Waited 17 minutes past my order Pickup Time for my dry, flavorless To-Go order. I spent $35 on the driest, greasiest, sloppiest meal. I requested utensils when I placed my order, but didnt get it. The only thing that was decent was the prepackaged side salad and a side of dressing.

OG has been around for a good minute now and although I personally think they need a menu upgrade, the food and service at this location were great. We had a nice server and at one point it seemed it was the manager who asked us about our visit and ended up replacing our salad and soups, it was the best decision ever. Both the salad and soup were so presentably delicious and well served.My dish, chicken Parm was on point with everything. If I ever go back to OG, itll be this one.

It was a really horrible experience we had, especially due to the server. She didnt really listen to what we ordered. The first salad was incorrect, the second soup was given after we were done halfway that too after asking she took 10 min.

The business coming in is obviously due to being by the mall. They failed to give us fresh salads and my child’s food was grosss. Maybe it’s different when you dine in but definitely don’t recommend pick up

Victoria was our server for tonight’s dinner. She was very attentive and she didn’t forget anything we asked for. The food was great. I ordered the chicken shrimp carbonara, Zappa toscana soup and the delicious breadsticks!The restaurant is well kept and everyone was very nice. I went with a group of 10 for lunch on a Sunday. They were able to accommodate us in a separate little room. It was spacious and private but we seemed to have been forgotten a bit. Food took a while to come but was delicious when it arrived.

First time at this location and had such a great experience. I was a little worried about the wait time since we were super hungry but were seated right away! Our waiter was really good too, he made good recomendations and also made sure to bring our food at the same time. He was also very attentive and asked us various time if we needed anything. I will be coming back next time Im in town and craving some Italian.

For pasta lovers Like me I think the food is great, portions are big enough, the prices go from $20 and up for plate. Ill post the menu so you can see what best fits your appetite and pocket. There is always waiting time up to 30-40 minutes if dining in. The service is also great.

My mom and I went on a Wednesday evening, and there was no wait time. We were seated immediately, and the tables around us werent crowded. It took a few minutes for a waiter to take our drink order, but that was the only thing that threw me off. The waiter, Connor, was very friendly, I was really happy with the service. The food was really good, the gnocchi soup was delicious. I ordered the Tour of Italy, and it was amazing! I also loved the Tiramisu, it was my first time trying it, and I would say it was a 10/10 experience. Tables were not dirty, the restaurant was not loud, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable night.

I usually dont like to complain about restaurants. If I dont like them, I rather not rate them. However I am disabled and need facilities to accommodate me. The ladies restroom disabled stall doesnt have enough railing. It needs more secure railing for disabled and elderly people

Came here for my anniversary and we waited about 30 min to be seated which was okay since there’s new covid guidelines but once we got inside everyone was really nice. the food was good too and our waiter was especially nice and made sure we weren’t missing anything. it’s my favorite one to go to now and the atmosphere is really relaxing as well

Good service that day. Today 5/22/18 service was bad. But manager Christopher took care of use nicely. So the rest of our lunch was great. The chicken gnocchi was tasty like always, bread sticks nicely seasoned, the meatball pizza bowl I think thats what it was tasted good. My daughter loved the green apple fizzy. Everyone one else enjoy it after the situation was taken care of. But other than that we enjoy coming here for lunch and dinner love the take home pasta special.

Late post from early days of Covid (March 7) and no lock down. Thinking back, I had to say the food and service was not so bad for an Olive Garden. Some of the dishes were a hit (calamari) and others not so much (Fettuccini). What I do recall most were the take home meals for $5 (Spaghetti with meatballs). Really enjoyed that the next day. Service was friendly and nice as well, but the place was pretty empty on a Sat due to the virus fears. Glad none of us got sick on that day, but it was one of the last meals in a restaurant for most of us. Hoping to enjoy a sit down meal anywhere again soon!

On a Sunday night at 7 PM, they seated us within 30 minutes, unlike any large restaurant chain. They just... have enough seating! I had the pasta shells which were delicious and my cousin had gnocchi which she also liked. Staff was very nice.

