My friend and I had a great experience with with Aliah as our waitress. She was very friendly and perfectly attentive. The food was delicious! I absolutely loved my ravioli with mushroom sauce. We were there from four to six on a Friday evening. The restrooms were clean. We enjoyed everything about our time there. We cant wait to go back!

Saturday, May 27th, 2023, this time at The Olive Garden. Wonderful food and service. The service really stood out.. 5 stars just on that.... The food just made it even better. The Chicken Alfredo, the 6oz Steak, the endless breadsticks. Salad, spaghetti, and the kids menu were awesome. My 7yrs son Demarcus, who is a very picky eater, devoured his Mac cheese, breadsticks, and mozzarella sticks.Stills family will return,...yes yes yes.Coachs 👍

Food was pretty good all around. The chicken and gnocchi soup was pretty tasty, as was the Ravioli Carbonara.First batch of bread sticks were overcooked second were fine.The service wasnt super great, we had to keep asking for things that were forgotten. I waited 20 minutes for a soup refill. They said they were making another batch, then served someone behind me the same thing 10minutes later. When I asked again, they said it would be awhile because they were making another batch.... Then came back 2 minutes later with a Togo container if it for me.Also, a little expensive for what it is. You can get better Italian for less, right down the road.

Its totally unauthentic Italian food, but theres plenty of it. Service was timely and friendly, and the food, although nothing fancy, was hearty and satisfying. If youre in the mood for comfort food, there are worse options. Gluten-free pasta is available, a definite plus.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Just went in on Saturday at 2pm. Had to wait for table. Perfectly fine. They sat us (party of 6) at a large table in the middle and then thats where we were forgotten. Finally a waitress noticed us an then asked us if we were helped. We said no nothing. She then said I can take your order then go find your waitress. We then said oh no we will just leave since we have been waiting forever already. So we left. They just watched us go an said sorry bout that have a good day. Ya todays service was AWFUL!

Dont know if server was overwhelmed with tables assigned at the time we were seated but his attention turned to the other tables rather than to us. They were large parties, we were 3... anyway, after waiting for about 5 minutes, used the the tablet on the table to call our server and it took another 5 minutes for him to come by... not impressed with the visit today, the food was good but being shunned like that made us lose our appetite. Who knows, maybe thats the strategy. My wife even felt the server was discrimating against us. Needless to say, I will make sure to ask for a different server next time.

Took my Grandma out here for an early Birthday Dinner. One of the best Olive Gardens Ive ever been to. From the excellent food, to best service ever. Server Oliva was outstanding, always on point, checking on our table, always making sure everything was good, which was extreme. She deserves a raise, not just from the excellent service she provided, but also on how hard she worked, busting tables is no joke. Over all, BEST SERVICE, EXCELLENT FOOD. I shall be back for more.

We enjoyed a nice dinner of unlimited salad, breadsticks and soup. But I’m only giving Olive Garden 3 Stars because I had a hard time finding something relatively healthy to order. Even their salad is just iceberg lettuce. I was looking for something with dark leafy greens. The soups were even kinda heavy.The dinner was as expected as far as pasta and appetizers go. If you want a meal with consistent taste each visit you’ll get it here.Maybe not somewhere I would frequent but that just my opinion. You may enjoy a nice comfort foods type meal more often than I do.

Went at 4:30 pm (during dinner rush) and still only had a 30 minute wait. The patrons were spaced well and all staff wore masks. Our meal was delivered to our table very quickly (about 20 minutes). Food was delicious as usual. Would highly recommend this establishment for family dinners or catching up with friends.

