant was and how close together the tables are. Access to the parking structure is on Broadway. The restaurant is located on the first floor just north of BJ’s. The food was great, wouldn’t mind going back again when they’re less busy.

The Food and service were phenomenal, Our waitress Rachel went above and beyond to provide excellent service to us. My wife loves the Green Apple Moscato Sangria they serve. We were a little thrown off with the managers attitude but overall it was great experience.

I visited Olive Garden recently and had a great experience overall. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. However, I did have a small issue with my waitress forgetting to bring me bread. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did slightly detract from my experience. Despite this, I would still recommend Olive Garden to anyone looking for a tasty Italian meal.

I went to this branch of Olive Garden twice so far.. Both times I was very satisfied. For the second time, I ordered soup from the menu. There were 4 types of soup that could be refilled as many times as I wanted.with any food you order comes with soup or salad which will be refille...the hot butter breads are very deliciousat a very reasonable price, you will be completly full ....I give all service 5 out of 5.....Defenetly,I will go again.The only thing I didnt like was that I asked for one of my soups for to go,and saw it in the plastic bowl. I didnt like that the hot soup was in a plastic container. Thats it... the rest was perfect.. Go and enjoy.

We had a very nice experience at this venue. Our serve Jason was very attentive and friendly, which is always a plus. The manger and a member of the management team also made the time to come and introduce themselves which was very nice.

Authentic Italian experience. Host at entrance and the beverage guy made you feel like a burden to be there. The bilingual food server guy was awesome, so was the manager bro. Food is tasty, same as every other Olive Garden. Authentic due to half of the people having attitude and the other half being friendly and awesome, while the food is 🤌🤌🤌.

I went with my friends. The place is big and it was not that much filled up. We ordered few items and they came very fast. The shrimp appetizer is really nice and all our drinks were also good.I ordered chicken scampi but they bought the shrimp one. They quickly changed the order without any hesitation. Chicken Alfredo was good as well.The passion fruit drink was also good. Overall the food taste is very good and the quantity as well.We will definitely go again.Added photos

The food was good, the server Angel was just ok, looks like he got distracted with friends showing up and his friends got better service. He had other tables too. My son asked for a refill, he never brought it then I asked for the refill again, never brought it. He never offered refills for my husband and I. Thanks to his bad service I left without using my birthday coupon for a free dessert. Thank goodness I could pay without having to wait, otherwise I would of had to wait hours. No managers to be seen horrible service. I guess they don’t need customers. We went at 5 pm. Tonight Friday and we’re convinced the service has gone down.

We ordered the Lasagna, Tour of Italy, Ravioli & Seafood Alfredo. Everyone loved their dish! My seafood Alfredo was nice and creamyShrimp and scallops were very good. It was a hearty serving so I had left overs to go! My minestrone soup was good too! I had some cheese grated on top of it! Extra yum! 😋The breadsticks we nice and warm! Veronica, the store manager greeted me with a warm smile and a great can do attitude and helped direct staff and jumped in and helped as well to quickly facilitate my delivery. The back of the house is clean more so than most Olive Gardens that I have delivered too. I hope Corporate takes notice of this valuable asset and takes notes from her to help better organize the other locations. GREAT JOB I really appreciated my visit. Best of luck

An early dinner at 4PM yields a high level of service with the restaurant at about 25% capacity.The initial serving of Zuppa was a disappointment as it was obviously from the bottom of the pot. Luckily, subsequent refills came from a fresh batch.Server, Alex, was busy with his tables, but we didnt have any problems catching his attention when we needed anything.

Sooooooo, my last visit was interesting. My server spilled drinks left and right, not that big of a deal - accidents happen. But then I went to wash my hands in the bathroom, unfortunately the floor was sticky and it reeked of urine. BUT my server was very kind and the food was good. HOWEVER, I noticed multiple cockroaches throughout the visit and it made it very uncomfortable to sit still and took away from the experience.Parking was accessible and easy, service was quick and well done, on the atmosphere is a little bit grim, but it retains that feeling of family5.4/10

Been to many Olive Gardens across the United States and this is probably hands down one of the best because of the people and the location.Sister Anabelle greeted us at the door, and instantly we knew we were family. Brother’s Bryan and Ben took extra special care of us.This was my 2nd time at this location, however, I’m excited to come back for my birthday and see my brothers and sisters.

