Birthday dinner at Olive Garden was really nice. The waiter gave the option to switch out our soup in case we didnt like it, since it was a first time trying it, and I thought that was cool. It was a perfect place for special family dinner.

This is my wifes favorite restaurant, we always get good service anytime of day. The food is always delicious. Our favorite items are chicken fettuccine alfredo and the tour of italy. Their salad is very good as well and is all you can eat! Love it

I placed an online catering order for a large party and had the food delivered. It was one of the best experiences with a catering order!The online ordering is easy and has great options (including complimentary plates, silverware and chafing dish sets).The delivery was on time, and the driver was very professional and helpful. The order was accurate and packaged in a very orderly way.The food was great, and fed more people than the ordering states.This is one of the best values for the price, and I will ABSOLUTELY use Olive Garden Catering again in the future.

Truly appreciate the service received. The manager, Erick, went more and beyond to get a meal prepared specially for me. They took in consideration my allergies and for the first time in my life, a menu was adapted to me. Can’t thank enough their kindness and attention, my husband and I enjoyed our lunch in a beautiful environment. Our server, Alfredo L, was very attentive and looked after us from beginning to end.This restaurant cares about clients, will do anything to make you feel welcome, to make sure you can eat there with the highest standards.Absolutely recommended and is my favorite restaurant after today. Oliver Garden never disappoints is consistently bad, bland canned tasting food.The only reason why I go there is a friend loves the food.I got the eggplant Parmigiano, loaded with a sweet red sauce, and the slices were too thin.The spaghetti was also drenched on that sweet tastings sauce. The salad is the only consistent, better tasting item on the menu.

You can’t really go wrong at the Olive Garden. Their menu has been around for decades. I worked at an Olive Garden when I was 20 back in Hayward, CA which was 20 years ago. You will find some of the same food, appetizers and drinks. The service at this location is great. I don’t mind sitting at the cafe when it’s busy. I don’t eat meat, but I enjoy the stuffed Shells and fettuccine Alfredo. The Lambrusco is always nice and it’s a great place to dine with family or friends, but it can be expensive if you are the one paying for everyone’s meal. Def worth it and everyone walks out with a huge smile and feeling full. Take advantage of the deals, they are worth it. Fav thing on the menu is a salad, minestrone, fettuccine Alfredo and the breadsticks. They have some incredible deserts also. My brother enjoyed the shrimp Alfredo and it’s also a great place to celebrate bdays. They do a cute song and give you a desert. Keep up the good work.

Finished our family dinner it was a pleasant enjoyable meal. There was a 30 minute wait but it went by pretty quick. I appreciate the app that updates you on your place of waiting. Our server Simon was very attentive and polite. We will definitely be returning to this location =).

Where do I even begin? This was our first time at the Olive Garden establishment; we were seated after a lengthy delay and our waiter approaches to take our order. They, for the entirety of our stay, were extremely rude, passive aggressive, inconsistent, and cold-hearted. My friends and I asked, “what’s the difference between grilled chicken and crispy chicken,” and they respond by stating, “they’re both chicken.” This extremely terrible service had me and my friends shocked and slightly embarrassed at the low standard Olive Garden expressed. Later on the night, we receive our meals. To our astonishment, our food was completely burnt and my friend’s shrimp was unrecognizable and inedible. For $28.00 per meal, this is the quality we received (see photos for the shrimp). Furthermore, our waiter failed to provide a drink for us after ten minutes of ringing, leading us to have to disrupt the other staff in order to obtain a drink. This level of service from Olive Garden was extremely disappointing, and I will not be dining at this establishment again. I advise everyone else to stay away from Olive Garden as well.

BUSY, BUSY. Greeted by hostess. Waited 15 minutes for a table. Seated. Drink order immediately taken. Drinks arrived quickly and dinner order taken. Bread and salad arrived. Fresh Parmesan cheese added to plate for salad. Opted for Ranch and Italian dressings. Very good. Then the Dinner rush came in and everything slowed down. Took about 30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. So hungry forgot to get pics of Spaghetti that came with Eggplant Parmesan but it was good. Second plate was Lasagna which was also good. Took what was left home. Right inside Antelope Valley Mall so plenty of parking. Handicap parking available.