This is a classic reliable restaurant. Pre pandemic!Boyfriend and I love Olive Garden food, and for the most part this location gets it right with regard to food and drink whenever weve visited. However, in terms of cleanliness, Im not a fan. We were seated in a booth and the wall beside my booths chair was dirty. The tables were fine, albeit a bit sticky, but it mightve just been the fact that it was summertime. Our waiter was super nice and friendly, had no issues with the service there. I cant recall ever encountering an issue with OGs customer service.Ive docked two stars based on overall appearance and cleanliness. I just didnt feel super comfortable seeing such dirt and grime on the wall, it had made me self conscious of just how clean my seat was at the time.Also they were offering a $5 take home entree promo at the time of my last visit, whose date of creation and expiration was vague at best. How could you know if this was made the day you bought it? Best if consumed within two days, considering that its basically a frozen TV-dinner that you pop into the microwave, youd think it would last longer than 2 days in the freezer. Unsure if theyve gotten rid of this promo but if they havent be wary of falling for it. It sounds like such a bomb deal otherwise.I havent returned to the area since my last visit thanks to the pandemic (I live in NY primarily) Unsure of when Ill be able to return actually, so I apologize for being unable to give any updates on their new health and safety measures. Im going to assume that theyre open for takeout but Id call ahead to see if they offer delivery.Im hard pressed to recommend this Olive Garden location. Their food is good, better than my local Olive Garden in Brooklyn, NY, but these chain restaurants need to step up their sanitizing game. Especially now in light of the pandemic. I do intend to return whenever I can fly back to CA and give them another chance. The boyfriend and I really are suckers for their pasta and chicken gnocchi soup. It was my first time there with my sister as she recommended that it’s the best Italian in our area. We were there for about 2 hours. Took about an hour to get utensils for our salad, so they provided us with plastic forks & spoons since they were still “wrapping” the metal ones in the napkin. When we received our food, I ordered the steak with pasta & asked for medium which ended up being raw. Took about another 30m to get a waiter since ours disappeared. We only saw him 3 times that night. And then my steak decided to take its time to come back about 40m later. Steak was cooked correctly, BUT I SWEAR, my pasta was undercooked this time. It was very hard to chew. I was too tired to say anything, so as soon as I had my food, ate it quickly & wanted to leave asap. The atmosphere also feel really cold & quiet even thought there was a bunch of people who were also waiting.

We were at Olive Garden Roseville Dec 31st and it was busy like a regular night. Everyone was professional and attentive, food was great and came relatively quick. The mens restroom was gross, like you can get E Coli or Hepatitis in there. Urine all over the floor so my son couldn’t stand close to the urinal, feces on the toilet, paper towels on the floor, inoperable soap dispenser. We used the restroom when we came in and about an hour later it was the same when we left. It seems like mens standards have been declining over the years, so can’t blame OG for it happening. But OG should really increase the cleaning. It makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is kept.

Its been a hot minute since I ate at Olive Garden. And I was definitely left satisfied. The food tasted great, the staff was friendly. The endless soup and breadsticks was always filled when asked. The bread was soft. The soup was definitely tasty (recommend the one with Italian sausage in it). I had the ravioli which was great.We started laughing when they grade the parmesean cheese on it and you let them.go a little longer than expected.Plenty of seating and our wait time wasnt bad for.being fathers day weekend.

This was the first time that we had been to an Olive Garden in a long time. I would have rated it a little higher than I did If it hadnt been for two major flaws. First, one of the drinks we ordered was terrible and it had to be sent back. Second, one of the dinners we ordered was terrible and it had to be sent back. The manager and our waiter were very nice about it, but the one thing that put us off most was the attitude of the bartender. It was clear that she was angry about something, to the point where she was throwing things into the sink nearby, slamming drinks down on the bar, and having a generally distasteful attitude. My dinner was actually quite good, and I would be willing to go back and try again.

The servers are always so friendly and helpful at this Olive Garden. Even when busy, the food comes out hot and fresh. the drinks and dishes are reasonably priced for the sizes--usually for me its a meal and a half, if not two meals out of one order. the location is quite convenient-- next to the fountains and galleria mall, but also not so prominent that its constantly busy. its easy to get a table within 5-10 minutes and there is also plenty of parking in the area. I would recommend Olive Garden for casual parties or birthdays, a very few people or a large group-- they are quite flexible. The breadsticks-- what can I say? Iconic.