Very good experience for the type of food. I know its not exactly Italian food, but its as close as it can get without having to go to a mom and pop shop. The food has been pretty consistent lately, so no complaints. The restroom was clean and everyone that I interacted at the location with nice and pleasing. Hopefully they keep it up. I love their breadsticks btw!

This restaurant is very convenient. It’s super close to the Glendale Galleria and Americana that is just a great place to come and eat after some serious shopping or casual dining. The food is delicious and the service is great. Our waiter was very courteous and very kindly. He would check if we doing fine very constantly!My bf and I ordered pastas and had the endless side (soups) omg their soups are very delicious. The pasta was exquisite!The restaurant needs to be cleaned. There was too much trash lying around in the floors. That was pretty gross.Please see the attached photos of our food. Enjoy!

Don’t eat here. 2 of our 3 napkins had long blond hairs in them. 2 of 6 forks were dirty in those hairy napkins. The men’s room floor was really sticky and garbage had been overflowed for some time.We were sat for at least 10 minutes and another table seated next to us that was greeted, drink order and appetizer before I flagged down a manager to tell her we were ready to order drinks and food. She was apologetic and fast to take our order and expedite food for us. But it just got worse from there. Bad day to be at this OIive Garden. Plenty of staff, just the wrong table, wrong server, wrong night traveling through town for extremely poor cleanliness and experience tonight.

Tucked in the middle of Glendale away from all of the hustle and bustle from the Americana at brand and the Glendale Galleria comes an old school Italian American dining experience at the Olive Garden great service lots of people to serve you and the food comes out hot you can order for fussy children on the table tablet and it will come right out appetizers are also available on the computer on the table. For years I went for the chicken Alfredo pizza but pizzas are no longer on the menu except the kids pizza so now I will go for the tour of Italy but my number one choice has always been the chicken Alfredo With pasta fagioloi. Moderately priced wine bottles are $17 you would want to stick with either the pink rose moscato or the regular moscato as the red in that price range are not up to tier but they do have other reds available for a higher price. Overall a great experience clean professional restaurant excellent staff pretty good parking. I had a meal with a wine taster and a kids meal for my kid and she got a lemonade and I had a water all for well under $30

Great to get to dine out at one of our favorite places. Our waiter Kurt K was great, took care of everything we wanted, was always there when we needed something. Food were delicious and drinks was fabulous. Calamari for appetizer, Tour of Italy for the wife, shrimp and scallops Alfredo for me, washed it down with Italian margarita with a shot of amaretto. Endless salad and bread or soup, minestrone was very good too. Tiramisu for dessert was perfect.Looking forward to coming back!

I had low expectations of the food coming in here. Those expectations were met. The linguine was slightly overcooked in my Alfredo pasta. The minestrone was ok. Lasagna meh. Almost everything tasted like cafeteria food quality. The sauces were pretty good. I like the 3 cheese mariana and the bread sticks were decent.Almost everything I bought was overpriced. McDonalds quality food at high prices.The service was excellent and the manager was attentive to us. The atmosphere was good except that the mens restroom did not smell good.

Olive Garden is located right off of Brand Blvd. Their parking structure has five (5) levels, remember this when you walk into the lobby where they are located.Check out their weekly, daily specials prior to ordering because, they have food you might choose instead of your regular go-to plates...Tour of Italy, still amazing!!!Our servers were both named Matt Moyer was acting as if we were royalty or celebrities because our salad, soup and plates came with a quickness and then when Moyer went to break, Matt McDonald rolled in and acted like we were dignitaries lol...Great experience and amazing food!

We have a very bad service by far at this Olive Garden not even a one star .our waitress Dedee was good but we did not no that they switch server. anyway we ordered the endless dipping sauce that the 3rd one never came. Entree came and no freshly grated cheese was offer my wife have to wave around and ignored. We were approached by manager ask us what is the problem and tell her what we need but still there was no refill on the sopa toscana. We are ready to leave but no one aprroacjed our table. So I have to ask the same manager again to help us that we need our receipt a to go box. She brought it that I can tell that her body language was really mad drop everything without any apology just turn around and leave. My favorite thing the mint chocolate none offered. Never to visit this place again I have a big family that always come here I would not recommend this restaurant.

My son goes to college near there so he took me to eat here in Glendale which looked kind of plane from the outside but once I went inside it was very nice love the high ceilings and very good service the food was amazing as well the food is always good when you have great service highly recommend it. Oh and also it is underground parking garage so you have to pay for parking unless they validate Im not too sure because I forgot to ask

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Not only is the food delicious, but the prices are affordable, especially considering the current state of inflation. The tablet on each table was a great addition, allowing us to easily call the server, order desserts and appetizers, pay for our meal, and even leave a tip. It made the whole dining experience smoother and more convenient.

