I have always loved Olive Gardens food. I especially love the eggplant parmesan. I think its one of the best around. The chicken and gnocchi soup is amazing! Thank God it was endless because I couldnt get enough! The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and the waiters and waitresses display professionalism.

Overall was great, there was a weird smell upon entering. Like old mop used. We still ate there and salad breads ticks yummy. My friends tummy hurt but because she ordered heavy cheese dish.no wait time. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Olive Garden continues to provide Italian style cuisine with entrées that support most budgets. There are lunchtime and seasonal specials, as well as the perennial unlimited soup and salad favorite. Portions are large and are delivered promptly. In addition to the menu items, there is a full bar. This particular has remodeled some years ago and now offers a more upscale atmosphere. The price point is at the market average for this area. $$$

Went on Veterans day which happened to be a Saturday. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs from vet menu. I was given lunch menu. It had several options. I ordered Lasagna from the lunch menu which showed price about 12 to 13 $. When we got the check at first it was 40.00 plus so the server had that corrected. I then asked about the price of Lasagna. It was showing almost 20.00. She said it was because it was Saturday. I would never have ordered Lasagna for 20.00. I did not see that the menu said that weekends were more.The meatballs were dry with spaghetti too. The sauce was fine. I guess that is the way you treat Veterans. Before we were even seated one of the hostess in front wasnt even nice. She acted like she had a problem with Veterans.

This particular Olive Garden was a “meh” to me. It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t great, it was just middle of the ground. The greeters at the door were extremely enthusiastic, but our server was average. She didn’t do a terrible job, but she wasn’t a server that “stood out to me.” The one thing that DID catch my attention was the salmon I ordered. It was fantastic! Both the broccoli and the salmon were better than I ever had anywhere! So, I guess that is enough of a reason for me to come back here. There was one source of irritation for me. Olive Garden gives the children menus and crayons to keep them occupied, but the crayons are terrible! You can’t even color the menus they give the children with the crayons. It’s like someone took a candle, and dipped it in dye, and called it a crayon! Olive Garden, you can do better than this!

My first time at Olive Garden and I really enjoyed it. Had a 4 course meal where I started with a chicken soup that was free with the entree, then a Stuffed Ziti Fritta, for an appetizer, which as a cheese lover I really enjoyed, then a Shrimp Alfredo, for my entree, which was the best shrimp pasta I ever had, and then I topped it of with a Sicilian Cheesecake that was also great. All in all it was a pleasant experience and the service was so good. My only comment would be that the place is a bit expensive. Highly recommended for Italian food and cheese lovers

So Ive been to my fare share of Italian restaurants and I will honestly say Ive lived here in the high desert for over 30 years and I dont know why I never wanted to try this place. Im actually mad at myself for wanting to. I have a favorite Italian restaurant that I always go to but I will definitely say this is such an amazing place that it is my rank 2 on my fav food spots here in the HD. The setting is very elegant, the staff are extremely welcoming and courteous to all customers, and the upkeep on cleanliness was by far spotless. The food was absolutely fantastic! Both me and my wife LOVED it i was extremely suprised of how good the chicken parm was i would totally eat like 3 servings of just this! The pasta was super flavorful and just man so worth the wait and I would definitely recommend anyone passing through to try it out!

The wait time was an hour long, so that couldve been bad. Nice place tho, with Delicious food and great deals. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and helped us feel comfortable. Its a lil loud within the dining area, but nothing to xtreme. Thanks for the positive atmosphere and relaxing vibe.

Our waitress started off great, she was very friendly. I personally wasnt overlooked but my friend was. My friend asked for melted butter to put on her food. Our waitress was visiting at another table and forgot, as she was walking by I mouthed butter to her, She brought the butter but it was a cold scoop of butter .😕 I enjoyed my food. I think my friend did too except not getting the melted butter.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Our waitress however was extremely rude and would just ignore me 90 percent of the time and only look at and speak to my husband. The food was incredibly bland. Ive never picked up salt at an olive garden before but everything tastes like it had no seasoning at all. Super disappointing.