In my years of dining at this specific Olive Garden, I’ve never been treated more badly than the other day. I’m sure my hostess was Jonathan but I couldn’t quite read but this hostess did not have patience when my husband was having difficulty ordering and he ended up getting upset and told us he couldn’t wait and left us waiting for 30 minutes!!! This is unacceptable. Olive Garden do better with your hostess.

Believe it or not, this was my very 1st time going to Olive Garden. The commercials always look so good at 3am..lol..i just had a salad...giant sized.. came with my pasta, and pasta fettuccine with broccoli. It was good. Not remarkable but good. What I did think was crazy good was the hot artichoke dip. My friends, if u have nothing else, youve got to try that. I didnt get to eat a whole bunch of that, but what I did eat was seriously good. Just writing about it has me craving it now. I really cant blame Olive Garden for the 3 stars I gave for atmosphere. They did nothing wrong but I decided to say something in case people that do these things in public eateries read and realize that maybe they should modify their behaviors for the sake of others trying to enjoy a meal. So, the 1st was a lady in a group of 4. The busses were clearing a table and apparently the woman thought they were being too loud. I didnt, but her table was closer, so maybe. Instead of maybe asking these guys to be quieter, this woman thought it a good idea to yell pretty much at the top of her lungs, *COULD YOU BE ANY LOUDER? DAMN !!!!!* I jumped in my seat when she did that. Im gonna assume others did too because every head was turned her way. The busses also appeared startled and finished up so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. This should have made this woman happy, right? No, it did not. Once the Busters left the area, she proceeded to complain loudly for a good 15 minutes. Everyone in that small dining area could hear her every word. Now, Im big on when you go out to eat, your conversation should stay at your table. Other tables should not have to listen to what youre talking about. Yet, there are many people that seem to think that every table in the building should be exposed to their conversation. For those of you that are reading this and you know you do that, please stop. We want to have our own conversations. Getting back to the lady that I was complaining about, for the entire hour and a half that they were there along with us, her conversation was so loud that we heard every word. Im not kidding you guys, I wanted to say, excuse me, can you be any louder? My second complaint, is about a child. I know, thats horrible. This little boy was about 7 years old. From the time they were seated, till the time that we left, he screamed at the top of his lungs. His face was red his nose was running, the mother carried him throughout. Even when their food came she stood holding him. What sucked even more was that she stood holding that screaming child directly behind my boyfriend. Maybe 2 feet away at the most. His screams were ear piercing and nerve shattering. He didnt scream out any words. Just wordless screams. I could still hear him screaming out in the parking lot when we left. Can you imagine? Now, I realize that kids have a mind of their own and that they do things very often at the most inopportune times, leaving you with no recourse. I get it, but lady, why on earth would you hold your child and stand behind someone trying to eat? What is wrong with you? Anyone reading this that does it as well, what is wrong with you too? If I sound harsh, I dont apologize. DONT DO THAT. ITS NEVER OKAY. Never, ever, ever. A few minutes standing there while picking your child up to take him outside and calm him wouldve been hard to bear, but to stand there the entire time? Again, WHAT, is wrong with you? I was grinding my teeth the entire time and we had to take our food to go. My BF, is so polite that hed never say a word in a situation like this. I would have loved to, but what do you say to someone doing this? Uh, excuse me, can you take your screaming child outside and find out whats wrong with him? Now, Im done with this place cause I dont like the dried up pasta they serve when you dont get extra sauce. Im not getting hustled for $4.49 extra. Ill just take my $500 I spent here monthly on family dinners. Lame, messing with the sauce. Regular sauce on my pasta, the way is intended to be, is now going to have you at a $500 dollar monthly loss. First and foremost I would like to thank both our waiters for being so kind and just so good at their jobs. Dilan & Christian had Great yet superb customer service. There was one incident with my spinach dip and they were so quick to take care of us. Called the manager and he was wonderful as well. Something like this can really make people question if they would like to eat at a restaurant again but the great customer service is what truly matters besides the delicious food. The breadsticks were under cooked and salad was not crisp as I remembered, not to mention the portions got smaller. Food was great. Although delayed, overall service was great. I did overhear a little behind-the-scenes drama about someone that called out of work and left servers hanging. This was immediately corrected by her mentor who let her know it was a family member (of the person who called off) that passed away. Service was great. Got in right before the rush hour (before 7pm). Food was served to us in a reasonable amount of time. Our waiter was the sweetest. The drinks at their bar were delicious. If you happen to come in during the rush hour they do give you 50% off drinks at the bar while you wait for your table.However if your on a budget this might not be the place to dine. Entrees were about 20 a person and appetizers were about 10. Quality of the food is what youd expect, good, but not worth the outrageous prices.Update: The service isnt the same here. Sad. The staff are very chatty with one another to the point that it is distracting. Server looked upset upon our arrival as if they didnt want us there.