Great food like always, I ate here often for a quick bite growing up in Philly part Italiana! Me and my boyfriend ordered endless pasta with gnocchi soup(choice of a salad too) and a appetizer sampler with zucchini bites, mozzarella sticks, and pasta chips with a chicken and sausage dip. My experience at this location was just ok, we came to celebrate the birthday of a friend, over all our visit last about 2 hours and 15 min.We were told wait time were 35 min but around 20 min later we got a table, inside the restaurant has empty tables.The food was good but service was slow mabey they were busy, it also took me a long time to pay because I had a gift card that did not have a bard code, and they expect you to pay on those machines scanning your gift card.I asked if the server could sing a song, and he agrees but it was only our server instead of a group like usually is.Over all this was a 3.5 star, but we cant give half stars.

This Olive Garden is very beautiful with lots of large windows. There is a nice waiting area outside to sit at if you cant get in right away. We waited 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Paige was our server and she was great! I am a big Olive Garden fan and always get the Soup, Salad and Breadsticks, which I think is a fantastic deal ( all three are unlimited). First off we had a party of nine my daughter 18th birthday everything was going good ordered our drinks thats when everything started going wrong took about 25 minutes to get the drinks as the drinks arrived the waitress started handing the drinks out shortly thereafter she brought a glass of water to our table it accidentally fell out of her hand and got me completely drenched the whole left side of my body into my socks then it took her about 10 minutes just to bring me napkins I blew it off she proceeded to take our orders I ordered soup salad and breadsticks didnt even receive one bowl of soup she brought everyones entrees at that point I was pretty upset then she told me that she was going to bring out my soup with everyones entree but didnt by that time everyone was almost done with their entrees for the evening I told her just take it off the bill and if I could get a refill of my iced tea it took her another 25 minutes until I receive my iced tea everyone that was in my party sat there with empty glasses pretty much the entire time of their meal horrible horrible will never be going back to that Olive garden again

We went out for my son’s father’s birthday. Our server Josh was absolutely amazing and so kind. We were a party of 7 and he was so attentive to our group. He was so sweet and patient when my son kept stopping him with questions. Would definitely come back just to have Josh be our server again.

The overall experience was an two out of five stars. Not a great crowd of people. Lots of screaming children. The table next to us they literally had to pull the tables and chairs apart and clean everything including the floor which was absolutely covered in food. It was a large space with a lot of tables but we were placed next to the kitchen entryway so there was constantly activity going on. For some reason that were children all around us. The food portions of course being Olive Garden were very large. The salad had lettuce that wasnt all that fresh. They were very accommodating when we asked to have changes to items on the menu. The waitress we had was really nice and very responsive. The manager came over and was very polite and welcoming. Honestly overall I think that its the clientele that spoiled the location. The food was as expected from a chain restaurant but the folks on the service team really were superior. So I have a lot of mixed feelings about the place but its a chain restaurant so youre kind of getting that experience. I think when Olive Garden first started it was a little different.

It’s been years since I visited an Olive Garden. I was mainly looking forward to some breadsticks. They were not as good as I remembered and the pasta with chicken was just okay. My server was very pretty and provided excellent service. She did however make too many trips to my table to ask if everything was okay and did I need anything. Good thing she was so good looking or I would have minded more. I also ordered a cup of coffee and a piece of the vanilla cake with strawberry topping which was so delicious I wanted to lick the plate. I don’t think my server kept coming back because she liked me or anything. Maybe they are under pressure to do that. Even her coworkers checked in twice it was actually too much. She could have only interrupted my meal half as many times and it would still have been good.

We come to this location most of the time . And the wait is ridiculous,but not this time it was new years and it was busy.But surprising they sat us down and we order and got our food with no mistakes and appetizers in less than 30 min. The food was good portion and it was nice and warm, I got the tour of Italy and the seafood pasta. The waitress looked irritated but still came back and forth to check on us but always seemed like she hated working there. Just made it awkward to try to ask her for extra napkins. SoI dont even remember her name.But beside that olive garden gets 4 stars

But the service a little bit to slow, my wife and I got to this place the lady at the front was great, and 2 minutes later a waiter comes to our table took the order for appetizers and drinks some one else brings ou order to our table and 5 minutes later another waiter showed to our table introducing himself letting us know that his coworker has to leave. We made our order took 40 min to tell us that our order was in our way I asked for one more soda 15 later or food is in our table.( No soda) until I remind him about my drink. This place has wonderful people both managers and waitresses (Art, Susie and Vee) came to visit talked to us like we were all old friends and we all got to laugh at jokes and pick fun at each other. The waiter is very nice. Family friendly. My wife and I had Sirloin steaks. Mine was cooked perfectly medium rare, and my wife ordered medium. Her steak came as well done and over cooked. The manager saw the steak from afar and acted quickly and had a second steak prepared right, also discounted the price of the steak to satisfy us. We were impressed with the service here and highly recommend this location.