Endless pasta….maybe. But the bad service will have you waiting 30 minutes in between refills. The second service of the spaghetti with meat sauce was small and almost no sauce. Just pasta. I asked my server for more sauce. She said she can’t but would try to make an exception. Came back 12 minutes later with s tiny dipping thymbol with sauce. Was suck a ridiculous Small amount. Bathroom was filthy and no paper towels to dry your hands. Server never brought us out second batch of breadsticks. Was terribly disappointed with this place. Bill was 98.00. I will never eat there again

Was there about an hour ago and my waiter Courtney was so rude to me. In a party of 3 they were nothing but kind to my 2 friends I was with but apparently they did not like something about me. They were constantly slamming down my food and drinks onto the table. Never asked me if I needed anything only my friends. It got to the point that my 2 friends both pointed it out and were just as confused as I was. Love Olive Garden but that waiter completely ruined my night.

I grew up coming to this restaurant- my favorite thing to order is the chicken and gnocchi soup and the chicken parmigiana entree. Their signature wines are all pretty good. Friendly service but I don’t think the quality of food is worth the price though - I probably won’t be returning for a while.

This Olive Garden was terrible started off with the waitress being rude and snobby just because I have a big party doesn’t give you the right to try to rush me and ask what do I want to drink before I’m even sitting down and I get an attitude when I’m not ready to order me and the family have been to plenty of olive gardens. Do you know what good service is and this was far from it do I expect top-notch service no but I do expect not to have dirty dishes left on my table throughout the appetizers, meal and dessert if I could give zero stars on service, I would, the food was mediocre. Chicken was undercooked sauce was rubbery and stale. Tasting if you have the option to go to another Olive Garden, I would go to another place.

They Literally dropped the ball. Went there for my daughters birthday dinner waited an hour for our food while waiter kept passing by us with no regard. Worst experience. Waited over 30 minutes after being quoted 20-25 minutes with my 3 kids. We kept seeing people that walked in after us getting sat and my kids were getting understandably upset. After asking the host I was told our table was getting cleaned, we were not called next or the next after that. We started to leave and I was then told I could get sat. After so long I no longer wanted to give my money to this restaurant so we left. If you do go dont take kids.

This is a experience sharing now a review. Been to this place 3 different times within same week. this place is so busy that every time i had 2 hour or more wait time so i end up at bar .first time everything went well . Second time was 3 hour waiting for table and 20 min wait for bar so I request if i can order while i am waiting for bar but they don’t work that way so skip bar .3 rd time waiting . So took spot at bar. Soup was cold so i asked for warm soup but they gave me extreme hot soup( with twice verbal warning). I guess they don’t understand different between warm and hot! Anyways by the time it get cold enough to enjoy i got my food as well so i have skip soup. Moving forward this is how my pasta came with water on the bowl. Oh did i tell you my server forgot to give me silverware until i asked for after getting my food ! However she put my tab on the house and i covered favour with good tip . Thats second OG location having bad experience.i gotta stop going there i guess

The Olive garden offers great lunch specials. You can actually get The Classico Lasagna for 8.99 and add endless soup and salad for 3.99. Its an outstanding deal for anupscale restaurant. First off its been over 10 yrs since Ive been to one and thats because the few times that I have been the food really wasnt as good as some of the non-chain Italian places. The personnel were top notch and the tip I left denotes that. Anyway the food was ok and I say that because you really need to like cheese and pasta, and I like both just not the extreme as others. And pasta al dente (yes its 2 words) is hard to just judge from being cooked to toothy/chewable. Jeez Ive been to over 25 different Italian restaurants in my life and the more expensive places really are better in general.