Visited this location on 2/22/23. Food was delicious but service was horrible. Our server Alonso only visited our table when to put in order and to drop off soup and salad. I had to ask multiple other servers for our waiter. Server also forgot one of our orders but that was a good because we were full already. One of my family members notice why the server neglected our table is because he was too busy cleaning the back of the bar area and than I had thought that he could have contaminated our food. I guess I should just blame the manager Mr. Nunes for this.

Olive Garden is Olive Garden. I have yet to eat at a bad one. The food was on point, fresh, and hot. Waiting is a lot easier now since they send text messages when your table is ready, you can just chill in your car while waiting. My server was great as was the hostess. I really like that you can order from the tablet. I just wish you could order for everyone on there not just for drinks, dessert, and the kids. You can also pay on the tablet instead of having to wait for the server to come back. Great experience overall.

Seated immediately and impeccable service from our waiter.The Olive Garden has its classics, unlimited salad and bread sticks being part of the claim to fame, fresh and delicious!The pasta meals we ordered were cooked to perfection and presented well. Sam made our night amazing! My inlaws hosted a huge dinner here and from the moment we sat down, Sam was so kind, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Today I had my second visit at The Olive Garden in Cerritos, California, off 183rd and Studebaker Road.The visits are note worthy because I’ve been a patron of the Olive Garden for 20 years, more or less, and have never been graced by such pleasant and kind store manager.Moreover, the store patrons and servers were teeming with harmony, good energy, and most importantly, great food! Everything and everyone just seemed to be in sync with one another. Busy location for pickup. The parking around the restaurant was full so we had to park a little far. The restrooms were clean. The food looked great, the flavor was basic. We had to wait a lot for a refill on bread sticks, drinks, and soup. We were a party of 6 so one bread stick per person. We asked 3 times for a refill on the bread sticks before we got them. She said they were being made and that is the delay. With the restaurant being so busy they should have sufficient and a member of our party worked at olive garden and stated that its not true they are always ready to just grab and serve. So either this olive garden server was fibbing or the restaurant was not being managed well. One of our guests ordered the endless soup, salad, and bead sticks. He got his first bowl with everyone elses soup. When we got our food he was left waiting for his second serving of soup. We attempted to be polite and wait, but it was taking a while and we requested the soup again and that took a while still. Overall the place is good, but not one of the best.

I just want to say, when we arrived I knew the wait was going to be long on a Saturday. We checked in and said our wait was going to be approx. 45min. It didn’t even take that long. We got seated fairly quickly for a family of 5. They attended to us with drinks very smoothly. We placed our order and came out in a timely fair manner. Once again, I would like to recognize a couple of employees at the Cerritos Mall, California location. I ordered a couple of entrees for pick up and had trouble with my gift cards. The employee at the online pick-up counter by the name of Jules got the manager, Tim, and they worked it out for me in a most professional manner. My order was re-entered in the system due to some computer glitches and Tim, along with Jules, made it a priority to get my order out and in a matter of about 10 minutes (or less), my order was ready to go. As we look into the restaurant it’s dead but we are told those sections are closed. We were literally going to leave but decided to wait. Within 5 minutes we are seated in the section we had questioned her about. I guess it wasn’t closed. So now we feel like she just didn’t want to serve us. The table has a water mark from whom ever was seated there before us and crumbs that weren’t wiped up. The server was good and the food was okay but the tone of the lunch was set by the hostesses hostility or disinterest in seating us.