Very Disappointed with the Service we receivedOn Friday night 11/3/2023 we ordered our drinks and food right away. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes during that time another party of 7 sat across from us ordered and received their food. Our waiter kept telling my husband and I its coming and it never came. I asked to speak to the manager and he never went and got him. So we got up to leave and wanted to pay for the drinks and the soup and salad that we did eat. but as we were leaving the waiter saw us and we told him cancel our order we are leaving. And explained why did the party next to us get there food before us. So we said we are leaving and his reply was, thats ok go ahead and leave. 😡Very upset use to love going there.

My wife and I came here for lunch for the Unlimited Soup Salads and Bread sticks We were seated immediately and met our server Brissa.Brissa is a fun bubbly person who is genuinely nice and cares about her tables. Anytime we return we ask for Brissa.The food was delicious. And a great value for the amount.I highly recommend going, and especially recommend asking for Brissa!

The only concern I have for this place is a lack of staff. In my most recent visit, I sat at the bar. My party and I were never greeted, provided a menu, and noticed a group of 3 who appeared to have never been serviced who appeared to have been there 15 mins before us. The food is great, but if their customer service at reception doesnt improve my recent visit will be my last as good food and quality customer care are important aspects for any customer.

It use to be better. Stood for an hour for a table. Drama unfolding in the front between guests and service where everyone could hear. Our table was dirty. The counter divider covered in dust. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive and our drinks were wrong.

Ive been to 3 olive gardens in the last year and this is the worst. Explanation:Food : 1.5/10, the salad, which Ive eaten at other Olive Garden, tastes like the bagged lettuce that is near the sell by date, and isnt refrigerated in a good refrigerator, and is allowed to become damp in a humid environment as oppose to being stored in a crisper. The ravioli didnt have very much ricotta, I guess the marinara sauce was ok, noodles poorly cooked, pretty sure these were frozen and thawed at some point.Service 2/10, the waitress brought flat soda, and even though she came back to the table frequently, I could not even figure out what she was asking for sometimes, and this other guy, who came to the table once, when the other waitress was still there, was kind of unsettling. 2/10 just bc the hostess was okay.Ambiance 3/10, didnt notice anything that was unclean, but the building itself is not nice at all. There is no courtyard.Side note : Also there was this awkward guy at the To Go window with a woman that looked like they were standing there for like 10-20 minutes, possibly deciding on what to order? They possibly just didnt order ahead of time? that would be irritating if I was waiting behind them, IMHO.

Myself and 3 friends ate dinner here on 9-4-23. Unfortunately everyone in the party ended up with food poisoning and explosive bowels. I was doubled over with stomach pain for hours. Only give it 2 stars because our waitress was friendly and fast. Safe to say we will not eat here again. Also the meals were very pricy for what we got.

We went for my sons birthday recently and had a great time. The food was decent, and the service was great. The atmosphere is kind of outdated. They need to step it up there.My oldest son had kids chicken strips and spaghetti, and he loved it. Hubby had the soup and salad and was quite happy with it. I ordered the appetizer fried lasagna, and it was delish. For dessert, we had the dippable donuts, and they definitely were a crowd pleaser.

Service was excelent!! The adult plates were what you would expect from a chain restaurant. I was not pleased with what they served from the childrens menu. The server was very attentive, and had a lot of patience with the kids in our group too. He really went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met and exceeded. Update: Went there again it was much cooler in the restaurant. Very comfortable to be inside. The salad was fresh and the bread was good. Tried the stuffed pasta raviolis were good. My kids liked the chicken fingers and alfredo pasta. Will be back when they have endless pasta bowls :)

We had to wait 20 minutes just to get the drinks. Another 20 for the the drinks refill and we had to go get our glasses and went to the bar to get the refill. An additional 15 minutes to get a soup and a salad.Another 15 minutes to get 2 of the requested dinners, that were not hot, the additional soup, did not arrived until we requested. Over all disappointed.To top it off we a party of 3 where still earing when they continue to vacuum the floors, no respect for the people eating there.I have never experienced this type of service at Olive Garden before.

Our diet coke was overlooked for a while but when reminded it was delivered just before food...hardly worth saying as the food came and our server was attentive to all needs throughout the remainder of our visit. We had Donn as our server and it was her first day and she was amazing! My fiancé needed a recommendation for a drink and she recommended one based on my fiancés likes and it was perfect! Its professional, respected and shows great leadership. My very favorite place to eat!!! Not only are they incredibly helpful without constantly hovering, but they even go as far as to ask my children, the youngest is six, they ask them what they want give them their choices smile at them they treat them exactly like the treat the adults. They make suggestions if you ask theyre super attentive like I said but not overbearing and the food is absolutely perfect every single time. When we go out to eat this is the place I go. And treatment toward my children is just phenomenal.