Our Waitress was outstanding.... was offered this wine and it was amazing so we ordered a bottle...even was offered another type but it was a red dryer brand....this was white and sweet. Now I always order the Tour of ITALY and it seemed to be of smaller portions and the lasagna looked like the corner end mostly sauce. Bread sticks came 2 at a time and werent as seasoned as normal but overall the Dinner was amazing, server was polite and got our food out quickly which is a 5☆ Star in my book. We were seated immediately as we walked in as they were busy and at a booth as we requested. The Only reason for 4 or 5 stars is because I know what the plate should look like and there were no layers it again was mostly sauce. Good food Hands Down!!! And we will return... and I will order this again...

Sat at the bar and had a wonderful experience with a bartender named Georgiana. She was extremely nice and got my order in quick even with all my healthy modifications. I have the rosemary chicken with broccoli and a side salad no croutons or cheese. My only complaint is they did not have any other vegetables. Would love some mixed veggies or asparagus. Food would be a 4/5 service was a 5/5 even with it being very busy.

I walked through clean glass doors into a crowded restaurant with friendly workers that found a clean table quickly. Shannon was my groups server and she is incredibly awesome. Her customer service was excellent. She is a quick worker not forgetting a warm and smiling face. My food was prepared and served with little wait. The bathrooms are clean and the eating area smells delicious. I enjoyed wolfing my meal down in peace with no pressure and will return. I recommend the salmon with broccoli and vegetable soup. This is A healthy choice meal for picky people looking to eat smaller portions.

Ordered food to go and was told it would be ready by 6:30. I showed up early since i know sometimes it is ready before then taking my precaution. I only live about 5 minutes away from this location and when i arrived home with my food. Every dish was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted on top of my pasta, my breadsticks were rock hard and cold as well. it was just terrible, i brought my food back of course. all they could do for me was throw in a free desert. I can care less about the desert, I’m more upset about if i would’ve showed up on time how much colder my food would have been. they did not make the moment right and apologize for the inconvenience. they think just giving away free deserts can make it right, but it doesn’t. be cautious when ordering to go from here, always check your food before leaving.

My Oliver Garden experience was good. Our waitress was on break, and her fill-in waitress was great. However, the original waitress was just ok. The food was good, correct, and hot. As long as you are not expecting fine dining Italian, the food was great. Its a corporate Italian restaurant, so expect that. My one and only complaint was prices for the prices I would have rather went to an authentic Italian restaurant. Most entress $19 to $26.

Bread sticks though and though are simply the same and great, one of my favorite items. The only thing I cant get over about our visit today is how our waiter came outside rushing and assumed we didnt pay for our meal in front of other people. I had to clearly remind her that we paid her cash before the receipt was brought to us and that she had placed it in her front apron. This location is starting to look run down. When we arrived, despite there being several clean and in used tables everyone was being made to wait white the host staff talked about non-work things. Once seated we had to remind our wait staff to please bring bread, they brought 2 pieces for the 4 of us. Water and tea refills had to be requested multiple times, refills on soup and salad had to be requested several times. All of our dishes were cold when they were brought to the table.

Honestly you get what you pay for the food is good for $22 a plate. The bread sticks are good the appetizers are great the entries are delicious. Honestly if the purpose of Olive Garden is to pay a reasonable price for a good experience I would say it delivers but it does not go above and be on your money stretches as far as it can. How do I command for families friends events there is wheelchair access you can order your food online it is a good example of what restaurants should be.

After many years visited Olive Garden for lunch on way to LA. I was bit sceptical given thier reputation of canned preparations, I was pleasantly surprised. Location had good parking and quickly seated. The menu had a good selection for vegetarian eaters. The mushroom pasta and my marinara pasta was good . The minestrone soup was little tepid and vegetables soggy other than that the lunch was enjoyable. The service was very friendly and you cannot beat unlimited salad.