This was my first time at this location..upon arrival I was immediately greeted by the staff, and we had a company lunch, so part of our group was already seated. It was early, around 1130 a.m., so there were very few people, and despite that, service was kind of slow.. the food was good (I had the salad!!!) I went with the asiago stuffed ravioli. Alfredo sauce. Shrimp and Scallop Topping and salad. The customer service was excellent and our meals arrived very quickly. We were waited on very attentively. I have been eating here for years which has been good, but over time, the portion sizes are getting smaller, and the prices are going up. You definitely dont get what you pay for, especially since most of the food is just reheated in a microwave in plastic baggies. Takeout is even worse. I ordered the spicy Calabrian chicken, and the loaded pasta chips.When I received them, it was nothing like the pictures had advertised, and they had skimped on the toppings for the chips. The chicken was dried out, and about half the size of the picture on their site. (See pictures) I would stay away from all Olive Gardens in general since all of them are a chain and operate this way.

Our hostess Brianna was super sweet, and wait wasnt too bad, especially during the holidays, but the food.... oh, that was repulsive. The salad was great, the soup were ok, but the rest of the food, I barely even touched. I havent been to Olive Garden in several years, and I probably wont be back. Ordered online and pulled up to the curbside parking spot. Followed the instructions to text that I had arrived for my pick up. Waited for 15 minutes in my vehicle. Went inside the location and couldn’t get anyone to wait on me and they weren’t busy. The service at this location was fabulous! The server was awesome and friendly! The food at olive garden is always really good at this location in Roseville. They had a nice wine selection and the new giant chicken parmigiana was really good. The alfredo side was ok and was a little bland. We had the two combo appetizer with stuffed mushrooms which were really good and the calamari which was a bit over cooked. I would recommend for a nice meal out with the family or date night.

I want to start by stating that I have ordered from this location several times (lunch service and dinner service) and received good quality food and all the sides, extra requested in the online order. However, and unfortunately, on Aug. 4, 2021, I placed a dinner order and received nothing-quality wise- that I am accustomed to at this location. Paid the extra .79 cents for extra cheese on the lasagna and didnt receive it, requested two sides (i.e. - ramekins) of grated parmesan, didnt receive it...got more packet of romano cheese instead. The Zuppa Toscano had no meat (sausage crumbles) and a large amount of potatoes skins (not the normal round cuts of potato flesh), and......drum roll....ROTTEN TOMATOES IN THE SALAD (see pictures)!!! VISIBLY MOLDY TOMATOES.AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I rarely give 5 stars, but I am giving this particular Olive Garden Restaurants location a 5-star as they meet my criteria for a 5-star rating. The ambiance is great. The food was delicious, and the customer service was wonderful. Plus, it is one (if not the cleanest, nicest, and spacious) Olive Garden Restaurant where I have had eaten for the last five years. We are regulars at this Olive Garden, eating dine in or take out every other month, give or take. We always have the best experience here with the food (Yay tour of Italy!) and employees. They provide an enjoyable environment for a date night with my husband, or a family dinner with our 4 very young children. We recently ordered car side pick up and the order was about 15 minutes late which we understand as it was a Friday. I’m assuming she was a manager (Laura) who came with two other kind employees carrying our to-go order. She greatly apologized for the fact that we had to wait so long for our food, especially with kiddos and preceded to thank us for our patience with a gift card. My husband and I were shocked to say the least! We’re very easy going people and didn’t think too much of the wait, but they were so thoughtful and concerned with their service without us even saying a word! How wonderful that there are still kind and courteous people in this world who actually SHOW that they care and not just say it. They already had our business and support, but now they have our respect. Well done Olive Garden! Thank you for your generosity.