Food was good. The scallops in my wifes seafood dish were very small, and even though the bread sticks are supposed to be unlimited. We never got more than the first basket brought to the table. Also the server seemed a bit overwhelmed. My wife had a tea, after drinking it she decided a soda would be a better drink. The server just poured Coke from a pitcher into her cup, which still had tea in it! That was probably the worst part of the night. I would rather them lower had the rest of the food not been so good.

I came to Olive Garden for my daughters 19th B-Day. Parking was no hassle at all. There was a very light wait time to be seated. Sebastian (I believe that was his name) was very welcoming and he offered great recommendations when I asked him for appetizers, drinks and entrees.We tried the artichoke dip which was delicious. Usually I play it safe with mozzarella sticks lol. The spiked strawberry lemonade & strawberry cheesecake was amazing 😋Alan was very attentive and dedicated to giving A+ service. As he walked by our table, he dropped everything and really startled my wife and I because it directly hit our table and almost hit me. I jumped back in my seat and barely missed me. For the first time ever, I finally decided to check the place out. Especially after hearing how good their breadsticks are.To be honest, its not the best bread stick/appetizer bread Ive ever had. She was kind and genuine, and we felt relaxed as she served us. Shes the only reason I bumped this review up to four stars.I feel Olive Garden is a safe place to eat at, meaning, you can trust itll taste good always. However, i would suggest sticking to just one dish, so its not that expensive for your budget as it was with mine, nevertheless, I would definitely return to one.

Horrible experience - We ordered online 30 minutes ahead and arrived for pickup at the designated time. After 10 minutes we went in to ask about our food and they said it wasnt ready yet. Possibly the worst experience and least value of any meal Ive ever had. I try to be understanding under these new Covid 19 realities but rude and and incompetent is what this was playing and simple. There were 4 parties of 10+ that showed up right around the same time, at a shift change. The Olive Garden in Glendale provides a very nice atmosphere as the dining room is good size and not overcrowded with too many tables. The service is fast and efficient; the servers are friendly. The portable tablets at the tables are a little confusing as to how to use them to order though. We had the occasional all you can eat pasta promotion and its a bit high on the carbs, but the choices are good with different types of pasta with a variety of sauces. Meats (chicken, beef, sausage) are additional. We had a good time and did not have to wait for a table, even at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. A nice dining experience.

Celebrated my mom-in-laws birthday at this place. Had our own personal space, some yummy food, free desert for the birthday girl, and the staff sang to her. They made her feel super special. Loved it.

We were seated in the back, as have been many times before (not only at this location) and were ignored by several servers at tables on both sides of us. We had to move ourselves from that table to the bar area where a server, and a bartender tried to redeem the restaurants reputation. We only ordered small plates, which also were small in taste and value. We didnt have the salad, but the bread stick were OK. Also Kendra P. got us through.

The food was delicious, I had the salmon picatta (tender with the tangy taste of lemon), he had the cheese ravioli. The service was great. Tate, our waitress was nice, she didnt hover but she was attentive. Our food was served on time and the wine I had with dinner was so good (Cabernet, Robert Mondavi) I recommend it. The restaurant was clean and the hostess nice and professional. Parking is in the building and they do validate. I would definitely come back.

This place is always great to eat. If you want small plates or good dinner its a good Italian restaurant to go to. I recommend the classic chicken Alfredo. Soups are delicious as well. Parking is a bit hard to find in this location but its worth the walk. It does get full and long wait times weekdays recommended. Try it out you might like it it does not hurt to try. And the 5 for 5 drinks are the really good

My waitress did not return to attend us as often as I wish she should have plus while I was there I was telling my mom (who I took there for mothers day) that the times she did come to our table she did not take any of our dirty empty plates or even refilled our drinks the reason for this was because she got 3 other tables at the same time back to . What I did like was the check in process. I started the check-in process on the app and when we got there we got sat right away that was very convenient and I was happy that we did not have to wait to long.