We stopped here on our way back from Nevada to Los Angeles. (Hungry kids on a long roadtrip? Pick a restaurant they are familiar with and like.) The restaurant is only offering takeout or delivery right now so we ordered takeout. You just order online, they send you a confirmation with parking instructions, and you click on a link when you arrive to let them know which parking spot to deliver the food to. It has been one of the most efficient restaurant pick ups we have experienced during COVID.Portion sizes were pretty good, utensils were provided, and they remembered the chocolate mints too. They also provided plenty of complimentary breadsticks, just like if you were dining in, so dont fall for the websites dont you want to add breadsticks to your order? message when you start to check out online.We needed to use the restroom both when we arrived to pick up the food and after we ate in our car and the restaurant was kind enough to let us use their facilities-- we just had to follow COVID protocol (masks, sanitize hands, one person at time). They took precautions seriously-- squeezing the hand sanitizing spray out for us, ensuring only they opened or closed the restaurants main doors with their gloved hands, only certain staff manning the door vs handling the delivery of food to cars vs packaging the food-- all while wearing masks properly and securely. Overall, a very positive COVID dining experience.Forgot to mention: if you have young children, this location has a Step n Wash in their bathrooms, which makes handwashing for the lite ones kitchen easier.

Olive Garden holds a spot in my life for fond family and friend moments. Not to mention the good White Italian food. To this day I find their Alfredo and White sauce dishes to be very good. Is this place perfect? No. Is this place superb? No, But this place is all around good. The atmosphere the food, wine and the ability to just to have wholesome company make this place a great go to when you cannot decide on anything else. They have a great bar selection and decent offerings.The one thing that does sadden my visit is the lack of some of my favorites that they have taken away from the menu; like the Steak Medallions along with other great options. Now days you are stuck with a simplified menu that doesnt do justice especially when looking for something special. You can find chicken, shrimp and Alfredo just about anywhere you go. The thing that used to make this place special for me was the things you couldnt eat anywhere. Those dishes that were unique that made that going out experience a true experience. Now I feel at times youre better off just hosting a home made pasta dinner at home. Not only is it cheaper but you get the same quality if not better than what they can crank out.I really hope things change.

So figure no big deal call them up figuring my food should be there sitting there because it’s not in the bag…. Well you would think. But according to Annabelle the manager, at least she presented herself to be the manager but didn’t act like it by any means, was told that they were closed and the best she could do was a gift card. We literally live 10 minutes from the restaurant and offered to come back and pickup the meal which should still be sitting there since again not in the bag but she said they were closed and that couldn’t happen. Which an employee now took my paid for meal home for free and everyone is eating except me.Best believe this isn’t over I’m going to be getting my meal refunded all $111 and prolly will never step foot in this place again. And Annabelle could’ve solved this in the easiest of ways but couldn’t facilitate an resolution 15 minutes after closing. Which I could understand if I caught them an hour after or something but literally cleanup is still in progress 15 minutes after closing and my meal would’ve and should’ve still been sitting there and could’ve simply been left at the front desk and would’ve been picked up in 10 minutes.So now you guys have a serious issue on your hands which could’ve simply been solved by your so called manager Annabelle. Which now has escalated the situation so you will be hearing more about this.Update: Shout to the Carls Jr on Bear Valley and Mariposa received better customer service from a fast food joint who don’t even make tips for their effort.

The food was great. Im pretty sure that our server was new though. She kept telling us every step that she was going to take and why. It was sort of entertaining, but if we had been in a hurry or in a deep discussion, then it wouldve been annoying.

Me and my boyfriend went in tonight and Daniel was our server. He was honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He checked on us multiple times. Our drinks were never empty. And even went out of his way to make sure we had a special night! I hope Olive Garden holds onto him! Such amazing customer service!!

Our server was friendly, but our meal was not as we expected from previous dine-in dates. Our meals were prepared as if they were for take-out with smaller portions than our past experiences. The chicken Alfredo was lukewarm and the sauce was not creamy like prepared previously. It was thick, not creamy and soft. It was like curdled sauce. My salmon did not have the capers as it did previously and the broccoli did not come with the seasoned melted butter like before. All in All, we doubt we will be returning anytime real soon.