I hadnt visited Olive Garden for a long time and I visited it for the first time in another city so I wanted to go back but now here and the truth is that the service was terrible since it happened and I havent gone back and until now I dont plan to go back, I think they should put more the eyes on their waiters the waitress who served me was even making fun of another waitress I asked for some cutlery which she even served in a bad way and her attitude was arrogant

This was just your typical Olive Garden. The 4 out of 5 is based on service. The food was just the same as always. No difference there. But I was never offered a drink refill nor were we offered a new basket of breadsticks. Both of which were standard practice.

Even at their exorbitantly high prices compared to years before, its still hard to beat the value here. The food was well prepared with generous portions. The fabled bread sticks are always something to look forward to. My meal, the chicken Alfredo tortellini, was cheesy and loaded with chicken! I couldnt even make it through half (after the soup and breadsticks) and Im a big guy! I had a great lunch and have a tasty dinner waiting for me later. I was hard pressed to give a 5 star rating, as I rarely do, especially given the price. However, our server Elijah was extremely attentive and friendly. My parents are notorious for running servers ragged (embarrassingly so) but he hung with them! He earned that extra star.

Just had lunch with family. Found a piece of plastic in my soup. All of our pasta dishes were precoked and diried out, could not eat it. We make it an annual family lunch and have always had wonderful meals. Something was really wrong. I will mention the service was very good. Just bad food.

So the food is great and my kids really like going here. But the last 2 times we have been there, the server seems to not give back coin change. 2 separate servers and neither return all of our change. So, I take that out from the tip I leave them. But are they aware that the cashier isnt giving them all the money thats due back to the customer? Seems like someone there is making a little extra cash at the end of the day.

Asked to be seated in an area where there were other people sitting, I was told that if I wanted to sit in a booth that was not being used, it would be a 25-minute wait. I said that was fine. The reason I wanted to sit out of the way was because I have a 1 and 2 yr old. After agreeing with the young lady, she went to the receptionist desk and told them that I would wait she then came back and told me its now gonna be a 35-minute wait because she said they were short staffed which I found funny because were the silverware is wrapped there was 10 staff members standing around all just BSing with eachother when I got vocal about how funny that they were short staffed but had a so many of them standing around they all dispersed like human Roaches, I believe a manager over heard me and within 3 minutes we were being seated, you shouldnt have to go through that was one of our favorite places to have a early dinner with the babies Roseville Olive Garden not happy and will be looking for a more family friendly one 🙁

Had a sad experience at the restaurant today. Came in with small children for dinner. For about 25 min nobody offered us even water. Thank you for the crayons which we got as we came in, otherwise it would have been impossible to keep hungry small kids occupied. Waited, waited.... finally, had to leave the establishment for good.Maybe it is fine for some people to wait this long to get servers attention on Monday night, but as a busy mother i am not sure its reasonable for me. I purchased dinner for my wife and I. As it was new years eve I got out of there and got home only to find the salad was so old, it was inedible. The lettuce was brown, not just wilted. It must have been made earlier in the week, like Wednesday or Thursday. Even the pepper (just 1) was shriveled up. The olives were soft. The rest of the meal was the usual good meal, but salad even smelled bad.

Definitely hard to go wrong with unlimited soup and salad for 12 bux 🤷‍♂️ I ate a bowl of each of the 4 soups narrowly missing grandeur and the worldwide acclaim of completing the circuit leaving a few bites uneaten... The salad was a big hit with the kids oddly and the Mac and cheese was loved by all. Kids menu is very affordable and the portions are well suited for any child I know! The breadsticks are the perfect size and density for dipping and pair well with every soup. Our 11 year old got the kids pizza and Broccoli and was very pleased with the quality of the pizza but disappointed with the lack of seasoning on the Broccoli. Literally NOTHING sprinkled upon them, not even salt lol All in all a decent, relatively inexpensive (under 70 with drinks, pre-tip) dinner for 5 of us in a nice setting with friendly and attentive staff! Our waiter was really polite and made a point of interacting with our young children and listening intently to their requests. Definitely will come back...