We went to this Olive Garden location for a late lunch. The place was almost empty. Despite being empty it took forever to get waited on as the staff was having to much fun socializing. I ordered a pizza. that took forever to serve. When it arrived the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Lots of staff at a slow time = no one paying attention taking orders, serving and to cooking the food. Horrid service and the staff could care less. Never went to this location again. Eventually stopped going to Olive Garden at any location. Service is usually poor and slow even when they are not crowed.

We all can agree that there are times when service is not as expected - at any resturant. Tonight my wife and I had a fantastic experience. We cant remember the names of the two waiters ( a newbie and his coach of the night), however, we can say that they did a wonderful job.

The location is amazing and whats more is its even bigger in the inside. The staff here is helpful and friendly there always present when you need them. But the food here is okay but for its price its pushing it a bit ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and it tasted good but they were stingy on the chicken here it just had 2 pieces at most and where sliced to make more. Like wise the food is medicore the service was great! The salad was as expected and the price was a little bit to high

35 minute wait!! The restaurant wasnt even half occupied...the section my family and I were seated it, no one was sitting in there the entire time we were waiting...and the maitre D, Alex and the staff, kept telling any one who walked up to the podium that they were trying to find seats for each party....again the restaurant wasnt even up to half capacity....

This restaurant is horribly unwelcoming to handicap people. I came with a friend who has a service dog, and an employee has a gross look on her face when we walked in. She said she needs to see the dog’s ID. We told her we don’t have it with us because we are not required to have it by law, and they are not allowed to ask for it. This is the first time we have ever experienced a person as disrespectful as that. We considered calling corporate, but decided it was not worth it to waste our time.

The waiter said he had to reach around my friend( to deliver his food to a crowded table) I enjoyed the reach around much more then the waiter did. So I said thanks for the reach around.. The waiter ran away, and said he would not ever be back... He sent someone else to deliver checks and finish up our experience. I had fun.

This experience was horrible 1st of all the salad plates smell like rotten eggs. I had to tell the waiter to remove the plates cuz I was getting nauseous .When they sat us down they did it give us utensils they brought the salad and breadsticks and still didnt give us utensils. The pasta was super dry and cold. I have to keep begging the waiter to bring us refills. It is now extremely overprice before I used pay 14.99 for the pasta and now it when up to 19.99 It was definitely not worth a $100 I should have Just gone to the Vegas buffet instead. Getting there was atrocious - it took us 1/2 hour to find parking (though technically not their fault).However, the meal tasted as if I were drinking pure sugar and eating salt tablets. I enjoy flavor as much as the next guy but this left both my wife and I sick to our stomachs. Our illness came at a $60 price tag; frankly - I would have enjoyed Costco food court about as much and have spend $10.But, at least the waiters were sub standard : )

Service was awesome but the kitchen kept messing up orders. All the tables around us had missing items. One table... All the adults were eating and had not noticed that the little girls food never arrived. They forgot 3 of my tables dishes. Our waiter, poor guy had no help.

Awesome Italian style food with a great atmosphere for family and friends on any occasion. Perfect lighting to set the ambiance and great decor wall to wall. We had the new Tucson penne with braised garlic chicken cutlets with an additional take home entree deal! Soup and salad is always do delicious. Olive Garden is always a good place for Large groups. They accommodate Billing matters, they work as a Team to Service larger numbers. The food was prepared quickly, served together and was very good. Priced appropriately given the type of restaurant and their target demographic. We held our Team Bonding dinner for our Basketball Players and the unlimited Bread and Salad worked wonders. We have almost an annual pilgrimage to this wonderful establishment in Glendale on Brand! 5 Stars my Highest recommendation.

Came here for lunch and when we were served, the portions were probably the size of a kids meal. When I questioned it, no effort was made to correct it and was just told that it was simply the lunch portion. Definitely would not come here again and given the price and portions would much rather go to another resturant. If you are an actual adult and eat more than a palm sized portion for lunch, I recommend you dont come here

If I could I would give 10 stars.Our server ASHER was the sweetest server we have ever had! And the manager ART was amazing as well.There was a hiccup with the table they sat us at, where there was no server assigned to. But the manager ART was nice enough to take care of our meal for us waiting and realizing we had no server. ASHERS service was beyond incredible. Very friendly! Took care of the situation gracefully. Thank you ART and ASHER for making our dinner a great turn out at the end.