My family had a bad experience here it and was our first time here. They didn’t give us any silverware I felt as we were discriminated because all the other people around our table had silverware. My dad was eating the salad with his fingers and when the entrées came out they came with spoons. Waited 45 minutes to get a table just to leave without even eating. The first set of forks and knives were dirty, so we asked for different ones and those were dirty too. The napkins were dirty and very linty. We did ask for plastic utensils however when they brought out our soup the spoon was so filthy and the soup had a layer of grease on top. Wait time at 7PM was average (approximately 20 minutes) and the waiting area inside wasnt over crowded. Our server was funny and he checked on us more than once during our meal. I really enjoy coming here. Depending on the time of day or any type of holiday, expect to wait for a good 30+ minutes. Most of the servers are amazing and really try to handle all of the tables. There have been times I have had very bad servers but usually they dont last. It is always clean, and that includes the mens bathroom.Only negative is the chocolates. Not the actual chocolates but how many servers dont bring them at the end after you pay. There are kiosks to help but after you pay some servers never come over. And no its not because of the tip as I normally let it auto select and even increase it with some servers service that goes above what is expected. Always recommend!

Food and service is good. Has an interview they said that they’d call me and get a 2nd interview scheduled. They never did. When I called a week later to see if they’d forgot. The gentlemen asked me for my name. Said “Will think about it” and slammed the phone on me. Super rude. Don’t waste your time on an interview here

Our whole family loves olive garden the waiting time sometimes could be a hard time but other than that food is delicious, accurate always excellent and servers are awesome friendly polite helpful respectful. Always coming back its our first choice when we go out for dinner.. we just love this place 💚💗☘️

The Customer service is horrible!!! I ordered food on 4/28/20 for pickup. The food was cold and look thrown together. Then I received a receipt with what THEY determined was a good amount for a tip. Having worked as a Restaurant Manager, I do not allow tips on my card because servers can change the amount and take more than was authorized. I immediately called and told them that I did not authorize a tip. Well they took one anyway. When I called to complain to a manager named Elaine, she told me that it was my fault that the tip was there and totally made me feel like her staff makes no mistakes. Clearly the customer is NOT always right here!

I had left a decent review but...a few days after dining there, I noticed they charged my Visa a higher amount. I called, spoke to the mgr. She said the waitress prob misread the numbers. I dont think so, even if the tip was misread, youd still had to misread the total. It seems the waitress altered the tip amt. I know in some other places its very common to overcharge customers.

I loved my visit! Daniel our server was more than amazing. He took care of us and the kids. Both managers made sure we were comfortable and that we were satisfied with our food. Speaking of the food. It couldnt be more delicious! Hats off to the chef.

Dinner was great. I used the join the wait list feature on the website. When I arrived, three hrs. later I checked in and they put me at the front of the line. The place was packed and our wait time was approx. 5 min. Once seated Cesar our server was great. We had a great timeWe will be back.

Poor experience! Took my gradnma for her birthday and being super packed wasnt the problem it was the rude staff (not all). We told two different people including a manager it was her birthday and no one came to the table. I had to ask two times for my daughters birthday booster seat and the second time the waiter was rude about it. We never got our to go boxes. We understand being packed and understaffed but the rudeness was not fun.

Forced to give this location a star but if I didnt have to I wouldnt. I had a bad experience here before but the manager asked me to give them another chance to earn our business back so against better judgement, I did.This time after Sunday church service my whole family and I (7 people) visited, we knew it would be a long wait to get a table so this didnt matter. Once we were seated we waited around for over 20 minutes with no service. We asked for our server but no one came, we pushed the call server button on the kiosk and nothing, the manager walked by a couple of times and still did nothing!Needless to say the whole group walked out the restaurant and will never be back to this location again.

It was great and when we signed up on wiring list due to limit on capacity told it would be 30 min. But we were seated withing 12 mins. Of arriving. Service was great! Food was good, very nice atmosphere.Recommend it to anyone. Giv I 5+ 🌟

Went a little late for dinner, we wanted to sit in the bar. The waiter ( wish I got names) was frigging awesome. Was working and cleaning at the bar but always came when we called him with a smile. Made our dinner very nice. Food was good. I mean it’s Olive Garden. Only small negative and it’s not even Gardens deal, an older lady at the bar started talking with us and we were not in close proximity to each other and with the TVs it was hard to hear her. And she just she kept talking. We were being polite. It seemed like she was lonely and just want d to talk with someone.