They were packed and seen to have inexperienced hostesses up front. W waited 15 min for a table, then were seated in a section where the waiter had just gone in his lunch. No one was assigned to cover his tables, so we sat for 28 minutes without even getting a water. Just as we were going to leave, it waited came back from lunch. I have no issue with the food. Its always the same. Soup, salad and bread sticks... Couldnt get any better! We also ordered the doughnuts and they were lovely. My problem comes with our wait staff. We asked for water for our service dog, and he brought a glass of water. Maybe he assumed we brought a bowl. I can ignore that. Then every time our food came out he just slammed it down on our table and walked away. Didnt ask if we needed anything. Didnt check if we needed a new soup, or refills on our drinks. He served the table across and behind us and we could hear how courteous he was to them. Then again forgot when we asked for boxes or more bread sticks. I can excuse a rough day... But when youre only being rude to one table and the only difference is we have a service animal, its a little off-putting.

I don’t always have problems at this location but tonight I did and was super disappointed. I spent $50 for a meal that truly wasn’t worth $10. I picked up my order and left a gratuity tip doing my part but waited 20 min over time it said it would be ready. Then, get home and my fettuccine was either sitting for a really long time or like the bottom of a pan, not sure. I eat here often and can promise it’s never looked like this. It was super greasy. My salad had bad pieces in it and somehow my peppers in it were really vinegary? I guess it’s a gamble at this Olive Garden whether it’ll be good or not, but it’ll be a bit before I eat here again.

Our waitress was amazing. Our glasses were always full, didnt even have to ask for it. She checked in often. Even the manger came by to see how we were doing. The waitress totally got our sense of humor and played along with us. We were out for a family lunch and were just having a good time and catching up so we were acting up as we tend to do and it was great to have a waitress got it. She was amazing and so friendly. I came to Olive Garden for a birthday party and was welcomed by a smiling host. She guided us to our table and I informed her of the surprise birthday. She did a fantastic job keeping the surprise a secret while she communicated with the team. The waiter (Joshua) was extremely friendly and outgoing. He made small jokes that kept the atmosphere light and checked on us frequently. He then subliminally asked me about the birthday surprise and dessert. He did a phenomenal job communicating between myself and his team to maintain the surprise. Once it was time, his entire team sung the birthday song and completely surprised my mother-in-law. They kept it playful and entertaining! I highly recommend being waited on by Joshua and his team! He made this night memorable. Big thanks to the entire staff that assisted him with my table. I always enjoy going to Olive Garden, as this was my families go-to restaurant growing up and I have a lot of fond memories at this location! The unlimited bread and salad helps fill you up leaving lots of yummy leftovers for the next day. I have generally always had great service here and staff have been knowledgeable about the menu. When ordering beverages, I would definitely recommended ordering a glass of wine over a cocktail, as the mixed drinks have never been that strong and instead rather syrupy. Lastly, for dine in make sure you make a reservation if you can, as this location is often quite busy- especially on the weekend! Would definitely recommend Olive Garden as a great restaurant for the whole family! :)

Pretty much basic Italian cuisine. The food, other than the salad, was good. The salad was limp, over-dressed, and was made with the bitter white parts of the lettuce. There wasnt any green lettuce in that bowl. There were no croutons and only 2 slices of tomato. One of our dinners was chicken scampi and we found shrimp in it. Having spent 14 years in the food/restaurant business, I was surprised our server wasnt aware of timing. This is my second time coming to this location Olive Garden and I have had issues both times. We came here for my daughters 1st birthday because she loves pasta and figured this would be the best place to celebrate her birthday. Wrong! We arrived and checked in. We were told 5 min wait. I asked for a plate for the baby. Never received one. Had to feed the baby off a napkin. Asked for that plate twice. We reminded them 3 times as we waited for the check that it was the babies birthday. I didnt want the ice cream, I was just hoping they could sing and make her night. Another 25 min goes by. I reminded them one last time. Super disappointed in the visit by this point. The baby is tired and done being there. I let them know all I want is to have them sing. They said oh ya and started singing. Total bill $111, 2 hours and 25 min later she was finally sung too. Pretty sure we wont be back.