The food was great, Seafood Alfredo, and it was hot. Order was accurate. The service was poor. From hostess to manager, no one cared one bit about my business and they literally told me I had to leave to call in and place my to go order. I felt bad taking the time of the person who then picked up my phone call to place an order when I had literally been standing in the lobby. There are plenty of options on Amargosa and I wont be back to this Olive Garden.

She was probably one of the best that I ever had. She made up for the hair.I know its gross but, 1 hair never killed anyone.

Watched the niners and rams game divisional championship here. Was probably the only black person there but felt at home and very welcomed. My waitress was also very easy on the eyes 👀 lol. Was a very pleasant experience. The only draw back was the volume on the game was all the way down.

Got there at 4:00 for an early dinner. Parking lot was pretty much empty. Walk inside and there were 15 people waiting for tables. We were told 30 to 45 minute wait. Why? Not enough servers working! Unsatisfactory! We waited 35 minutes to get seated. Our waitress, Sabrina, was wonderful. My eggplant parmigiana was just ok. The eggplant was sliced very thin...more breading than eggplant. We wont be going again any time too soon.

Everything was eventually good. It started off bad. There was like a 30-40 minute wait and they were having a half price drink special while waiting, so we went and sat in the bar. Absolutely no one came up to us. I made eye contact with the bartender, nothing. Turned on the little call server button on the mini monitor, nothing. Tried to wave down the server, ignored. The service was extremely horrible at first. However, once we sat down at our table, the service was much better! I ordered the chicken piccata. The chicken was really good. The veggies that came with the plate were alright.

This place only deserves a one star but the waiters were very nice. I was in a party of two, the wait was 30 minutes, and the food was mediocre at best. I had the shrimp and chicken pasta, into the first bite the chicken was rubbery, and the sauce was horrible my friend had the fettuccine alfredo, it lackes flavor and salt.

Went here for my moms birthday, we got our table at 6pm & waited an hour for our food, my dad ordered meat with Alfredo pasta they took an hour/ half for to cook the meat, asked if the rest of us wanted our plate of course we said yes we were starving at this point, my dad was still waiting for the meat once he received it, it looked ok not all that, few bites were good, but then noticed it wasn’t even cooked as medium rare .. & as the rest of us were eating our food was cold once recived so our food “ supposably coming out fresh “ when they were eating for the meat. No food was not looking fresh you can tell when it’s not fresh . Anyways waitress was nice. Once my dad got home he didn’t look to good, so It’s obvious food poisoning, I don’t think we are coming back, I was excited cause it was my parents first time eating here, but don’t recommend this location, anyways good luck y’all.

Recommend Pasta e Fagioli soup, home-style like chili, w/red/white beans, ground beef, tiny pasta, in tomato based soup. Delicious, you have to try all 4 choices.

This is an excellent Olive garden location. The building looks a bit old and dated and the restroom could do with a little upgrade, but the location does have a little charm. We went there for lunch and the waitress was very attentive. The food as usual was the typical Olive garden quality, but the drinks seemed to be really good. In particular, the blue berry sparkling lemonade or some such thing was very tasty. I highly recommend a visit, even if it is only once.

We went to the Victor Valley location to celebrate my son in laws birthday and have never had such poor service.The waitress reached in front of me to pass drinks - we were at a large round table with only 7 in our group with plenty of room to go around - I thought this was incredibly rude.My daughter and I ordered the soup and salad, and we were only able to get one refill of our soup because the waitress, Elizabeth E., rarely came to our table. We were very disappointed.One other guest in our group asked for additional sauce for her chicken parmigiana, and this same waitress rolled her eyes at her. Not the best experience, and wont be coming back any time soon.

The manager paid for our tab. The soup was cold and watery. Old looking salad, stained napkins. Very disappointed overall. The manager ended up shutting the kitchen down.Not up to their usual EXCELLENT standards. First time back since the pandemic started.