I love Olive Garden so much, go with my girlfriend often. Didn’t get a chance to review this specific Olive Garden but since I have time I will now. The food quality was good, no doubt, but our waitress was extremely rude and didn’t have any manners. I asked her what kind of soup do you guys have? She responds they’re in the menu with an attitude, like I know they’re in the menu but you’re here why don’t you just answer my question? Second, we have our food and we’re eating she literally steps right in, no excuse me or anything and takes our plates, one of which we weren’t done eating, but we let it go, we’re patient people, I would of tipped big that day as I always do, but because of her we never went back to this location.

Our server Jerry was A MAZE ING! Such great service. His team was also great. Everyone was so attentive. Food was delicious. I tried the blueberry sparkling water drink (cant remember exact name) it was so good, definitely recommended. Overall one of my best experiences at this Olive Garden

The food is great. The service is excellent. Joe is very courteous and always ready to serve. His suggestions on what and how we should order not only meet our needs, but also help us save money. Joe even told the kitchen to place our entree into two plates so that we can enjoy more soup and salad. My experience with them, especially Joe, is really wonderful.

Ive been coming to this place for years. Its starting to get a little worn out and the service is not like it used to. I asked for a table in a quiet area and they put me and my date in this room that was full of mosquitos, I couldnt even enjoy my meal, they kept buzzing by and bitting us. Youd think that with all the money they make, they would be able to afford some bug repellent or something. Very disappointed after spending over $200. Bucks on a meal I couldnt even enjoy. Tried to take pictures, but its hard to take pictures of tiny mosquitos.

Love this location. I’ve been to another location and the experience was totally different. It was more busy and the servers seemed to be more under pressure. This location had people waiting, yet did not seem chaotic and staff seemed more relax. The food was delicious and fresh. Had some wine and was delicious,moscato castello. Like the fact that you can taste the wine before hand. Our server was very attentive. We were celebrating a birthday and the ambiance was perfect. Will be returning to this location.

Overall, my experience at this location was positive. The waitress and her break replacement were friendly. Although there was water at the bottom of my cavatappi pasta bowl with meat sauce, it was good. One star was removed for the hostess at the door. I dont know if its policy or not but, she gave out very different wait times per party. For example, I (3-person party) was quoted 40-50 minutes. The 3-person party after me was quoted 25-30 minutes. The 4-person party after that was quoted exactly 45 minutes. It seemed like she was choosing whom she preferred to give a shorter wait time. I did not like that.

Honestly it wasnt that busy yet still there was over an hour wait. First we looked to sit in the bar at a dirty table because there were about 4 tables in that area that had been vacant for 20 minutes without being cleaned as well as several in the dining room area that were just a mess. When we actually sat down nobody cleaned the table for 15 minutes after. When our waiter came he was nice but didnt address the 35 minutes it took to clean one table while the waiting room is over packed with people. We ordered water with our food that we got after the food came which still took over 45 minutes. The food was good thats why it deserves 2 stars but unfortunately if this Olive garden wasnt geographically desirable, I wouldnt bring anyone here because it just has the same level of service and lack of accountability over and over again.

Use the app and avoid the long wait. The soups are great on a cold day. Minestrone and chicken gnocchi soup was delicious. I had pasta with pesto sauce. It was a lot of food! The kids menu offers chicken strips, chicken Alfredo and Mac and cheese. My son is a hearty eater (10 year old) and he gets full off the kids menu items. Our server Julia was awesome! She was timely and courteous. We really enjoyed our Friday night dinner.