I visited this Olive Garden location after church with a party of 16 (4 children). We called the day before, our reservation was for 3pm. They had a reservation for 16 under a name that sounded like ours. The receptionist was a bit airy. The front area was clean, busy, not a lot of seating. We had to wait until about 10min after our prearranged seating time. Service was good. The food was acceptable. The wait was longer than usual. They were very busy.

4.5⭐Amazing service, wonderful food. Our server (Rudy) was awesome he went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. He had a great knowledge of the menu, specials, and the wines they carried. He picked out an amazing dessert wine for my husband and made an awesome recommendation for the apple sangria. It was delicious. We were seated in a timely manner despite the busy dinner rush and the entire staff was warm and friendly. We will be visiting again mainly because of the amazing staff and atmosphere. Thank you Roseville Olive Garden! We had a wonderful experience.

The service we received was wonderful. The gentleman waiting our table was awesome, the food was tasty and we were seated in an area where there were other families with small children. My husband forgot his phone on the table and realized an hour later it was missing. The staff had given it to managment and it was locked in a safe. I will definitely be returning to this location.

We just ate dinner here tonight (10/5/19 @10:00pm) for my aunt and grandmas birthday and our server Jodi was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She was so kind and had outstanding knowledge of the menu. She was on top of EVERYTHING! Even when the gentleman who seated us forgot to mention to her that we were celebrating Birthdays, she didnt miss a beat! She had my Aunt and my Grandmas dessert brought out immediately. I cant say enough great things about our experience! The food was amazing, and the quality of service made it even better! Love this place!!! Have never had a bad experience and it is very well run!!! Great staff, Fantastic food. There is a downside though... that is that we live 30 miles away so we cant go more often! Have been a couple of times where we caught the busy time and had to wait a little while. Try to get in at the bar for drinks and appetizers while you wait when that happens. Although the wait is not too bad, it is definitely worth it!

Bad Experience - Rude behavior on table by the serving person. Constant nagging as if we ordered less. We ordered 8 main entrees. 1 Complimentary refill also charged to us. Still as a courtesy, we paid $30 in the tip. Really bad experience to what we paid vs what we got.

If I could give this restaurant 0 I would. Obviously I have been going here forever, because its olive garden.... but MY GOSH THEY HAVE GONE DOWNHILL! Recently we have gone there and the service is absolutely horrible. The food is either too hot or too cold. It takes forever just to get your food in the first place! The waiters and waitresses are pretty good, I can tell a lot of the mistakes were not their fault. The real problem is with the management. I was astounded at the way one of the managers handled our bill mix up. He was unprofessional, rude and completely blamed us for everything. I have never been treated that disrespectfully and will NOT be returning there EVER again!

Came in with a large party for a birthday on prom night it turns out... they were properly staffed and handled our group perfectly. We had 2servers helping us, they were mistake free and attentive to all of our breadstick and salad refills, and also provided us with an area appropriate for our kids so we would not disturb the other guests. They did a great job and even allowed us to split checks which we know is tedious and irritating on busy nights.

Always love this place and havent had a bad meal ever. Only complaint I can make is that on last visit they were out of angel hair pasta which is the only pasta I like. Still a great place to go, I loaded up on hot breadsticks soaked in olive oil and wine vineger with fresh ground pepper. No other restaurant has as good of a free appetiser. Wait staff is always nice and super friendly. Will always consider eating here when looking for dinner out with family.
